2 Welcome Participants Thank you for your participation in the Lady Tutu 5k and Little Princess Dash which will take place at Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio on Saturday March 28, We are thrilled to have you join us and cannot wait to see all your beautiful and colorful tutus. If you are from out of town, or out of state - Welcome to Columbus and Ohio. This will be the third year the Lady Tutu has been held in Columbus and the second at Easton Town Center. One of the pleasures of hosting this event in the various cities around Ohio is meeting great people. So we look forward to meeting all of you on Saturday. This event will be the first of the Lady Tutu event series which will take place in Ohio this year. The next is scheduled for May 2 in Toledo, May 16 in Cleveland and June 27 in Cincinnati. We are looking forward to 2015 and the opportunity to share this event across Ohio. We would like to thank our host venue, Easton Town Center. We are grateful for their kind hospitality in allowing us to stage this event on their property. We hope that you will thank them by making a day of it and shopping at their stores and eating in their restaurants. As many of the locals will tell you, Easton is one of the best places to shop and eat in the mid-west and I m sure that if you are from out of town you will soon find out for yourself. So stick around after the race. We also want to thank our charity partner, Make-A-Wish Foundation. Make-A-Wish grants the wish of a child diagnosed with a life-threatening medical condition in the United States and its territories, on average, every 38 minutes. We believe that a wish experience can be a gamechanger. This one belief guides us. It inspires us to grant wishes that change the lives of the kids we serve. 3 Pre-Race Packet Pickup Schedule of Events Athleta Store - Easton 4045 The Strand West, Columbus Ohio Thursday - March 26 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Friday - March 27 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friends Pickup You may pickup race packets for your friends, family and team members. Please bring a list of their names or their event confirmation which will help speed you through the line. Race Day Easton Town Center 160 Easton Town Center Columbus, Ohio Race Day Packet Pickup 6:50 a.m. to 7:50 a.m. 5k Start 8:00 a.m. Little Princess Start We will wait until the last participants are finished before starting the Little Princess Dash. (1 Hour 10 min Limit) Little Princess Dash 9:00 a.m. 5k Start Order START LINE 20:00 to 25:00 25:01 to 30:00 30:01 to 35:00 35:01 to 40:00 Runners ---Joggers ---Walkers ---Strollers 40:01 and Above In order to ensure you run or walk with participants of your own pace, you should self seed yourself based on your pace. Faster runners to the front, joggers in the middle, walkers and strollers towards the rear. Only registered participants in the 5k or Little Princess Dash (and small children in strollers) may be on the course. Little Princesses who are accompanied by a parent / guardian are not eligible for a medal at the end of the 5k. They will receive their own award at the end of their race.

4 Parking and Directions Garages (FREE) The East Garage entrances are on Chagrin Drive and Gramercy Street, offering 1,585 parking spaces. The West Garage entrances are on Easton Loop West and Gramercy Street. This garage offers 1,631 parking spaces. The NEW Fenlon Square Garage offers 952 parking spaces as well as aid in locating open parking spaces, with entrances on the south side of Macy's. The North Garage, located on the north side of Macy s, offers 517 spaces, and its entrances are on Worth Avenue and Easton Loop West. The Southwest Garage, located next to Crate & Barrel, offers 324 parking spaces and can be entered off Easton Way and Townsfair Way. Surface Lots (FREE) The surface lots in Easton s South District are located at Barnes & Noble, Life Time Fitness and behind PF Chang's in the South District. The North District lots are located at The Container Store, Nordstrom, and Macy's. The surface lots at Barnes & Noble and behind PF Chang's are limited to three-hour parking. Directions From the East: Take 70 West to 270 North. Exit at Easton (Exit 33). Turn left at top of the ramp to cross 270 on the Easton Bridge. You will be traveling on Easton Way. The Town Center is on your right after the next traffic light. From the West: Take 70 East to 270 North. Exit at Easton (Exit 33). You will be traveling on Easton Way. The Town Center is on your right after the first traffic light. From the North: Take 71 South to 270 South/East. Exit at Easton (Exit 33). You will be traveling on Easton Way. The Town Center is on your right after the next traffic light. From the South: Take 71 North to 670 East. Take 270 North to Cleveland. Exit at Easton (Exit 33). Turn left at top of the ramp to cross 270 on the Easton Bridge. You will be traveling on Easton Way. The Town Center is on your right after the next traffic light. Physiotherapy Associates licensed physical therapists will be on site for complimentary musculoskeletal screenings, taping, wrapping, stretching, icing and first aid. Come by our booth for a free injury consultation to ensure injury prevention or faster recovery from aches and pains.

