Man is indeed extremely prone to denying the Truth. سورة النحل 66-77} { و ه للا ك ق ل خ م ث ف و ت ي ١ و م ك ن م ن م د ر يى ل ا ل ذ ر ار م ع لا ي ك لا ل م ل ع د ع م ل ا ي ١ ن ا ه للا م ي ل ع ي د قر ۰۰۷۰ Allah has created you, and then He causes you to die. Some of you have your lives prolonged to an abject old age, when one loses all knowledge after having acquired it. Allah is All-Knowing, All-Powerful. سورةآل عمران } { و ه للا ي ح ي و ت ي م ي ١ و ه للاا م ب ل م ع ت ر ي ص ب ۰۰۱۵۶ In truth it is Allah alone who grants life and deals death. Allah sees all that you do. سورة املؤمنون- 23 {87-78} و و ه ي ذ لا ل ا ش ن ا م ك ع م س وا ص ب ا و ف ا ١ ل ي ل قا م ر ك ش ت ۰۰ و و ه ي ذ لا ك ا ر ذي ف ض ر ا لا و ه ي ل ا ر ش ح ت ۰۱ و و ه ي ذ لا ي ح ي و ت ي م ي و ه لا ل ت خا ل ي لا وا ه نلا ١ ا ل ف ا ل ق ع ت ۰۲ { Page 1

3 Page 2 of 10 It is He Who has endowed you with the faculties of hearing and sight and has given you hearts (to think). Scarcely do you give thanks. It is He Who has dispersed you all around the earth, and it is unto Him that you will all be mustered. It is He Who gives life and causes death, and He holds mastery over the alternation of night and day. Do you not understand this? { 3-6} 57 - سورة احلديد ي ح ي و ١ ه ل ا ك ل ت و م سلا و ض ر ا لا ۰۰۱ و و ه ز ي ز ع لا م ي ك ح لا ١ ح ب س ه ل ل ا م ي ف ت و م سلا و ض ر ا لا ۰۰۳ و و ه ل ك ب ء ي ش م ي ل ع ١ و ه ل و ا لا و ر خ ا لا و ر ها ظلا و ن طا ب لا ۰۰۲ و و هى ل ع ل ك ء ي ش ي د ق ١ ت ي م ي All that is in the heavens and the earth extols the glory of Allah. He is the Most Mighty, the Most Wise. His is the dominion of the heavens and the earth. He gives life and causes death, and He has power over everything. He is the First and the Last, and the Manifest and the Hidden, and He has knowledge of everything. { 56} 67 - سورة يونس ۰۰۵۶ و ه ي ح ي و ت ي م ي و ه ي ل ا ن و ع ج ر ت He it is Who gives life and causes death, and to Him will you all be returned. { 44-42} 53 - سورة النجم ۰۰۴۴ و ه ن ا و ه تا م ا و ي ح ا ۰۰۴۳ و ه ن ا و ه ك ح ض ا و ك ب ا ۰۰۴۲ و ن اى ل ا ك ب رى ه ت ن م لا And that the final end is with your Lord, and that He it is Who causes people to laugh and to cry, and that He it is Who causes death and grants life. { Page 2

4 Page 3 of 10 { 68-67} 47 - سورة غافر و ه ي ذ لا م ك ق ل خ ن م با ر ت م ث ن م ة ف ط ن م ث ن م ة ق ل ع م ث م ك ج ر خ ي ا ل ف ط م ثا و غ ل ب ت ل و م ك ن م ن مى ف و ت ي ن م ل ب ق وا و غ ل ب ت لا ل ج اى م س م و م ك ل ع ل ١ م ك د ش ا م ثا و ن و ك ت لا خ و ي ش ۰۰۶۸ ا ذ ا فى ض قا ر م اا م ن ا ف ل و ق ي ه ل ن ك و ك ي فر ١ و ه ي ذ لا ي ح ي و ت ي م ي ۰۰۶۷ ن و ل ق ع ت He it is Who created you from dust, then from a sperm-drop, then from a clot; then He brings you out as an infant, then causes you to grow into full maturity, and then causes you to grow further so that you may reach old age, while some of you He recalls earlier. All this is in order that you may reach an appointed term and that you may understand (the Truth). He it is Who gives life and causes death. Whenever He decrees a thing, He only commands to it Be, and it is. Allah created death and life that He might test you { 2-6} 67 - سورة امللك ي ذ ل ا ق ل خ ت و م لا و ةو ي ح لا ۰۰۱ و و ه ى ل ع ل ك ء ي ش ي د ق ١ ك ر ب ت ي ذ لا ه د ي ب ك ل م لا ۰۰۲ و و ه ز ي ز ع لا و ف غ لا ١ م ك و ل ب ي ل م ك ي ا ن س ح اا ل م ع Blessed is He in Whose Hand is the dominion of the Universe, and Who has power over everything; Who created death and life that He might test you as to which of you is better in deed. He is the Most Mighty, the Most Forgiving. { Page 3

