H Muhammad, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al-Hakam, from Ziyad Bin Al- Hallaah, the following: Abu Abdullah asws having said: (Prophet) Musa as said: O Lord azwj! Where does illness come from? He azwj Said: From Me azwj. He as said: And the cure? He azwj Said: From Me azwj. He asws said: So what do Your azwj servants do with the healer? He azwj Said: They soothe themselves by him. H From him, from Ahmad, from Ibn Fazzaal, from Ibn Bukeyr, from Abu Ayyub, who has said: Abu Abdullah asws said: There is none from the illnesses, but it waits, prior to rushing to the body (infecting), until after getting orders to act upon it. H From him, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Abdul Aziz Bin Al-Muhtady, from Yunus Bin Abdul Rahmaan, from Dawood Bin Zurby who said: I fell ill in Al-Medina with intense illness, and that (news) reached Abu Abdullah asws. So he asws wrote to me: It has reached me asws (news of) your illness. Buy one Sa a of wheat, then lie down on your back and scatter it upon your chest a scattering and say, Our Allah azwj! I hereby ask You azwj by Your azwj Name which the restless (Al- Muztar i.e. Al-Qaim asws ) asks You azwj to Remove the adversities, and Enable him asws in the earth and Make him asws as Your azwj Caliph upon Your azwj creatures, and send greetings upon Muhammad saww and upon the People asws of his saww Household, and Cure me from my illness. Then sit straight and gather the wheat which is around you and say the like of that (again) and distribute one Mudd by one Mudd to each of the poor and say the like of that (again). Dawood said, I did the like of that and I was as if I had been disentangled from a knot, and more than one person did that, so they all benefitted by it. 5 out of 63

H Muhammad, from Ahmad, from Ibn Mahboub, from Jameel Bin Saleh, from Abaan Bin Taghlud has narrated the following: Abu Abdullah asws said, I asked him asws about the earth, which thing does it rest upon? He asws said: It is upon the whale. I said, So the whale, which thing does it rest upon? He asws said: Upon the water. I said, So the water, upon which thing does is rest upon? He asws said: Upon a rock. I said, So upon which thing does the rock rest upon? He asws said: Upon the horns of a bull I said, So upon which thing does the bull rest upon? He asws said: Upon the mist. I said, So upon which thing does the mist rest upon? He asws said: This is how far knowledge of scholars is permitted (to reveal) and beyond this is straying ع ل ي ب ن إ ب ر اه يم ع ن أ ب يه ع ن اب ن أ ب ي ع م ي ر ع ن ج م يل ب ن د ر اج ع ن ز ر ار ة ع ن أ ح د ه م ا (عليهما السلام) ق ال إ ن الل ه ع ز و ج ل خ ل ق ال ا ر ض ث م أ ر س ل ع ل ي ه ا ال م اء ال م ال ح أ ر ب ع ين ص ب احا و ال م اء ال ع ذ ب أ ر ب ع ين ص ب احا ح ت ى إ ذ ا ال ت ق ت و اخ ت ل ط ت أ خ ذ ب ي د ه ق ب ض ة ف ع ر آ ه ا ع ر آا ش د يدا