18 Page 17 of 27 And of His Signs are the sun and the moon. { 71-71} 17 - سورة نوح ۰۰۱۶ و ل ع ج ر م ق لا ن ه ي فا ر و ن و ل ع ج س م شلاا جا ر س ۰۰۱۵ م ل اا و ر ت ف ي ك ق ل خ ه للا ع ب س ت و م س ا Do you not see how Allah has created seven heavens, one upon the other, and has placed the moon in them as a light, and the sun as a radiant lamp? { 71} 17 - سورة فصلت ۰۰۳۷ ا لا و د ج س ت س م شل ل وا ل ر م ق ل ل وا و د ج سا ه ل ل ي ذ لا ن ه ق ل خ ن ا م ت ن ك ها ي ا ن و د ب ع ت ١ و ن م ه ت ي ا ل ي لا و را ه نلا و س م شلا و ر م ق لا And of His Signs are the night and the day, and the sun and the moon. Do not prostrate yourselves before the sun, nor before the moon, but prostrate yourselves before Allah Who created them, if it is Him that you serve. (prostration) { 14-71} 71 - سورة يس ۰۰۳۸ ك ل ذ ر ي د ق ت ز ي ز ع لا ي ل ع لام ١ و س م شلا ي ر ج ت ر ق ت س م لا ه ل ۰۰۳۷ خ ل س ن ه ن م را ه نلاا ذ ا ف م ه و م ل ظ ما ١ و ة ي ا م ه ل ل ي لا ١ ا ل س م شلا ي غ ب ن ي ا ه ل ن ا ك ر د ت ر م ق لا وا ل ل ي لا نلا را ۰۰۳۹ و ر م ق لا ه ن ر د ق ل زا ن مى ت ح دا ع ن و ج ر ع لا ك م ي د ق لا ۰۰۴۰ و ل ك ي ف ك ل ف ن و ح ب س ي And the night is another Sign for them. We strip the day from it and they become plunged in darkness. The sun is running its course to its appointed place. That is the ordaining of the All-Mighty, the All-Knowing. We have appointed stages for the moon till it returns in the shape of a dry old branch of palm-tree. Neither does it lie in the sun's power to overtake the moon nor can the night outstrip the day. 19 Page 18 of 27 Highly blessed is He, Who has made fortified spheres in the heavens and has set in it a "lamp" and a shining moon. He it is Who caused the night and the day to succeed each other so that everyone who desires to learn a lesson or become grateful. Each of them is floating in its orbit. { 77-74} 57 - سورة األنبياء ا ل ف ا ١ وا ن ل ع ج ن م ء ا م لا ل ك ء ي ش ي ح ١ و ا م ل ر ي ن ي ذ لاا و ر ف ك ن ا ت و م سلا و ض ر ا لاا ت نا كا ق ت را م ه ن ق ت ف ف و ۰۰۳۱ و ا ن ل ع ج ا ه ي ف ا جا ج ف ا ل ب س م ه ل ع ل ن و د ت ه ي ١ و ا ن ل ع ج ي ف ض ر ا لا ي سا و ر ن ا د ي م ت م ه ب ۰۰۳۰ ن و ن م ؤ ي و و ه ي ذ لا ق ل خ ل ي لا و را ه نلا و س م شلا و ۰۰۳۲ و م ه ن ع ا ه ت ي ا ن و ض ر ع م ١ ا ن ل ع ج ء ا م سلا ا ف ق س ا ظ و ف ح م ۰۰۳۳ ل ك ي ف ك ل ف ن و ح ب س ي ١ ر م ق لا Did the unbelievers (who do not accept the teaching of the Prophet) not realize that the heavens and the earth were joined together as one united piece, then We tore them apart, and We made every living being out of water? Will they, then, not believe (that We created all this)? And We placed firm mountains on earth lest it should sway with them, and We made wide paths in them that they may find their way; and We made the sky a secure canopy; and yet they turn away from these Signs. It is He Who created the night and the day, and the sun and the moon. Each of them is floating in its orbit. The sun and the moon follow a reckoning. { 5} 77 - سورة الرعد ل ك ي ر ج ي ١ ه لل ا ي ذ لا ع ف ر ت و م سلا ر ي غ ب د م ع ا ه ن و ر ت م ث ى و ت سا ى ل ع ش ر ع لا و ر خ س س م شلا و ر م