2 Welcome to the European Championship 2009 Danish Indoor Fredericia It is a great pleasure to welcome you to European Championship 2009 in Fredericia, Denmark. The Europan Championship will be at Dronning Margrethe Hallen in Fredericia, in the weekend 10 th 12 th July. This year Danish Indoor Fredericia is hosting 15 th and 16 th round of European Championship for elite classes, and European Championship for all other classes. General Information The city of Fredericia is located in the southern part of Jutland, 100 kilometers north from the Danish/ German border. The Dronning Margrethe Hallen is an international exhibition area covering some 30,000 square meters that will be prepared for the European Championship. The race will be held according to the UEC/UCI rules. Classes Masterclasses: Elite Men, Elite Women, Junior Men og Junior Women Cruiser Elite, Cruiser Junior Elite Women Cruiser, Junior Women Cruiser Men 30+ Masters Challenge classes: - Girls: 9-10 and 11-12,13-14, og Boys: 9-10 and 11-12,13-14, 15-16, 17-24,25-29 og Cruiser: 13-14, 15-16, 17-18, 19-29, 30-39, og 45+ Registration Fee It takes at least five riders to constitute a class. Cruiser, Boys and Girls EUR. 27,- Junior classes EUR. 35,- pr. round Elite classes EUR. 57,- pr. round A penalty for late entries will be charged and the rider will have to pay double amount due if he register after the deadline. 4 Accommodation Reservation for Danish Indoor Camping 2009 European Championship 2009 (July ): As part of the European Championship event the Danish Indoor Camping will be open from Monday July 6th, at 12:00, until Monday July 13th, at 12:00. During this period of time it will be possible to camp next to the exhibition center. The cost for camping during this time is 165/1200 DKK, incl. power outlet access. The cost includes up to six persons per unit. Additional persons within a unit cost an additional 20/150 DKK per person, with a maximum of eight persons per unit. Please note that the cost is fixed and as such independent of the length of the stay. Practical information / Registration details: For reasons of fire safety it will not be possible to erect tents for sleeping on units with mobile homes/caravans where awning is erected Cars are not allowed within the camping units, but nearby parking areas are provided As far as it is possible the camping area will be divided nation vise. If several people want to camp next to each other, that is to book several adjacent units, a single joint registration and payment is required All costs are incl. power outlet access whether this is used or not Payment is possible by bank transfer only. When completing the transfer it is of paramount importance that the text field area includes name, address, nationality, number of persons, and date of arrival. If that information is not provided it is impossible for us to identify who is paying. Once the payment has been registered a confirmation letter including a booking reference will be send.
