1 As the newest event of the Millarville Racing & Agricultural Society (MRAS), thank you for considering the Millarville Run to the Farmers Market Half Marathon Events as a way to market your business and support a great community minded, volunteer executed event.net proceeds from this event will benefit the agricultural-related programming and the community facilities of MRAS.

2 EVENT DESCRIPTION/ATTENDANCE The Millarville Run To The Farmers Market Race Day is an event of the Millarville Racing & Agricultural Society. Net proceeds benefit overall programming & infrastructure improvements for the Ag Society. Race Day. June 14, 2014, features 1) a signature 21.1 km half marathon, 2) a half marathon relay (legs of 9.5 km and 11.6 km) and 3) a COBS Cinnamon Bun Run (8 miles). We also have a range of children s participation events at the Farmers Market finish line on race day. We anticipate about 4,500-5,000 people at the Farmers Market & Finish Line. That would include about total participants, not including children s events, about 1,700-1,800 race-related spectators (post-race surveys indicate the average runner brings 2 spectators with them) and, finally, our normal, opening day, non-race-related Millarville Farmers Market crowd typically averages 2,000-2,500.