ج م يعا ث م ف ر ق ه ا ف ر ق ت ي ن ف خ ر ج م ن آ ل و اح د ة م ن ه م ا ع ن ق م ث ل ع ن ق الذ ر ف ا خ ذ ع ن ق إ ل ى ال ج ن ة و ع ن ق إ ل ى الن ار H Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Jameel Bin Darraaj, from Zarara has narrated the following: One of them asws (Fifth or Sixth Imam asws ) having said: Allah azwj Mighty and Majestic Created the earth, then Sent to it the salty water for forty mornings, and the sweet water for forty mornings until they met and got mixed. Then He azwj Took by His azwj Hand a handful and Stirred it intensely together, then Separated it into two separations. So from each one of these two came out particles like the particles of powder. So He azwj Took a (group of) particles to the Paradise, and a (group of) particles to the Fire. 6 out of 63

7 ح د يث ال ا ح ل ام و ال ح جة ع ل ى أ ه ل ذ ل ك ال زم ان HADEETH OF THE DREAM AND THE PROOF UPON THE PEOPLE OF THAT ERA ب ع ض أ ص ح اب ن ا ع ن ع ل ي ب ن ال ع ب اس ع ن ال ح س ن ب ن ع ب د الر ح م ن ع ن أ ب ي ال ح س ن (عليه السلام) ق ال إ ن ال ا ح ل ام ل م ت ك ن ف يم ا م ض ى ف ي أ و ل ال خ ل ق و إ ن م ا ح د ث ت ف ق ل ت و م ا ال ع ل ة ف ي ذ ل ك ف ق ال إ ن الل ه ع ز ذ آ ر ه ب ع ث ر س ول ا إ ل ى أ ه ل ز م ان ه ف د ع اه م إ ل ى ع ب اد ة الل ه و ط اع ت ه ف ق ال وا إ ن ف ع ل ن ا ذ ل ك ف م ا ل ن ا ف و الل ه م ا أ ن ت ب ا آ ث ر ن ا م ال ا و ل ا ب ا ع ز ن ا ع ش ير ة ف ق ال إ ن أ ط ع ت م ون ي أ د خ ل ك م الل ه ال ج ن ة و إ ن ع ص ي ت م ون ي أ د خ ل ك م الل ه الن ار ف ق ال وا و م ا ال ج ن ة و الن ار ف و ص ف ل ه م ذ ل ك ف ق ال وا م ت ى ن ص ير إ ل ى ذ ل ك ف ق ال إ ذ ا م ت م ف ق ال وا ل ق د ر أ ي ن ا أ م و ات ن ا ص ار وا ع ظ اما و ر ف اتا ف از د اد وا ل ه ت ك ذ يبا و ب ه اس ت خ ف افا H One of our companions, from Ali Bin Al-Abbas, from Al-Hassan Bin Abdul Rahman, who has narrated: Abu Al-Hassan asws said: The dreams did not exist in the past in the beginning of the creation, but rather they occurred later on. I said, And what is the reason with regards to that? He asws said: Allah azwj Sent a Rasool as to the people of his as era. So he as called them to the worship of Allah azwj and to His azwj obedience. They said, If we were to do that, so what is in it for us, for by Allah azwj, you as are no more wealthier than we are, nor is your as family stronger than ours. He as said: If you were all to obey me as, Allah azwj will Make you to enter the Paradise, and if you were to disobey me as, Allah azwj will Make you to enter the Fire. So they said, And what is the Paradise and the Fire? So he as described that for them. So they said, When do we go to that? So he as said: When you die. So they said, But we have seen our dead becoming bones and dust. So they increased in their denial and contempt of it. ف ا ح د ث الل ه ع ز و ج ل ف يه م ال ا ح ل ام ف ا ت و ه ف ا خ ب ر وه ب م ا ر أ و ا و م ا أ ن ك ر وا م ن ذ ل ك ف ق ال إ ن الل ه ع ز و ج ل أ ر اد أ ن ي ح ت