As part of the refocusing process, ASA has already, in collaboration with ASA Members identified the Quality Control Officials that will assist ASA in raising the quality of Technical Officiating in South Africa. A panel of Specialists will soon be appointed to compile an Educational and Evaluation System to be implemented during the ASA Technical Symposium during the 4 th quarter of 2017 in preparation for the 2018 athletics season, with the ultimate objective the 2020 Olympic Games With the Quality Control System well on its way, ASA are now starting with a communication network of Excellence Advisors consisting primarily of National Coaches. In this regard ASA request the assistance from ASA Members to update the ASA National Coaches database. Below, all Coaches on the ASA National Coaches data base are listed. This list however is outdated and in some cases incomplete and/or incorrect. ASA Kindly request the ASA Members to scrutinize the list of National Coaches, and please advise if: 1. The coaches still reside in the province as listed; 2. If all national coaches active in your province are listed; 3. Please add the contact details of the coaches to the list. 4. Please provide in the information indicated with a question mark. Kindly respond as soon as possible but not later than 19 May 2017, as this information is needed in preparation for the 2017 ASA National Coaches Symposium.
