The works will last until and including Monday 31 July 2017, longer or shorter in duration depending on the progress of the works. The mooring prohibition is for all shipping between mooring post 56 and mooring post 61. It is requested to pass the working area with reduced speed and at safe distance. Under sailing is forbidden! /201 LOWER SEA SCHELDT - DEURGANCKDOK - MOORING PROHIBITION CANCELLED BaZ /127(T) is cancelled /202(T) PORT OF ANTWERP - 4th HAVENDOK - MOORING PROHIBITION QUAY A mooring prohibition is in force in the 4th Havendok at quay 249 up to 251 from mooring post 77 up to 81. The works will last until and including Friday 29 June 2018, longer or shorter in duration depending on the progress of the works. At the location of the works, a mooring prohibition applies for all shipping, excepted for vessels with authorization concessionaire Noord Natie Terminals /203(T) LOWER SEA SCHELDT - REDE VAN ANTWERPEN - MOORING PROHIBITION QUAY S20 UP TO S21 A mooring prohibition is in force at Scheldt quays S20 up to S21 from mooring post 240 up to mooring post 252. The works will last until 15 August 2017, longer or shorter in duration depending on the progress of the works. Enlarge the nearby 5 m-depth contour, located north of the sounding, southwards up to position 51 21,83 N ,40 E. The renovation works at the signal mast are being extended until and including 13 December 2017, longer or shorter in duration depending on the progress of the works. Hereby the shipping signals of the signal mast in position 51 21,380 N ,248 E are unlit. Only the radar and the microwave links of the Scheldt Radar Chain are still working /217(T) WESTERN SCHELDT - EVERINGEN - PAS VAN TERNEUZEN - CURRENT MEASUREMENTS 2 ADCP-currentmeters are established and will be removed in week 38/39. The works will last until and including Friday 3 November 2017, longer or shorter in duration depending on the progress of the works. The mooring prohibition is for all shipping between mooring post 10 and mooring post 12. Shipping is requested to pass the area with reduced speed and the necessary caution. Under sailing is prohibited! /266(T) LOWER SEA SCHELDT - DEURGANCKDOK - MOORING PROHIBITION QUAY 1734 A mooring prohibition is in force in the Deurganckdok at quay The works will last until and including Friday 3 November 2017, longer or shorter in duration depending on the progress of the works. The mooring prohibition is for all shipping between mooring post 211 and mooring post 215. Shipping is requested to pass the area with reduced speed and the necessary caution. Under sailing is prohibited! /267(T) LOWER SEA SCHELDT - BOUDEWIJNSLUIS OUT OF USE Due to technical works, the Boudewijnsluis is out of use until further notice. The lock is not available for the shipping /268(T) LOWER SEA SCHELDT - REDE VAN ANTWERPEN - MOORING PROHIBITION QUAY S20-S21 A mooring prohibition is in force at Scheldt quay S20-S21 from mooring post 239 up to mooring post 253. The works will start on 30 October 2017 until and including Tuesday 14 November At this location, during the works period, a mooring prohibition is in force for all shipping, excepted for: Vessels of the contractor. Cruise ship BRAEMAR (4 November 2017 until 5 November 2017)

7 /270(T) WESTERN SCHELDT - HOOGE PLATEN WEST - ADCP CURRENT MEASUREMENTS NtM /217(T) is cancelled. ADCP current measurements will be conducted at the Hooge Platen West. In week 43, two ADCP meters will be established and will be removed in week 47/48. The ADCP meters will be marked by a yellow conical buoy with radar reflector in the positions: ADCP 101: 51 24,38 N ,86 E ADCP 205: 51 24,54 N ,68 E /272 WESTERN SCHELDT - EVERINGEN - CORRECTION OF CHARTS AND LIST OF LIGHTS The light characters of the buoys in Everingen are modified. 8 The operations concern 32 probes and 6 pulse drills to different depths, which are performed alternately by the research vessel Geonaut and jackup platform Joost Nelis. In bad weather conditions, due to hard wind (wind force > 5 Beaufort), high waves (> 0,50 cm) and visibility less than 1000 metres, the operations by the Geonaut will be stopped. Response time vessels related to a location change: For the research vessel Geonaut, the required response time is about 15 minutes to move the Geonaut. For the jack-up platform Joost Nelis, the required response time is about 3 hours. The works will be coordinated from the Traffic Center Terneuzen. Further information is available at the Traffic Center Terneuzen on VHF ch 3 or 11 or by phone /279(T) WESTERN SCHELDT - TERNEUZEN - ACCESS CANAL TO EAST AND MIDDLE LOCKS - SOIL SURVEY For the purpose of the project Nieuwe Sluis te Terneuzen (NST), soil investigations will be conducted in the access canal to East and Middle lock of the locks complex Terneuzen from week until and including week The operations concern 42 probes to different depths, which are performed alternately by the research vessel Geonaut and jack-up platform Joost Nelis. By bad visibility, less than 1000 metres, the works will be stopped. Coordination activities traffic management: The works will be coordinated from the Traffic Center Terneuzen, while they are supported by the vessels RWS60 and RWS88. - If the operations with the jack-up platform Joost Nelis are taking place at a critical location in the waterway, the RWS60 will manage the passing traffic. - If the operations with the Geonaut are taking place at a critical location in the waterway, the RWS88 will manage the passing traffic. - By operations with the Geonaut where no patrol vessel is requested, the Geonaut will take care for the coordination of the shipping traffic.
