5 PRODUCT RANGE Cranes Engineering Gangways Service OFFICE SINGAPORE Kenz has provided numerous types of pedestal mounted offshore installations like ram luffing, boom hoist, knuckle boom cranes and walk to work gangways for fixed platforms, semi-submersibles, jack-ups and multipurpose vessels with loads ranging from 2.5t to 800t SWL. Based on our profession in structural calculations, engineering and design, we are a reliable partner for safe delivery and replacement of offshore cranes. To meet client specific requirements our cranes are tailor-made, or an existing crane concept is reused and amended where required. 5

6 TO MEET CUSTOMER DEMANDS, IT IS ALWAYS POSSIBLE TO UPGRADE OUR EQUIPMENT WITH VARIOUS SYSTEMS Kenz provides cranes for newbuild installations as well as replacement cranes for existing installations like platforms and FPSOs. For these cranes we optimize the lifting performance for each load curve up to the maximum pedestal capacity. BOOM HOIST OFFSHORE CRANES Kenz boom hoist cranes have a lattice type boom and use a winch to perform the luffing movement. The lightweight design makes these cranes well suited to operations where high load/radius combinations are required. Using modular components ensures easy future upgrades or modifications. All our cranes are manufactured using only high quality and extensively tested components, making them world renowned for their durability. 7 KNUCKLE BOOM OFFSHORE CRANES The Kenz knuckle boom crane is based on proven designs and is easy to customize. With the main hoist rope running over the main boom and underneath the knuckle jib, this unique design makes it easier to lift taller and heavier loads. By using unique features of both our ram luffing and knuckle boom cranes, this is the combined best performance. RAM LUFFING OFFSHORE CRANES Kenz ram luffing cranes have a box type boom and use hydraulic cylinders to perform the luffing actions. This crane is the ideal low maintenance design for harsh offshore environments. Their compact and robust design makes them ideal for offshore installations like fixed platforms and vessels of all types. 8 OFFSHORE ACCESS SYSTEMS Ever since the existence of fixed offshore installations, there have been challenges with safely transferring personnel from and to an installation. The Kenz active motion compensated gangways are the prefferend way for safe personnel transfer in offshore operations in both the wind and the oil and gas industry. For easy connection to the fixed offshore installation a full active motion compensated module is provided, which keeps the tip of the gangway stationary by compensating the vessel induced motions with slewing, luffing and telescoping. Another unique feature is the integrated motion compensated hoisting function (up to 1t) of the system. Our gangways are available in different sizes. Due to our extensive experience with tailor-made systems, we can offer our gangways to any clients specifications.