ج ع ل ي ك م ب ه ذ ا ه ك ذ ا ت ك ون أ ر و اح ك م إ ذ ا م ت م و إ ن ب ل ي ت أ ب د ان ك م ت ص ير ال ا ر و اح إ ل ى ع ق اب ح ت ى ت ب ع ث ال ا ب د ان. So Allah azwj Enabled them to experience dreams. So these came to them, and they got informed by what they saw, and what they had denied from that. So he as said: Allah azwj Intended to Argue against you by this. This is how your spirits are. When you all die, and your bodies decay, your spirits will go toward Punishment until such time that the bodies are resurrected ع ل ي ب ن إ ب ر اه يم ع ن أ ب يه ع ن اب ن أ ب ي ع م ي ر ع ن ه ش ام ب ن س ال م ع ن أ ب ي ع ب د الل ه (عليه السلام) ق ال س م ع ت ه ي ق ول ر أ ي ال م و م ن و ر ؤ ي اه ف ي ا خ ر الز م ان ع ل ى س ب ع ين ج ز ءا م ن أ ج ز اء الن ب و ة. H Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hashaam Bin Saalim, who has narrated: I heard Abu Abdullah asws saying: The opinion and the dream of a Momin (Believer), and what he sees in the later portion of the time is a seventieth part of the parts of the Prophet-hood م ح م د ب ن ي ح ي ى ع ن أ ح م د ب ن م ح م د ع ن م ع م ر ب ن خ ل اد ع ن الر ض ا (عليه السلام) ق ال إ ن ر س ول الل ه (صلى االله عليه وا له) آ ان إ ذ ا أ ص ب ح ق ال ل ا ص ح اب ه ه ل م ن م ب ش ر ات ي ع ن ي ب ه الر ؤ ي ا. 7 out of 63

8 H Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Muammar Bin Khallaad, who has narrated the following: Al-Reza asws has said that the Rasool saww of Allah azwj used to say to his saww companions in the morning: Is there anything from the good news?, meaning by it, the dreams ع ن ه م ع ن أ ح م د ب ن م ح م د ع ن اب ن ف ض ال ع ن أ ب ي ج م يل ة ع ن ج اب ر ع ن أ ب ي ج ع ف ر (عليه السلام) ق ال ق ال ر ج ل ل ر س ول الل ه (صلى االله عليه وا له) ف ي ق و ل الل ه ع ز و ج ل ل ه م ال ب ش رى ف ي ال ح ياة الد ن يا ق ال ه ي الر ؤ ي ا ال ح س ن ة ي ر ى ال م و م ن ف ي ب ش ر ب ه ا ف ي د ن ي اه. H From him, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Fazzaal, from Abu Jameela, from Jabir, who has narrated the following: Abu Ja far asws has reported that a man asked the Rasool saww Allah azwj about the Statement of Allah azwj : [10:64] They shall have good news in this world's life, he saww said: This is the good dream which the Believer sees, so he receives good news by it in this world ع ل ي ب ن إ ب ر اه يم ع ن أ ب يه ع ن اب ن أ ب ي ع م ي ر ع ن س ع د ب ن أ ب ي خ ل ف ع ن أ ب ي ع ب د الل ه (عليه السلام) ق ال الر ؤ ي ا ع ل ى ث ل اث ة و ج وه ب ش ار ة م ن الل ه ل ل م و م ن و ت ح ذ ير م ن الش ي ط ان و أ ض غ اث أ ح ل ام. H Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Sa d Bin Abu Khalaf, who has narrated the following: Abu Abdullah asws has said that the dreams are of three aspects - Good News from Allah azwj for the Believer, and a caution against the Satan la, and confused dreams ع د ة م ن أ ص ح اب ن ا ع ن أ ح م د ب ن م ح م د ب ن خ ال د ع ن أ ب يه ع ن الن ض ر ب ن س و ي د ع ن د ر س ت