8 TEAM INFORMATION Arrivals and Technical Area Access Official arrival date is the 6 th October of (free craning for containers provided).if you wish to arrive on a different date, please contact the Local Event Contact from Sirius Events à Robin Mauvais. 9 TEAM INFORMATION Storage for trailers and containers at the Harbour Sirius provides following services: - Storage of trailers and cars in a closed area (free during event) - Storage and craning of containers in a closed area (free during event) - for additional craning from SIRIUS s provider REVEL the hour is at 110 minimum 4 hours ( 250 more on Saturday and 350 more on Sunday) Craning, storage and associated costs outside these dates and times has to be requested and confirmed by the GC32 Int. Class Organisation and SIRIUS EVENTS and will be invoiced to the teams. 9

11 TEAM INFORMATION Press Accreditation Any press attending the Marseille One Design must be accredited. Please contact James Boyd and let him know if you have any media attending. French press attending the event shall contact Sophie Claudon for accreditation Opening / Press Conference & Skippers Presentation The event will be opened on Wednesday 11 th after the practice races at 18:30 in the Marseille One Design Lounge Tent in the harbor area with a Press Conference / Skippers Presentation and Opening Aperitif. 11

12 TEAM INFORMATION MARSEILLE ONE DESIGN / MOD Lounge In the Roucas Blanc Marina next to the dock of the GC32 s we are setting up the MOD Lounge for our sailors and guests, for Morning Coffee at the Skippers Briefing, Happy Hour Drinks after racing. Official Regatta Dinner The Official Regatta Dinner Thursday evening 12 th of October at in the MOD Lounge. Prize Giving The Prize Giving for the MOD Event and the GC32 Racing Tour 2017 will be also held in the MOD Lounge on Sunday 15 th of October after racing at Craning will be stopped for the periode of the price giving. 12

13 TEAM INFORMATION GC32 Racing Tour Season Closing Party The GC32 Racing Tour 2017 Season Closing Party with food and drinks will be held on Sunday 15 th of October at at a location near by the Roucas Blanc Marina (details tba). 13
