The middle school races will have two divisions a School division & Club division. The middle school divisions will run a 3k race. The elementary will consist of the same two divisions. The elementary schools will run a 2k race. There will be no assigned starting boxes; it will be first come first serve. If seen walking an official will pull the athlete off the course as that was the only requirement for advancing from the regional qualifier to the state meet. The course will be open Friday November 17 th for course preview from 2pm- 5pm. You can pick up your packets at this time and get team van passes. Team tents must be set up in the designated team tent area. Please refer to the course map for the designated team tent area. Online Entry Registration will be on To be able to register your team, you must pay for your team first in order to get the password to open up the registration. Registration will not open until after the regional races on November 6th. Registration will end Tuesday, November 14 th at midnight. Each team will consist of no more than 10 runners. If a club or school would like to add an additional team (B team) there will be an additional entry fee. Any additions or changes after the entry deadline up till Friday the 17 th will be $5 per change. This includes spelling errors as well as additions. Saturday morning there will be no changes allowed! For any questions please me at dusty@b3rsports.com Packet Pick-Up Packet pick up will start when the course opens Friday at 2:00 p.m. and end at 5 p.m. It will open again Saturday morning at 6:00 a.m. Coaches must pay online or mail checks in with enough time to receive before Monday November 13 th to enter no checks will be accepted the day of the event. Coaches please make sure you get your packets 30 minutes before your race to ensure enough time to get the timing chips signed out and onto your runner s shoes. Coaches will be in charge of returning the timing chips back where they picked their packets up. Any lost timing chips will be a $20 fine per missing chip. We would rather have the timing chip back and not collect any money!

2 Admission/ Parking Admission is $10 per person, kids 5 & under free. Athletes must show bib number to get in without paying admission. There will be a $5 per vehicle charge for spectator parking. Team buses and team vans are free, if a parent has an athlete in the car they still have to pay $10. Buses and team vans can pick up their free parking pass on Friday with their packets. Cash and credit cards accepted. When using a credit card there is a $1 transaction fee added to the total. Coaches please make sure your parents are aware of this! Overnight RV camping The Florida Horse Park has RV hook ups for overnight camping. The sites have power & water (no sewage dumping). The park also has restrooms and showers on site. RV sites are $100 and must be reserved & paid by Friday November 10th Check in must be completed by Friday November 17 th at 6 p.m.! Parents Information Event Shirts Event shirts will be on sale for $15.00 pre- sale till November 3 rd Day of the event will be $20.00 cash $21.00 credit card and in limited quantity at the event.to be guaranteed a t-shirt you can pre order by ing dusty@b3rsports.co m. We will need team name, quantity & shirt sizes. Order must be sent and paid for by Friday November 3 rd No exceptions!!! Shirts are tech t-shirts not cotton t- shirts. Athletes Information Course Welcome to your p.r. course. This course is fast with long straights, small rolling hills and packed grass. The main field is an international horse cross country course. The meter markers are located within walking distance of the start and finish giving spectators maximum viewing spots to watch their athlete. 3 Individual Awards Top 2 individuals will receive trophies, 3-10 in each division will receive medals in each division will receive ribbons. Team Awards Top 2 overall teams Boys and Girls will get custom team trophy. Individuals must be present at awards ceremony to receive award. We will not give them out early or mail them. Instant results as you finish Half-Mile Timing will have a scoreboard scrolling individual times as the runners finish. After the last individual finishes each race you can find the results on halfmiletiming.com. We will also have a split clock at the mile marker for the middle school divisions. Custom Mile Markers The course will have the mile marked for the middle school divisions. The meter marks will be out for both middle & elementary schools.