ب ن أ ب ي م ن ص ور ع ن أ ب ي ب ص ير ق ال ق ل ت ل ا ب ي ع ب د الل ه ) عليه السلام ( ج ع ل ت ف د اك الر ؤ ي ا الص اد ق ة و ال ك اذ ب ة م خ ر ج ه م ا م ن م و ض ع و اح د ق ال ص د ق ت أ م ا ال ك اذ ب ة ال م خ ت ل ف ة ف ا ن ال رج ل ي ر اه ا ف ي أ و ل ل ي ل ة ف ي س ل ط ان ال م ر د ة ال ف س ق ة و إ ن م ا ه ي ش ي ء ي خ ي ل إ ل ى الر ج ل و ه ي آ اذ ب ة م خ ال ف ة ل ا خ ي ر ف يه ا و أ م ا الص اد ق ة إ ذ ا ر ا ه ا ب ع د الث ل ث ي ن م ن الل ي ل م ع ح ل ول ال م ل اي ك ة و ذ ل ك ق ب ل الس ح ر ف ه ي ص اد ق ة ل ا ت خ ل ف إ ن ش اء الل ه إ ل ا أ ن ي ك ون ج ن با أ و ي ن ام ع ل ى غ ي ر ط ه ور و ل م ي ذ آ ر الل ه ع ز و ج ل ح ق يق ة ذ آ ر ه ف ا ن ه ا ت خ ت ل ف و ت ب ط ي ع ل ى ص اح ب ه ا. H A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Khalid, from his father, from Al-Nazar Bin Suweyd, from Dorost Bin Abu Mansour, from Abu Baseer who said: I said to Abu Abdullah asws, May I be sacrificed for you asws, the true and the false dreams both come from one place He asws said: You have spoken the truth, but the false dreams are different for the man sees is in the first (part) of the night during the domination of the sinful rebels, and it is an imaginary thing to the man, and it is false and contradictory. There is nothing good in it. And as for the true (dream) it is if he saw it after the (passing) of the two thirds of the night with the advent of the Angels, and that is before the dawn. So this is the true (dream), it will not be contradicted, Allah azwj Willing, except if he was in a state of being in requirement of Major ablution (Junuub), or he has slept without being clean, and he did not Mention Allah azwj Mighty and Majestic with true Remembrance, for then it would vary and be delayed to its dreamer. 8 out of 63

9 ح د يث ال ري اح HADEETH OF THE WINDS م ح م د ب ن ي ح ي ى ع ن أ ح م د ب ن م ح م د ب ن ع يس ى ع ن ال ح س ن ب ن م ح ب وب ع ن ع ل ي ب ن ر ي اب و ه ش ام ب ن س ال م ع ن أ ب ي ب ص ير ق ال س ا ل ت أ ب ا ج ع ف ر (عليه السلام) ع ن الر ي اح ال ا ر ب ع الش م ال و ال ج ن وب و الص ب ا و الد ب ور و ق ل ت إ ن الن اس ي ذ آ ر ون أ ن الش م ال م ن ال ج ن ة و ال ج ن وب م ن الن ار ف ق ال إ ن ل ل ه ع ز و ج ل ج ن ودا م ن ر ي اح ي ع ذ ب ب ه ا م ن ي ش اء م م ن ع ص اه و ل ك ل ر يح م ن ه ا م ل ك م و آ ل ب ه ا ف ا ذ ا أ ر اد الل ه ع ز و ج ل أ ن ي ع ذ ب ق و ما ب ن و ع م ن ال ع ذ اب أ و ح ى إ ل ى ال م ل ك ال م و آ ل ب ذ ل ك الن و ع م ن الر يح ال ت ي ي ر يد أ ن ي ع ذ ب ه م ب ه ا ق ال ف ي ا م ر ه ا ال م ل ك ف ي ه يج آ م ا ي ه يج ال ا س د ال م غ ض ب H Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Al-Hassan Bin Mahboub, from Ali Bin Ra ab and Hashaam Bin Saalim, from Abu Baseer who said: I asked Abu Ja far asws about the four types of winds the North, the South, Al-Saba and Al-Dabour, and I said that the people are mentioning that the North (wind) is from the Paradise, and the South (wind) is from the Fire. So he asws said: Allah azwj has