3 GENERAL Steel sailing yacht, Van de Stadt Madeira 46 "Makula", launched in Hull built in 2001 by Mekon Lemmer - Holland, paintjob by Schooneman Enkhuizen, interior and electric work by owner. Design by Van De Stadt. Dim.: 14,00 m x 4,20 x 2,20 m. Steel hull, doghouse, superstructure and deck (everything 4 mm). Anti-slip on deck, teak on cockpit floor and cockpit benches. Round bilged hull, fin keel with bulb. Complete hull is isolated with fire-resistant insulation, included the cockpit lockers. Lewmar hatches and windows in aluminium framing - all can be opened. Displacement: approx. 15 tonnes, ballast: 4,4 tonnes (lead). Fuel tank capacity: 500 litres (steel tank + tank tender). Fresh water capacity: 700 litres (steel tank + tank tender). Sump tank (Grey Water) capacity: 200 litres (not connected). Jefa wheel steering, wheel cover. ACCOMMODATION Modern mahogany interior, saloon with two cabins, 4 (+1) berths. Pressurized water system, drain pump with automatic float. Webasto 90T heating with radiators and convectors. Hot water through boiler (heated through Webasto 90T). Saloon with U-shaped settee and two chairs, leather upholstery, all lockers with gas springs (inhibited), headroom: 1,93 m.. Front and aft cabin with thick mattresses. Galley with sink, Force 10 electric ceramic three burner stove with oven, Waeco fridge with small freeze compartment. No gas on board. Two marine heads: one with wash bowl, shower with pump and a Cerit electric toilet (incl. grinder) and one in the frontcabin with wash bowl and shower with pump (no toilet). Kenwood KDC-W311 stereo with CD player and speakers in saloon and doghouse. MACHINERY Nanni 5,280 HE - 5 cylinder - 62 hp diesel engine with approx. 53 engine hours. Engine of 2004, built in in 2007, launched 2009, gearbox:. ZF Z5M ZB, Morse engine control, double fuel filters, intercooling system, wet exhaust. Cruising speed: approx. 6,8 knots at 2000 Rpm, maximum speed: approx. 8 knots. Varifold three bladed folding propeller, stainless steel propeller shaft - water lubricated. Duo Classic electric bow thruster of 8 hp with two AGM Northstar batteries of 100 Amp. and own charger. Electric circuit: 12V/24V/230V, shore power, earth leakage breaker and Isolation Transformers. AGM Wings 24V batteries of x 200 Amp. BMV battery monitor. Victron 2x 2500 W inverter, Victron Skyla 80 Ah. battery charger, Phoenix Control. 2

NAVIGATION Plastimo compass, Raymarine ST60 echo sounder, Raymarine ST60 log, Raymarine ST60 windset: speed + direction, Icom M505 VHF with Atis/GMDSS and second horn, Clipper Navtex, Raymarine C80 plotter/radar with GPS function, 4kW dome, Garmin GPS72 handheld.