ق لا ۰۰۲ ر ب د ي ر م ا لا ل ص ف ي ت ي ا لا م ك ل ع ل ء ا ق ل ب م ك ب ر ن و ن ق و ت ١ ل ج ا لى م س م It is Allah Who has raised the heavens without any supports that you could see, and then He established Himself on the Throne (of Dominion). He governs the entire order of the universe and clearly explains the signs that you may be firmly convinced about meeting your Lord. ۰۰۶ و م ج نلا و ر ج شلا ن د ج س ۰۰۵ { س م شل ا و ر م ق لاا ب س ح بن 1-1} 11 - سورة الرمحن The sun and the moon follow a reckoning, and the stars and the trees all prostrate themselves. { 61-61} 1 - سورة األنعام و و ه ي ذ لا ل ع ج م ك ل ۰۰۹۶ ك ل ذ ر ي د ق ت ز ي ز ع لا ي ل ع لا ١ و ل ع ج ل ي لاا ن ك س و س م شلا و ر م ق لاا نا ب س ح ١ ق لا ف حا ب ص ا لا ۰۰۹۷ د قا ن ل ص ف ت ي ا لا م و ق ل ن و م ل ع ي ١ م و ج نلاا و د ت ه ت لا ه ب ي ف ت م ل ظ ر ب لا و ر ح ب لا It is He Who causes the dawn to split forth, and has ordained the night for repose, and the sun and the moon for reckoning time. All this is determined by Allah the Almighty, the All-Knowing. It is He Who has made for you the stars that you may follow the right direction in the darkness of the land and the sea. We have indeed spelled out signs for the people who have knowledge. That you may learn the calculation of years and the reckoning of time. { 1-1} 74 - سورة يونس ١ ا م ق ل خ ه للا ك ل ذ ا ل ا ق ح لا ب ١ و ه ي ذ لا ل ع ج س م شلا ء ا ي ض و ر م ق لا ا ر و ن و ه ر د ق ل زا ن م ا و م ل ع ت ل د د ع ن ي ن سلا و با س ح لا ۰۰۶ ن اي فلا فا ل ت و ل ي و را وا م ق ل خ ه للاي ف ت و م سلا و ض ر ا لا ل ت ي ي م و ق ن و ق ت ۰۰۵ ل ص ف ي ت ي ا لا م و ق ل ن و م ل ع ي He it is Who gave the sun radiance and the moon light, and determined the stages (for the waxing and waning) of the moon that you may learn the calculation of years and the reckoning of time. Allah has created all this with a rightful purpose (rather than out of play). He expounds His signs for the people who know. 21 Page 20 of 27 the day and in all that Allah has created in the heavens and the earth there are signs for the people who seek to avoid (error of outlook and conduct). Have you not seen how your Lord lengthens out the shadow? { 11-11} We have adorned the lower heaven with lamps. سورة الفرقان- 51 م ل ا ر ت ى ل ا ك ب ر ف ي ك د م ل ظلا ١ و و ل ء ا ش ل ع ج ل ا ن كا س ١ م ث ن ل ع ج س م شلا ه ي ل ع ل ي ل دا ۰۰ م ث ن ض ب ق ن ي ل ا ا ض ب ق ر ي س ي ۰۱ و و ه ي ذ لا ل ع ج م ك ل ل ي لاو ا سا ب و م و نو ا تا ب و ل ع جا ه نلاا ر و ش ۰۲ Have you not seen how your Lord lengthens out the shadow? Had He willed, He would have made it constant, but We have made the sun its pilot; then (as the sun climbs up), We roll it up little by little towards Ourselves. And it is Allah Who has ordained the night as a garment for you, and the sleep as a repose of death, and the day as the time of return to life. سورة ق } { م ل ف ا ر ظ ن يى ل اا م سلا ه ق و ف ف ي ك ن ي ن ب و ن ي ز وا ما ه ل ن م ج و ر ف ۰۴ Did they never observe the sky above them: how We built it and beautified it; and it has no cracks. سورة الصافات } { ا ن ا ن ي زا م سلاي ن دلا ن ي ز ب و ك ل اا ۰۴ We have adorned the lower heaven with the adornment of the stars. سورة فصلت } { هى ض ق ف ع ب س ت و م س ي ف ي م و ي و ى ح و ا ي ف ل ك ء ا م س ه ر م ا ١ و ن ي ز ا م سلا ي ن دلا با ص م ب ١ ا ظ ف ح و ي ز ع لاي ل ع لا ۰۰ ١ ك ل ذ ي د ق ت Then He made them seven heavens in two days and revealed to each heaven its law. And We adorned the lower heaven with lamps, and firmly secured it. All this is the firm plan of the All-Mighty, the All-Knowing. 