The on-site Neptune Sailing School offers both RYA sailboat and powerboat courses, whilst Alton Water offers courses, sailboat hire and Stand-Up Paddle Boarding. The Royal Harwich Yacht Club is home to Shearwater Sailing who offers Day Skipper to Yacht Master Theory and Practical courses. Immensely popular, it is recommended that you book your sailing courses and dinghy hire in advance of your stay. Being located next to the historic Grade II listed Woolverstone Hall and home to the Ipswich School for Girls, it s a stunning venue for weddings and events. With the spectacular views out over the water, the Riverside Bar and Restaurant offers both culinary delights and a wonderful place to chill.
