3 VENUE Tropical Park Equestrian Center 7900 Bird Road Miami, FL Tropical Park attracts more than a million visitors a year. Since it opened in 1979, it has become the home to a variety of events including, but not limited to, Track and Field meets for the Junior Olympics and USA National Team, horse shows, rodeos and other special events. In fact, in 2012, it became home to the second annual Crush Games. Since 2012, Tropical Park completed a project designed to bring world-class activities to Miami- Dade County and, thus, after a two year temporary relocation, the Kill Cliff Crush Games is back home in the heart of Miami. The completed facility lends itself perfectly to our new multi-sport competition and is one of the few venues in South Florida that can successfully accommodate our CompFit, Samson and 5K events. The new Equestrian Center is now outfitted with three state-ofthe-art arenas covered with over 165,000 square feet of standing steel roof. Additionally, to the north of the arenas, there are three acres of landscaped open field which will be partitioned to host our CompFit field events, sponsors, spectator/athlete tailgate area, and Family Fun Zone (which includes bounce houses and an assortment of games for children of all ages). Tropical Park is easily accessible through one of the two entrances, north of the park on Bird Road (South West 40th Street) or the south of the park on Miller Drive (South West 56th Street), and parking is conveniently located throughout the Park.
