Because the Race Series extends over nine months, your business will have the benefit of an extended period of exposure to our participants. 4 SAMPLE OF MARKETING EBLAST This is sent to our HRCA homeowner database as well as our previous race participants (25,000+ s) three times before each race to advertise the upcoming event. Typically, we send one blast 5 weeks out from event, one week before the early bird pricing ends (3 weeks out) then the final blast a week before online registration closes for the event. The Backcountry Wilderness Half Marathon marketing starts over 6 months in advance and has a longer period for marketing the race due to the time needed to train for the event. We can track the number of clicks on your company link if you are interested in receiving that information.

5 SAMPLE OF PRE-RACE TO PARTICIPANTS This is sent to our online race registration database of participants before each race. It is sent out on the Thursday before the race. We can track the number of clicks on your company link if you are interested in receiving that information.

6 SAMPLE OF RUNCOLO EBLAST This is an example the RunColo ( eblast that we will pay to run for each race. This eblast goes out to over 39,000 athletes in Colorado. As Presenting Sponsor, your company name and link to website will be included in this eblast that will go out one time before the race.

7 SAMPLE OF PAID FACEBOOK POST BOOST This is an example of a Facebook paid boost post. We pay to have our HRCA Race Series Facebook page post for the race boosted to a demographic of our choice. We typically market our races to M/F ages, in the Denver, Boulder, Littleton, Centennial, Castle Pines, Castle Rock, Parker areas. This typically reaches over 10,000+ Facebook members. As you can see, lots of likes to the post and lots of sharing the post. When your company is presenting

8 sponsor, you get this visibility as well as part of your sponsorship because we link your company name in the post to your Facebook page. SAMPLE OF RACE REGISTRATION PAGE This is an example of how we attach your name to our race when you are Presenting Sponsor. At the top of the race registration page your name will show as Sponsored by under the name of the race. Below is an example of your logo on our race registration page. Presenting sponsors get a larger, more prominent logo positioning. We include a link attached to the logo so when someone clicks on your logo, it will take them directly to any page on your site you would like us to direct them. This is a good way to track clicks to your site if your site has those capabilities.