5 Page 4 of 10 ١ وا م نا ك س ف ن ل ن ا ت و م تا ل ا ن ذ ا ب ه للاؤ م ا ا ل ج No soul can ever die except with the permission of Allah { 67} 56 - سورة الواقعة ۰۰۶۰ ن ح نا ن ر د ق م ك ن ي ب ت و م لا It is We Who ordained death upon you. { 645} 3 - سورة آل عمران ۰۱۴۵ ١ وا م نا ك س ف ن ل ن ا ت و م تا ل ا ن ذ ا ب ه للاؤ م ا ا ل ج No soul can ever die except with the permission of Allah, and at an appointed time. { 42} 39 - سورة الزمر ك س م ي ف ي ت لاى ض قا ه ي ل ع ت و م لا و ١ ه لل اى ف و ت ي س ف ن ا لا ن ي حا ه ت و م و ي ت لا م ل ت م ت ي فا ه ما ن م ۰۰۴۲ ن ا ي ف ك ل ذ ت ي ا ل م و ق ل و ر ك ف ت ين ١ ل س ر ي ل ا ى ر ى ل ا س م ى م س م It is Allah Who takes away the souls of people at the hour of their death, and takes away at the time of sleep the souls of those that have not died. Then He retains the souls of those against whom He had decreed death and returns the souls of others till an appointed time. Surely there are Signs in this for a people who reflect. { Page 4

6 Page 5 of 10 ١ وا م ر م ع ي ن م ر م ع م وا ل ص ق ن ي ن م ه ر م عا ل ا ي ف ب ت None is given a long life nor is any diminished in his life but it is written in a Book. { 66} 35 - سورة فاطر و ا م ل م ح ت ن م ى ث ن ا و ا ل ع ض ت ا ل ا ١ و ه للا م ك ق ل خ ن م با ر ت م ث ن م ة ف ط ن م ث م ك ل ع ج ا جا و ز ا ۰۰۱۱ ن ا ك ل ذى ل ع ه للا ر ي س ي ١ وا م ر م ع ي ن م ر م ع م وا ل ص ق ن ي ن م ه ر م عا ل ا ي ف ب ت ١ ه م ل ع ب Allah created you from dust, then from a drop of sperm, then He made you into pairs. No female conceives, nor delivers (a child) except with His knowledge. None is given a long life nor is any diminished in his life but it is written in a Book. Surely that is quite easy for Allah. { 98} 6 - سورة األنعام ۰۰۹۸ د قا ن ل ص ف ت ي ا لا م و ق ل ن و ه ق ف ي ١ و و ه ي ذ لا م ك ا ش ن ا ن م س ف ن ة د حا و ر ق ت س م ف و ع د و ت س م It is He Who created you out of a single being, and appointed for each of you a time-limit and a resting place. We have indeed spelled out Our signs for those who can understand. ن ا ه للا م ي ل ع ر ي ب خ ١ وا م ي ر د ت س ف ن ي ا ب ض ر ا ت و م ت No person knows in which land he will die. Indeed, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Aware. { 34} 36 - سورة لقمان وا م ي ر د ت س ف نا م ١ و م ل ع يا مي ف ما ح ر ا لا ١ و ل ز ن ي ث ي غ لا ١ ن ا ه للا ه د ن ع م ل ع ة عا سلا ۰۰۳۴ ن ا ه للا م ي ل ع ر ي ب خر ١ وا م ي ر د ت س ف ن ي ا ب ض ر ا ت و م ت ١ ا ذ ب س ك تا د غ { Page 5

7 Page 6 of 10 Surely Allah alone has the knowledge of the Hour. It is He Who sends down the rain and knows what is in the wombs, although no person knows what he will earn tomorrow, nor does he know in which land he will die. Indeed, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Aware. There is no god but He: He gives life and causes death. ۰۰۸ م ك ب ر و ب ر م ك ى ا ب ا ن ي ل و ا لا ١ { ا ل ه ل اا ل ا و ه ي ح ي و ت ي م ي 8} 44- سورة الدخان There is no god but He: He gives life and causes death. He is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers of yore. { 658} 7 - سورة األعراف ا ل ه ل اا ل ا ١ ل قا ه ي ا ي سا نلا ي ن ا ل و س ر ه للا م ك ي ل اا ع ي م ج ي ذ ل ا ه ل ا ك ل ت و م سلا و ض ر ا لا ا و ن م ا ف ه للا ب و ه ل و س ر ي ب نلا ي م ا لا ي ذ لا ن م ؤ ي ه للا ب و تا و ه و ١ و ه ي ح ي و ت ي م ي ۰۰۱۵۸ م ك ل ع ل ن و د ت ه ت [Say, O Muhammad]: 'O men! I am Allah's Messenger to you all - of Him to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. There is no god but He. He grants life and deals death. Have faith then, in Allah and in His Messenger, the ummi (who can neither read nor write) Prophet who believes in Allah and His words; and follow him so that you may be guided aright'. { 666} 9 - سورة التوبة ۰۰۱۱۶ وا م م ك ل ن م ن و د ه للا ن م ي ل و وا ل ر ي ص ن ١ ي ح ي و ت ي م ي ١ ن ا ه للا ه لا ك ل ت و م سلا و ض ر ا لا And it is also the fact that the kingdom of the heavens and the earth belongs to Him: he ordains life and death: and you have neither any helper nor protector to rescue yourself from Him. { Page 6