22 Page 21 of 27 It is He Who has made for you the stars that you may follow the right direction in the darkness of the land and the sea. { 61} 1 - سورة األنعام ۰۰۹۷ د قا ن ل ص ف ت ي ا لا م و ق ل ن و م ل ع ي ١ و و ه ي ذ لا ل ع ج م ك ل م و ج نلاا و د ت ه ت لا ه ب ي ف ت م ل ظ ر ب لا و ر ح ب لا It is He Who has made for you the stars that you may follow the right direction in the darkness of the land and the sea. We have indeed spelled out signs for the people who have knowledge. { 71-71} 71- سورة النحل و م ج نلا ب م ه ١ و ت م ل ع ۰۰۱۵ وى ق ل اي ف ض ر ا لا ي سا و ر ن ا د ي م ت م ك ب وا ر ه ن ا وا ل ب س م ك ل ع ل و د ت ه تا ن ا ه للا ١ و ن اا و د ع ت ة م ع ن ه للا ا لا ه و ص ح ت ۰۰۱۷ ا ل ف ا ن و ر ك ذ ت ١ ن م ف ا ق ل خ ي ن م ك ا ل ق ل خ ي ۰۰۱۶ ن و د ت ه ي ۰۰۱۸ ر و ف غ ل م ي ح ر And He has placed firm mountains on the earth lest it quake with you, and has made rivers and tracks that you may find your way, and He has set other landmarks in the earth. And by the stars too do people find their way. Is then the One Who creates like the one who does not create? Will you not, then, take heed? For, if you try to count the blessings of Allah, you will not be able to count them. Surely Allah is Ever Forgiving, Most Merciful. Who subjected for you the sun, the moon and the stars so that each of them is pursuing its course till an appointed time. { 75} 71 - سورة النحل ۰۰۱۲ ن ا ي ف ك ل ذ ل ت ي ي م و ق و ل ق ع يا ١ و م و ج نلا ت ر خ س م ه ر م ا ب ١ و س م شلا و ر م ق لا ١ و ر خ س م ك ل ل ي لا و را ه نلا He has subjected for you the night and the day and the sun and the moon and the stars have also been made subservient by His command. 23 Page 22 of 27 { 71-75} سورة إبراهيم - 71 ه لل ا ي ذ لا ق ل خو م سلا وض ر ا لا و ل ز ن ا ن ما م سلا ء ا م ر خ ا ف لا ن م ز ر ت ك ل ١ و ر خ س م ك لك ل ف لا ر ج ت ل ي ف ر ح ب لا ر م ا ب ١ و ر خ س م ك ل ه ن ا لار ۰۲ و ر خ س م ك ل س م شلا و ر م ق لا ب ى ا د ١ و ر خ س م ك ل ل ي لا و ا ه نلار ۰۳ وم كى ت ا ن م ل كا م ت ل ا س ١ و ن او د ع ت ت م ع ن ه للاا ل و ص ح ت ١ ن اس ن ا لا و ل ظ لا ف كر ۰۴ It is Allah Who created the heavens and the earth, Who sent down water from the heaven and thereby brought forth a variety of fruits as your sustenance, Who subjected for you the ships that they may sail in the sea by His command, Who subjected for you the rivers, Who subjected for you the sun and the moon and both of them are constant on their courses, Who subjected for you the night and the day, and Who gave you all that you asked Him for. Were you to count the favours of Allah you shall never be able to encompass them. Verily man is highly unjust, exceedingly ungrateful. { 74-56} سورة لقمان - 77 