TECHNICAL INFORMATION 12.1 FACILITIES: Mondo, six lanes, 8 lanes for 60 meters sprint, shot put and weight throw circle in ciment 800 persons seating capacity Spikes must be no longer than 7 mm (1/4") Shots and weights will be provided by the organizing committee (you can bring your gear, but they will be available to all participants after weighing) Timing system by Lynx Results by Hytek Marchalling area is located in gymnasium #2 Warm up is located in gymnasium #1, #2 and university tunnel. Poles: delivered directly at the University to the attention of Donald Ross. Service du sport, Université de Sherbrooke, 2500 boulevard de l Université, Sherbrooke (Qc) J1K 2R1 The organizing committee is not responsible for the transportation of poles THERAPY / MEDICAL SERVICES: A doctor and a physiotherapist will be available throughout the championship. SPORT INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS Each team must provide a high resolution picture of all athletes nominated for a major prize before Monday, February 28 to 16 h. Photos must be submitted on the FTP site of the championship. Participating teams must provide a media guide in PDF format. Guides should be sent to Jason Ilalqua (jilacqua@universitysport.ca). Universities wishing to provide a paper guide may place them at the dinner awards to be held on Thursday at 12 pm at Delta.

8 13. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Post-championship event The Athletes Committee organizes a post-championship evening. The evening will be held Saturday, March 12 at the bar Fakulté (2155 Galt West). Tickets for the evening will be on sale throughout the championship. Le Coureur Kiosk Shop Le Coureur 's shop will have a booth to sell promotional items at the mezzanine of the stadium during the championship.