armies of winds by which He azwj Punishes whomsoever that He azwj so Wishes to from the ones who disobey Him azwj, and from every wind from these is an Angel allocated to it. So if Allah azwj Intends to Punish a people by some kind of torment, He azwj Reveals to the Angel in charge of that particular type of the winds by which He azwj Intends to Punish them by. So the Angel orders it and it get excited like a lion gets excited when bothered. ق ال و ل ك ل ر يح م ن ه ن اس م أ م ا ت س م ع ق و ل ه ت ع ال ى آ ذ ب ت عاد ف ك ي ف آان ع ذاب ي و ن ذ ر إ ن ا أ ر س ل نا ع ل ي ه م ر يحا ص ر ص را ف ي ي و م ن ح س م س ت م ر و ق ال الر يح ال ع ق يم و ق ال ر يح ف يها ع ذاب أ ل يم و ق ال ف ا صاب ها إ ع صار ف يه نار ف اح ت ر ق ت و م ا ذ آ ر م ن الر ي اح ال ت ي ي ع ذ ب الل ه ب ه ا م ن ع ص اه He asws said: And for every wind from these is a name. Have you not heard the Words of the High azwj : [54:19] For We sent against them a furious wind (Sarsara), on a Day of violent Disaster, and Said: [51:41] When We sent upon them the destructive wind (Al-Aqeem), and Said: [46:24] a blast of wind in which is a painful punishment,, and Said: [2:266] that it should be caught in a whirlwind, with fire therein, and be burnt up. And (others) from winds which have not been Mentioned by which Allah azwj Punishes the ones who disobey Him azwj. ق ال و ل ل ه ع ز ذ آ ر ه ر ي اح ر ح م ة ل و اق ح و غ ي ر ذ ل ك ي ن ش ر ه ا ب ي ن ي د ي ر ح م ت ه م ن ه ا م ا ي ه ي ج الس ح اب ل ل م ط ر و م ن ه ا ر ي اح ت ح ب س الس ح اب ب ي ن الس م اء و ال ا ر ض و ر ي اح ت ع ص ر الس ح اب ف ت م ط ر ه ب ا ذ ن الل ه و م ن ه ا ر ي اح م م ا ع د د الل ه ف ي ال ك ت اب He asws said: And Allah azwj Mighty is His azwj mention has winds of Mercy which occur, and others besides that which He azwj Displays His azwj Mercy. From these is that which incites clouds for the rain, and from these is a wind which holds up the clouds in between the sky and the earth, and the winds which squeeze the clouds so they make rain by the Permission of Allah azwj, and from these are winds which Allah azwj has Counted in His azwj Book. ف ا م ا الر ي اح ال ا ر ب ع الش م ال و ال ج ن وب و الص ب ا و الد ب ور ف ا ن م ا ه ي أ س م اء ال م ل اي ك ة ال م و آ ل ين ب ه ا ف ا ذ ا أ ر اد الل ه أ ن ي ه ب ش م ال ا أ م ر ال م ل ك ال ذ ي اس م ه الش م ال ف ي ه ب ط ع ل ى ال ب ي ت ال ح ر ام ف ق ام ع ل ى الر آ ن الش ام ي ف ض ر ب ب ج ن اح ه ف ت ف ر ق ت ر يح الش م ال ح ي ث ي ر يد الل ه م ن ال ب ر و ال ب ح ر 9 out of 63

