3 What To Bring To The Packet Pick-up Pick Up For Yourself: 1. The government issued photo ID that was used for the registration 2. Registration confirmation (print or save on your smartphone). Pick Up For Others 1. Runner's registration confirmation (print or save on your smartphone). 2. Pick-up waiver signed by the runner (waiver is on the confirmation ). 3. Any government issued photo ID of the person picking up the packet If you received an requesting you to sign the participant waiver, please click the link and sign it ASAP. We recommend you to screenshot your registration confirmation and make sure to have the entire QR code What if you haven't received the confirmation ? 1. If you registered on the official website, please log in to Myevents.active.com to print out the confirmation, or you will receive the confirmation from the Active system on May 30th the latest. 2. If you registered through other platforms,you will receive the confirmation on June 1 st (or earlier). 3. If you still haven't received the confirmation , please info.cn@thecolorrun.com, including your name, the address you used to register and the city you registered.

5 Arrival Race Venue: Beijing Garden Expo Public Transportation: Subway line 14, Beijing Garden Expo Station, it will take you 20 mins to walk. Bag Storage June 9 th Morning event : 7:30-12:30 Afternoon event : 13:30-18:30 Location: Beijing Garden Expo gate No.3 Please do not store valuable items and pick up your items before the Am and Pm event finishes Bib Number Please attach your bib number so it is visible on your shirt. This is how you will be identified as a Color Runner. Only Color Runners will be allowed in the start and finish chute area.

6 Event Time Morning event : 09:00-13:00 Event site opens: 08:00 The Color Run starts: 09:00 Last wave leaves at 11:00 *When the morning event ends, we will clear the event site. We suggest participants of afternoon event to arrive not too early in order to avoid waiting in line for too long Afternoon event : 14:30-18:30 Event site opens: 14:00 The Color Run starts: 14:30 Last wave leaves at 16:30 Tips for you: It's better to finish your run within 50 minutes. In the morning event, the final party will start at 9:50 and end at 12:30. In the afternoon event, the final party will start at 15:20 and end at 18:00. (Expected time) Please arrange your time accordingly to have the best experience! Start All runners must wear The Color Run officail T-shirt and the bib number as their tickets to enter the event site. Morning event: Afternoon event: First wave: 9:00 First wave: 14:30 Last wave: 11:00 Last wave: 16:30 *Run will start in waves every 5-10 minutes. You can join any wave as you arrive. *If you missed the last wave for any reasons, you will not be able to start and no refund is available.

7 See You At The Start Line! *For safety reasons, we strictly prohibit runners using non-official color powder. *To ensure runners' experience, only registered runners are allowed on course. *You can join any wave when you arrive onsite and run with your friends and family together. Post-race Color Party At the after party, the crowd will throw a round of color every 15 minutes to welcome new runners for coming back. You will find a bag of color in your race packet and please save it for the party. Hero Backdrop We have created a Hero themed backdrop to fulfill your superhero dream on site. Grab your friends and take loads of selfies with your favorite hero! The smile on your faces will forever be our precious memory. Make sure to share this moment with your most beloved friends and family. We wish you to be the happiest color runner on this planet. Get Your Medal You will receive your Unicorn Medal when you cross the finishing line. Don't forget to get your Medal at the Medal pick-up zone. Weather We will do everything in our power to hold The Color Run TM event as scheduled. However, extreme weather (excessive heat, wind or rain etc.) may cause us to modify the event. Runner SAFETY is our highest priority. In case of lighting, we will wait at least 30 minutes after the storm before resuming. Please stay updated on race day by checking your updates and The Color Run China's Weibo, Wechat, and Facebook accounts. Merchandise At the packet pick-up, you can visit The Color Run official merchandise area and pick up a few magical items for your run!

8 Safety First The Color Run TM is a non-smoking event. We reserve any rights to ask anyone who violates the regulations to leave the event. Color powder at each Color Station is for staff and volunteer use only, they will cover you with plenty of colors. For your safety, please do not grab color powder on your own at any color stations. Please pay attention to safety when using selfie-stick and do not affect other runners around. Runners please keep to the left; walkers and participants with strollers, please keep to the right. If running with small children, please stay close and direct them through the event. If you would like to cover your face up for any reason, please feel free to wear a bandana or sunglasses etc. Protect The Environment To protect the environment, plaese do the following while attending The Color Run TM Do not litter Bring your own garbage bag and bring any waste away, including T-shirt packaging, empty bottles, waste tissues, etc. Please stay on the pedestrian path. Keep off the grass. Lost & Found To find lost items or to be reunited with friends, our Lost & Found area will be located at the bag check service.