م ل ا ر ت ن ا ه للا ج ل و ي ل ي لا ي ف را و ج ل و ي ا ه نلا ي ف و ل ي و ر خ س س م شلا و ر م ق لا ١ ل ك ي ر ج ي ى ل ا ل ج ا م س م و ن ه للا و ه ق و ن اا م ن و ع ن م لا ه ن ل طا ١ و ن ا ه للا و هي ل ع لاي ب ك لار ۰۰ ن ا ه للاا م ب ل م ع ت ر ي ب خ ۰۰۲۹ ك ل ذ Do you not see that Allah makes the night phase into the day and makes the day phase into the night and has subjected the sun and the moon to His will so that each of them is pursuing its course till an appointed time? (Do you not know that) Allah is well aware of all that you do? All this is because Allah, He alone, is the Truth and all that which they call upon beside Him is false. 24 Page 23 of 27 { 71-77} 71 - سورة فاطر م ك ل ذ ه للا ١ ل ك ي ر ج ي ل ج ا لى م س م ١ و ر خ س س م شلا و ر م ق لا ١ ج ل و ي ل ي لاي ف را و ج ل و ي را ه نلاي ف و ل ي و و ل ١ ن ا م ه و ع د تا لا و ع م س ي م ك ء ا ع د ۰۰۱۳ و ن ي ذ لا ن و ع د ت ن م ه ن و دا م ن و ك ل م ي ن م ي م ط قم ١ م ك ب ر ه ل ك ل م لا ۰۰۱۴ وا ل ك ئ ب ن ي ل ث م ي ب خر ١ و م و ي ة م ي ق لا ن و ر ف ك ي م ك ك ر ش ب ١ ا و ع م سا ما و با ج ت سا م ك ل He causes the night to phase into the day and the day into the night, and He has subjected the sun and the moon, each running its course to an appointed term. That is Allah, your Lord; to Him belongs the Kingdom; but those whom you call upon, apart from Allah, possess not so much as the skin of a date-stone. If you call upon them, they cannot hear your prayer. And if they hear it, they cannot answer it. On the Day of Resurrection they will disown you for associating others with Allah in His Divinity. No one can inform you of the truth except the All-Aware. He created all these in Truth and for an appointed term. { 1-7} 11 - سورة األحقاف و ن ي ذ لا ا و ر ف ك ا م ع ا و ر ذ ن ا ١ ا م ا ن ق ل خ ت و م سلا و ض ر ا لا و ا م ا م ه ن ي ب ا ل ا ق ح لا ب و ل ج ا ى م س م ١ ل ق م ت ي ء ر اا م ن و ع د ت ن م ن و د ه للا ي ن و ر اا ما ذا و ق ل خ ن م ض ر ا لا م ا م ه ل ك ر شي ف ت و م سلا ۰۰۳ ن و ض ر ع م ۰۰۴ ي ن و ت ي ا ب ت ك ب ن م ل ب ق ا ذ ه و ا ة ر ث ا ن م م ل ع ن ا م ت ن ك ن ي ق د ص We have created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them in Truth and for an appointed term. But those who disbelieve have turned away from what they were warned against. Tell them, (O Prophet): Did you consider those whom you call upon beside Allah? Show me, which part of the earth they created? Or do they have any share in creating the heavens? Bring to me any Scripture earlier than this one, or any vestige of knowledge (in support of your belief) if you are truthful. 25 Page 24 of 27 O people, a parable is set forth: pay heed to it { 11-17} 55 - سورة احلج و ١ ن ا ن ي ذ لا ن و ع د ت ن م ن و د ه للا ن لا و ق ل خ يا با ب ذ و و لا و ع م ت جا ه ل ١ ا ه ي ا ي سا نلا ب ر ض ل ث ما و ع م ت سا ف ه ل ن ا ١ ا ماو ر د ق ه للا ق ح ه ر د ق ۰۰۷۳ ف ع ض ب لا طلا و ب و ل ط م لا ١ ن ا م ه ب ل س ي با ب ذلاا ـ ي شا له و ذ ق ن ت س ي ه ن م ۰۰۷۴ ه للا ي و ق ل ز ي ز ع O people, a parable is set forth: pay heed to it. Those whom you call upon besides Allah cannot create even a fly, even if all of them come together to do