8 Page 7 of 10 An argument with Abraham سورة يونس } { ل ق ي ا ي سا نلا ن ا م ت ن ك ي ف ك ش ن م ي ن ي د ا ل ف د ب ع ا ي ذ لا د ب ع ت ن م ن و د ه للا و ن ك ل د ب ع ا ه للا ي ذ لا ف و ت ي ١ ۰۰۱۰۴ (O Prophet!) Tell them: 'Men! If you are still in doubt concerning my religion, know that I do not worship those whom you worship beside Allah. I only worship Allah Who will cause (all of) you to die. { 258} سورة البقرة - 2 م ل ا ر تى ل ا ي ذ لا ج ا ح ه ر ب ا ي ف ه ب ر ن ا هى ت ا ه للاك ل م لا ١ ذ ا لا ق ه ر ب ا ي ب ر ي ذ لا ي ح ي و ت ي م ي ١ لا قا ن ا ي ح ا و ت ي م ا ١ لا ق ه ر ب ا ن ا ف ه للا ي ت ا يم شلا ب ن مر ش م لا ت ا فا ه ب ن م ر غ م لا ت ه ب ف ي ذ لا ر ف ك ١ و ه للاا لي د ه يم و ق لام ل ظلان ۰۰۲۵۸ Have you not considered the case of the person who had an argument with Abraham as to `Whom Abraham acknowledged as his Lord? ' The dispute arose because Allah had given him the kingship, (which had made him arrogant). When Abraham said, "My Lord is He Who gives life and causes death," he answered, "I give life and cause death." Then Abraham said, "Well, Allah brings the sun from the east: just bring it from the west." At this the disbeliever was confounded: (yet he did not believe), for Allah does not show guidance to unjust people. { Page 7

9 Page 8 of 10 Yet the people have set up, besides Him, deities, who have no power over life or death, nor can they raise up the dead. { 3-6} 25 - سورة الفرقان ي ذ ل ا ه ل ا ك ل ت و م سلا و ۰۰۱ ك ر ب ت ي ذ لا ل ز ن نا ق ر ف لا ى ل ع ه د ب ع ن و ك ي ل ن ي م ل ع ل ل ر ي ذ ن و ۰۰۲ ض ر ا لا و م ل ذ خ ت يا د ل و و م ل ن ك ي ه ل ك ي ر شي ف ك ل م لا و ق ل خ ل ك ء ي ش ه ر د ق فا ر ي د ق ت ا و ذ خ تا ن م ه ن و د ة ه ل ا ا ل ن و ق ل خ ي ا ـ ي و م ه ن و ق ل خ ي و ا ل ن و ك ل م ي م ه س ف ن ا ل ا ر ض و ا ل ۰۰۳ ا ع ف ن وا ل ن و ك ل م يا ت و م وا ل ةو ي ح وا لا ر و ش ن Highly blessed is He, Who has sent down Al-Furqan, to His servant so that it may be a warner to all mankind: He to Whom belongs the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth: Who has begotten no son: Who has no partner in His Kingdom: Who created each and every thing and then ordained its destiny. Yet the people have set up, besides Him, deities, who do not create anything but are themselves created: who can neither harm nor help even themselves: who have no power over life or death, nor can they raise up the dead. Think about this line of reasoning { 55} 27 - سورة طه ۰۰۵۵ ا ه ن م م ك ن ق ل خ وا ه ي ف م ك د ي ع ن وا ه ن م م ك ج ر خ ن ة را تى ر خ ا From this very earth We created you and to the same earth We will cause you to return, and from it We will bring you forth to life again. { Page 8

10 Page 9 of 10 سورة عبس } - 22 { ل ت قس ن ا لا ا م ر ف ك اه ۰۰ ن م ي ا ء ي ش ق ل خه ۰۱ ن مة ف ط ن ١ ق ل خر د ق ف ۰۲ م ثي ب سلا ر س ي ۰۳ م ثه تا م ا ب ق ا ف ۰۴ م ثا ذ ا ء ا ش ر ش ن اه ۰۵ Accursed be man! How stubbornly he denies the Truth. Out of what did Allah create him? Out of a sperm-drop did He create him and then determined a measure for him, and then made the course of life easy for him, then He caused him to die and brought him to the grave, and then, whenever He wishes, He will raise him back to life. { Page 9