5 Timing Chips and Bib Numbers When you check-in you will receive a white envelope. Your envelope will have your name on it and inside the envelope will be your bib number, timing chip and two orange twist ties. You will need to use the twist ties to attach the timing chip to one of your shoes (see photo sequence below). Please DO NOT attach the chip to your shoe with your shoes laces as this can break the chip and cause you to not receive a time. The timing chips are reusable. We will be collecting them at the end of the race. Please look for one of the tubs or buckets after the finish and simply drop your chip in one of them. Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Chip Timing This event will be chip timed. Two times will be provided in the results. A "Chip Time" and a "Gun Time". Chip Time - Is your actual time and starts when you cross the mat at the start and ends when you cross the mat at the finish. Gun Time - Is calculated when the horn/gun sounds at the start of the race and ends when you cross the finish mat. We will be using gun time to score and assign your finish position. If you want to be considered for any awards you should position yourself as close to the front of the starting group as possible. This complies with USATF Rule regarding transponder timing - "the actual time elapsed between an athlete reaching the starting line and finish line can be made known to the athlete, but will not be considered as official time. In short, official time per USATF rule is gun time."

7 Princess Dash Start Line Start Line Finish Line Schedule 8:50 a.m: We will begin to assemble Little Princesses in Towns Square. Girls Aged 4 and Under will assemble under the blue checkered flag Girls aged 5 and older will assemble under the yellow checkered flag. 8:55 a.m: We walk the Little Princesses to their starting areas. Yellow Line, girls 4 and under. Total distance is 88 yards. Blue Line, girls 5 and older. Total distance is 150 yards. Arrive early and have your Little Princess get her photo with Elsa and Anna courtesy of Paulettes Princess Parties. Princesses will be ready at 7:00 a.m.

8 Questions & Answers Q: Are strollers allowed? A: Yes strollers are allowed, just be sure to start at the back of the field to avoid the rush of participants at the start of the race. Q: Can I pickup race packets for my team members? A: Yes you can but please bring a confirmation with you or a listing of their names (and shirt sizes) as this will speed up the check in process Q: I am coming from out of town, will there be race day pickup? A: Yes, race day pickup will start at 7:00 a.m. Q: Can my Little Princess run/walk with me in the 5k? A: Yes as long as she is entered in the Little Princess Dash 5k she can participate with you. However at the finish please do not take a medal for her. She will get her own award at the conclusion of her event. Q: How long is the Little Princess Dash? A: The first event, for girls aged 4 and under is approximately 70 yards long while the second event for girls aged 5 and older the distance is approximately 150 yards. Q: Will there be race day registration? A: Yes, there will be race day registration. Q: Do I need to register my child who will be in a stroller? A: No, infants or kids in strollers do not need to be registered. Q: I want my child to walk or run with me but they aren t entered in either the Little Princess Dash or the 5k, are they allowed? A: No, only registered participants of the Little Princess Dash or 5k participants are allowed to officially enter the course. Q: My shoe tag number does not have a number or has a number that does not match my bib number? A: Shoe tag numbers and bib numbers do not neeed to match your bib. Q: What do I do with my shoe tag at the end of the race? A: Since we reuse the shoe tags please drop them off in one of the buckets / tubs located at the end of the race. Face Painting will begin at 7:00 a.m. If you want to have a face painted, arrive early. Event photographs will be taken by In My Life Photography and will be available after the race. We will let you know when they are ready for downloading via Facebook and .
