During the Baltic Cup the XV Anna Tadajewska Memorial in category K-18 will be held. The best female runner in this category after 3 stages will additionally be honoured with a special memorial cup. Sprint race - separate ranking Competition Centre: For 3 days in the village Nowy Dwór Wejherowski by the Borowo Lake. GPS 54 o N, 18 o E Approach route is marked beginning from National Road no 21 from Nowy Dwór Wejherowski to the Competition Centre. 2

3 Car park: Located next to the Competition Centre. Parking of the cars is allowed only in assigned places. Parking fee (10 PLN) should be paid by the car park attendant. During the accreditation the manager of each team is obliged to hand in current medical reports of the competitors entitling them to do the orienteering races, to collect the bib numbers, to hand in the confirmation of payment for the starting fee and to settle all additional payments. Team managers are obliged to check the SI cards of their competitors. Last opportunity of changing the SI number will be available during the teams accreditation. Competitors with wrong SI numbers at the start will not be allowed to take part in the race. Area description: Typical moraine with local marshes mainly with good runnability and dense road and path net, partly more difficult. Older map issues will be available on the Organiser s website under Mapki. 4 Open classes: Free start between 00 and 0 minute 10N - marked with white stripes 10R marked with white stripes, for children with a caretaker OPEN 1 2,5 km 3,,5 km simple route for beginners OPEN 2 4,5 km 5,,5 km In case of small participants number some categories may be put together. Open sprint race: Map - Wejherowo in scale 1:4000 W1 2 km, W2 2,7 km M1 2,2 km, M2 3 km Limited amount of runners only 0 in each class. Entry time is decisive. Punching system: Electronic Sport Ident punching system will be used. Approach of the Starting point: CC - START m m m The way to the starting point will be marked with red stripes Prizes: BALTIC CUP for the best 3 runners in each category after 3 stages Payments: SI card 3 PLN/race Payment for a lost SI 0 PLN Parking fee for cars, busses, coaches 10 PLN for all 3 days. Clothes: covering all body with exception of the head, neck and hands Bib numbers: all competitors have to start the race with bib numbers given in the Competition Centre. The bib number must be placed on the competitors chest. During the competition Fair Play rules should be obey please do not show the maps to other competitors. Drinks: mineral water available on the finish line of each stage Remarks: The Organiser provides medical care during each stage Competitors should submit their current medical report The Organiser covers the liability insurance The Organiser does not cover the cost of individual insurance For categories 10N, 10R, OPEN1 and OPEN2 start is possible at any time between 00 and 0 minutes Current information available on the competition website: Preliminary results (on-line) will be available during the competition on the website: Final competition results along with intermediate times will be published on the Organiser website within 3 days after the competition. 5
