To collect your Race Pack you will need to: submit a proof of identity to verify the data provided during registration, sign a declaration available from the Race Office. Collecting your race pack: at the Race Office: bags for Transition Zone T1 and Transition Zone T2, deposit bag, envelope containing your race number, sticker sheet, tattoos, swim cap, wristband, Welcome Banquet ticket. at the Official Merchandise Store: official race backpack at Transition Zone T1: timing chip to put on your ankle. Finisher t-shirt: available on Sunday, 11 June in the Finisher Zone based on race number. Note! Note! The Race Pack includes tattoos. They should be placed on your left calf and left arm. The tattoos are not mandatory but we recommend using them. Note! You need to swim in the swim cap provided in the Race Pack. 3 There will be a special, free shuttle bus service running from Teatralny Square (bus stop located at ul. Bielańska) to Start Zone and Transition Zone T1. The shuttle bus service is open to all athletes and accompanying persons. Bikes are allowed on the buses. Note! Athletes have priority when boarding the bus. Saturday, 10 June: 11:00 19:30 Buses will run approx. every 60 minutes. The last service from Rynia towards Warsaw departs approx. at 21:00. Sunday, 11 June: 06:30 07:00. The busses will depart one by one as they fill out. Return buses will depart after the last athlete leaves T1 (approx. 10:30) from the parking area of Centrum Konferencyjno Rekreacyjne PROMENDA. Bike check-in will take place on Saturday, 10 June at: 12:00 20:30. At the entrance to Transition Zone T1 (Rewita WDW Rynia) you must have: your bike in safe and working order in line with the race rules & regulations, your helmet, your race number, your blue T1 bag from the Race Pack, wristband on your hand provided by the Race Office during Race Pack collection.

4 Correct placement of stickers on your helmet Correct placement of stickers on your bike Sticker sheet included in your Race Pack: After verification in T1, you will receive a timing chip marked with your race number. You will wear your timing chip on your ankle from the moment your cross the start line until you cross the finish line. You will return the chip when collecting your bike from T2. Note! If you lose your chip during the race, you need to immediately notify a race referee. Otherwise when checking out your bike you may be charged 50 for its replacement.

5 Only road, triathlon and TT bikes are allowed. Drafting is not allowed! All athletes are responsible for personally checking in and checking out their bikes to and from the Transition Zones.

6 Your Transition Zone T1 bag should contain everything you need for the bike leg of the race. You will need to leave the bag with your race number on it in the space marked with your race number. Your cycling shoes can be clipped into your pedals or left in the bag. After racking your bike, place your helmet in your bag. After your swim, put the helmet on your head before leaving the changing area.

7 It should contain everything you need for your run and is placed in Transition Zone T2 on Teatralny Square. All your kit needs to fit into the red bag included in your Race Pack. Leave the run bag with your race number on it in the space marked with your race number.

8 Transition Zones opening times: Transition Zone T1: Rewita WDW Rynia, ul. Wczasowa 59, Białobrzegi Saturday, 10 June: 12:00 20:30 Sunday, 11 June: 07: during this time you can check your bike, check and adjust your wheel pressure, and place your bike water bottles. Access to bags will be provided in justified cases only. There will be a Shimano service station available in Transition Zone T1 with pumps for inflating your wheels. Transition Zone T2: Teatralny Square, Warsaw Saturday, 10 June: 11:00 19:30 The race briefing for athletes will take place in the Race Village on Teatralny Square. The briefing will also be broadcast live during the Welcome Banquet in Rewita WDW Rynia as well as on TriathlonPoland.TV. Saturday, 10 June: 17:00 in Polish / 17:30 in English. The Welcome Banquet for Enea 5150 Warsaw athletes will take place on 10 June at 14:00 18:00 in Rewita WDW Rynia. Your ticket for the Welcome Banquet will be included in your Race Pack. You can buy additional tickets to the banquet at the Official Merchandise Store in the Expo zone.

9 On race day the deposit area will be located in WDW Rewita near Transition Zone T1. Deposit area opening times are: 7:00 8:30. To leave your gear and post-race kit in the deposit, it needs to be placed in your deposit bag with your race number attached. Rolling start: athletes will start their race according to time zones (declared swim time). Athletes will enter the starting zone based on their planned swim time regardless of their sex, age group etc. From 09:10 athletes will start entering the water every 10 seconds in groups of 8, beginning with the fastest zone.

10 Start zones: Feed stations will supply you with. Bike course: water in bike-specific drink bottles. Run course: Cisowianka water, PowerBar isotonic sports drink, PowerBar gels, bananas Bike course: one feed station at 17 km. Run course: four feed stations every 2,5 km. Athletes who decide to withdraw during the race need to immediately notify a race referee and return the timing chip (when withdrawing during the swim, return the chip to referees in T1, when withdrawing during the bike and run, return the chip to referees in the penalty tent in front of T2). Failure to do so may result in temporary or permanent disqualification from other events.

11 Bikes and bags from T1 and T2 can be collected from T2 on Teatralny Square at: 13:30 16:30. Note! Items not collected during the specified hours will be transported to the Organizers warehouse. The athlete will be responsible for covering the cost of storage and postage. Note! If equipment is lost or you suspect theft you must immediately notify the Organizer before leaving the Transition Zone. The Organizer reserves the right to reject any claims made after leaving the Transition Zone. Live broadcast of Enea 5150 Warsaw will be available on in the LIVE tab. A link to the broadcast will also be made available on Enea 5150 Warsaw s Facebook profile. The broadcast will also be available for Vectra customers on their Vectra Events channel (250). After entering the finisher area, you can help yourself to a warm recovery meal. Meals will be handed out according to race numbers. Athletes will also have access to: Lech Free, Cisowianka water, Bakal Sport fruit and nuts as well as PowerBar isotonic sports drink. The awards ceremony will take place at 14:00 on Sunday at the main stage located in the Teatralny Square. Awards in all categories must be collected personally on race day. Trophies that for justified reasons will not be collected during the awards ceremony can be collected from the Organizer s Warsaw office until 11 July. Note: Uncollected trophies will not be sent via post. Athletes who purchased the engraving service need their race number. To use the service, go to the engraver s tent (Tryumf) in the Expo area with your race number and medal. The service can also be purchased during Expo opening times in the Official Merchandise Store.

12 Photographs will be sent out within two weeks after the race to your address registered when purchasing the service. The service can also be purchased during Expo opening times in the Official Merchandise Store. Results will be available after the race on as well as on datasports.pl. Rewita WDW Rynia The recommended parking area for cars is in the neighbouring Promenada centre. There is a fee for parking. Please leave your car at the designated parking lot. Please do not park along the course. Help us maintain safety on the course. Teatralny Square The recommended parking area near the finish line is on Bankowy Square. Parking here on Saturdays and Sundays will be free. The starting list is available on Registration > Starting list. Using electronic devices, e.g. ipods, MP3 players, mobile phones with earphones, is forbidden and may lead to a disqualification. Assistance from the spectators is not allowed. Receiving help from them on the bike or run course will lead to disqualification. Crossing the finish line with children or family members is forbidden and can result in a disqualification. Littering outside the designated drop zones 5 minute penalty. Wetsuits are advised during the swim leg (they are not mandatory if the water temperature is above 16 C). If the water temperature falls below 16 C, wetsuits are mandatory. You can find the rules and regulations on