that. And if the fly were to snatch away anything from them, they would not be able to recover that from it. Powerless is the supplicant; and powerless is he to whom he supplicates. They have not formed a true estimate of Allah. Indeed, Allah is All-Powerful, All-Mighty. The sun, the moon and the stars prostrate themselves before Allah. { 71} 55 - سورة احلج م ل ا ر ت ن ا ه للا د ج س يل ه ن مي ف ت و م سلا و ن مي ف ض ر ا لا و س م شلا و ر م ق لا و م و ج نلا و لا ب ج لا و ر ج شلا و ب ا و دلا ۰۰۱۸ ء ا ش ي ن ا ه للا ل ع ف يا م ١ و ن م ن ه ي ه للاا م ف ه ل ن م م ر ك م ١ و ر ي ث ك ق ح ه ي ل ع با ذ ع لا ١ و ر ي ث ك ن م سا نلا Have you not seen that all those who are in the heavens and all those who are in the earth prostrate themselves before Allah; and so do the sun, the moon and the stars, the mountains and the trees, and the beasts, and so do many human beings, and even many of those who are condemned to chastisement? And he whom Allah humiliates, none can give him honour. Allah does whatever He wills. (prostration) { 1} 11 - سورة الرمحن ۰۰۶ و م ج نلا و ر ج شلا ن د ج س And the stars and the trees all prostrate themselves. 26 Page 25 of 27 Tell them: 'Observe carefully all that is in the heavens and the earth.' { 747} 74 - سورة يونس ۰۰۱۰۱ وا مي ن غ ت ت ي ا ل و ر ذ نل ن ع م و ا ل ن و ن م ؤ ي ١ ل قا و ر ظ ناا ما ذي ف ت و م سلا و ض ر ا لا Tell them: 'Observe carefully all that is in the heavens and the earth.' But no signs and warnings can avail those who are bent on not believing. { 711} 1 - سورة األعراف ١ و ن اى س ع ن ا ن و ك ي د ق ب ر ت قا م ه ل ج ا ١ و ا م لا و ر ظ ن ي ي ف ت و ك ل م ت و م سلا و ض ر ا لا وا م ق ل خ ه للا ن م ء ي ش ۰۰۱۸۵ ي ا ب ف ث ي د ح ه د ع ب ن و ن م ؤ ي Have they not observed the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and all that Allah has created and that their term of life might have drawn near After this warning from the Prophet, what will it be that will make them believe? Ignorant people pass by these signs without giving any heed { } 72 - سورة يوسف ۰۰۱۰۶ وا م ن م ؤ ي م ه ر ث ك ا ه للا با ل ا و م ه ن و ك ر ش م ۰۰۱۰۵ و ن ي ا ك ن م ة ي اي ف ت و م سلا و ض ر ا لا ن و ر م يا ه ي ل ع و م ه ر ع م ن و ض ر ع م How many are the signs in the heavens and the earth which people pass by without giving any heed! And most of them believe in Allah only when they associate others with Him in His Divinity. You have not created this in vain. Glory to You! Save us, then, from the chastisement of the Fire. Allah's Omnipotence, His Greatness { 11} 76 - سورة الزمر ۰۰۶۷ ه ن ح ب س وى ل ع تا م ع ن و ك ر ش ي ١ و ض ر ا لاا ع ي م ج ه ت ض ب ق م و ي ة م ي ق لا و ت و م سلا ت ي و ط م ه ن ي م ي ب ١ وا ماو ر د ق ه للا ق ح ه ر د ق They did not recognise the true worth of Allah. (Such is Allah's power that) on the Day of Resurrection the whole earth will be in His grasp, and the heavens shall be folded up in His Right Hand. Glory be to Him! Surely Allah is Most Bounteous to people; but most people do not give thanks. Allah (Who bestowed all these favours upon you) is your Lord, the Creator of everything. There is no God but He.
