5 Types of T&F Competitions A. Dual Meet Between two league teams Week days Two Schools (boys and girls) total athletes Usually one Heat or Flight or each event 2 hours long 4 8 lane track

6 Types of T&F Competitions B. League Championship Usually 6 12 schools Boys and girls, Trials and Finals Limited entries, maybe 400 total athletes Preferred 9 lane track Team scoring