10 As for the four winds the North, and the South, and Al-Saba, and Al-Dabour, so these are the names of the Angels who have been allocated to these. So if Allah azwj Intends the North wind to blow, He azwj Commands the Angel whose name is the North (Al-Shimaal), so he descends upon the Sacred House (Al-Bayt Al-Haram), stands upon the Al-Shamy corner of it and flaps his wings. So the South wind disperses in the land and the sea wherever Allah azwj Desires it to. و إ ذ ا أ ر اد الل ه أ ن ي ب ع ث ر يح الص ب ا أ م ر ال م ل ك ال ذ ي اس م ه الص ب ا ف ه ب ط ع ل ى ال ب ي ت ال ح ر ام ف ق ام ع ل ى الر آ ن الش ام ي ف ض ر ب ب ج ن اح ه ف ت ف ر ق ت ر يح الص ب ا ح ي ث ي ر يد الل ه ج ل و ع ز ف ي ال ب ر و ال ب ح ر And if Allah azwj Intends to Send Al-Saba wind, He azwj Commands the Angel whose name is Al-Saba, so he descends upon the Sacred House, stands upon the Al- Shamy corner of it and flaps his wings. So the Al-Saba wind disperses in the land and the sea wherever Allah azwj Desires it to. و إ ذ ا أ ر اد الل ه أ ن ي ب ع ث د ب ورا أ م ر ال م ل ك ال ذ ي اس م ه الد ب ور ف ه ب ط ع ل ى ال ب ي ت ال ح ر ام ف ق ام ع ل ى الر آ ن الش ام ي ف ض ر ب ب ج ن اح ه ف ت ف ر ق ت ر يح الد ب ور ح ي ث ي ر يد الل ه م ن ال ب ر و ال ب ح ر And if Allah azwj Intends to Send Daboura, He azwj Commands the Angel whose name is Al-Dabour, so he descends upon the Sacred House, stands upon the Al-Shamy corner of it and flaps his wings. So Al-Dabour wind disperses in the land and the sea wherever Allah azwj Desires it to. ث م ق ال أ ب و ج ع ف ر (عليه السلام) أ م ا ت س م ع ل ق و ل ه ر يح الش م ال و ر يح ال ج ن وب و ر يح الد ب ور و ر يح الص ب ا إ ن م ا ت ض اف إ ل ى ال م ل اي ك ة ال م و آ ل ين ب ه ا. Then Abu Ja far asws said: As for your hearing their words the North wind, and the South wind, and Al-Dabour wind, and Al-Saba wind, but rather these are the Angels who have been entrusted with these ع ن ه ع ن أ ح م د ب ن م ح م د ع ن اب ن م ح ب وب ع ن ع ب د الل ه ب ن س ن ان ع ن م ع ر وف ب ن خ ر ب وذ ع ن أ ب ي ج ع ف ر (عليه السلام) ق ال إ ن ل ل ه ع ز و ج ل ر ي اح ر ح م ة و ر ي اح ع ذ اب ف ا ن ش اء الل ه أ ن ي ج ع ل ال ع ذ اب م ن الر ي اح ر ح م ة ف ع ل ق ال و ل ن ي ج ع ل الر ح م ة م ن الر يح ع ذ ابا ق ال و ذ ل ك أ ن ه ل م ي ر ح م ق و ما ق ط أ ط اع وه و آ ان ت ط اع ت ه م إ ي اه و ب ال ا ع ل ي ه م إ ل ا م ن ب ع د ت ح و ل ه م ع ن ط اع ت ه H From him, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Mahboub, from Abdullah Bin Sinan, from Ma rouf Bin Kharbouz, who said: Abu Ja far asws said that Allah azwj has winds of Mercy as well as winds of Punishment. So if Allah azwj Desires that He azwj Turns the winds of Punishment into the winds of Mercy, He azwj Does it, but He azwj never Makes (winds of ) Mercy to be turned into the wind of Punishment. 10 out of 63

11 He asws said: And it is never the case that He azwj is Merciful to all people who obey Him azwj and that their obedience should become an affliction for them, except after theirs having turned from their obedience. ق ال آ ذ ل ك ف ع ل ب ق و م ي ون س ل م ا ا م ن وا ر ح م ه م الل ه ب ع د م ا آ ان ق د ر ع ل ي ه م ال ع ذ اب و ق ض اه ث م ت د ار آ ه م ب ر ح م ت ه ف ج ع ل ال ع ذ اب ال م ق د ر ع ل ي ه م ر ح م ة ف ص ر ف ه ع ن ه م و ق د أ ن ز ل ه ع ل ي ه م و غ ش ي ه م و ذ ل ك ل م ا ا م ن وا ب ه و ت ض ر ع وا إ ل ي ه He asws said: That is how He azwj Acted with the people of Yunus as. When they believed, Allah azwj Bestowed mercy upon them after having had Ordained for them the Punishment. He azwj had Decided, then Enclosed them with His azwj Mercy. So He azwj Made the Punishment that was pre-destined for them as a Mercy. He azwj Turned it away from them and it had already descended upon them and overwhelmed them, but they pleaded before Him azwj. ق ال و أ م ا الر يح ال ع ق يم ف ا ن ه ا ر يح ع ذ اب ل ا ت ل ق ح ش ي ي ا م ن ال ا ر ح ام و ل ا ش ي ي ا م ن الن ب ات و ه ي ر يح ت خ ر ج م ن ت ح ت ال ا ر ض ين الس ب ع و م ا خ ر ج ت م ن ه ا ر يح ق ط إ ل ا ع ل ى ق و م ع اد ح ين غ ض ب الل ه ع ل ي ه م ف ا م ر ال خ ز ان أ ن ي خ ر ج وا م ن ه ا ع ل ى م ق د ار س ع ة ال خ ات م He asws said: And as for the wind of the destruction (Al-Aqeem), so it is a wind of Punishment. Neither, does it inseminate anything from the wombs or anything from the seeds, and it is a wind which comes out from the underneath the seven earths, and not a (single) wind came out from it at all except upon the people of Aad when Allah azwj was Wrathful against them. So He azwj Commanded the Keepers to take from it a measure of the size of a ring. ق ال ف ع ت ت ع ل ى ال خ ز ان ف خ ر ج م ن ه ا ع ل ى م ق د ار م ن خ ر الث و ر ت غ ي ظا م ن ه ا ع ل ى ق و م ع اد ق ال ف ض ج ال خ ز ان إ ل ى الل ه ع ز و ج ل م ن ذ ل ك ف ق ال وا ر ب ن ا إ ن ه ا ق د ع ت ت ع ن أ م ر ن ا إ ن ا ن خ اف أ ن ت ه ل ك م ن ل م ي ع ص ك م ن خ ل ق ك و ع م ار ب ل اد ك ق ال ف ب ع ث الل ه ع ز و ج ل إ ل ي ه ا ج ب ر ي يل (عليه السلام) ف اس ت ق ب ل ه ا ب ج ن اح ي ه ف ر د ه ا إ ل ى م و ض ع ه ا و ق ال ل ه ا اخ ر ج ي ع ل ى م ا أ م ر ت ب ه ق ال ف خ ر ج ت ع ل ى م ا أ م ر ت ب ه و أ ه ل ك ت ق و م ع اد و م ن آ ان ب ح ض ر ت ه م. He asws said: It rebelled against the Keepers, so there came out from it a measure of the nostril of a bull being wrathful against the people of Aad. He asws said: So the Keepers grumbled to Allah azwj from that. They said, Our Lord azwj! It has rebelled against our orders. We are afraid that it would destroy the ones who have not been disobedient to You azwj from Your azwj creatures who built Your azwj City. He asws said: So Allah azwj Sent Jibraeel towards it who faced it with both his wings and returned it back to its place and said to it: Come out of the ones whom you have not been Commanded for. 12 Abu Abdullah asws has said that the Rasool saww Allah azwj said; For whom the Blessings appear should frequently mention ل ل ه ال ح م د Praise be to Allah azwj, and the one who has numerous worries so for him is ب ال اس ت غ ف ار to seek Forgiveness, and the one who is pressed by the poverty should frequently say ل ا ح و ل و ل ا ق و ة إ ل ا ب الل ه ال ع ل ي ال ع ظ يم There is no Power and no Might except by Allah azwj the High the Magnificent, the poverty would be negated from him. و ق ال ف ق د الن ب ي (صلى االله عليه وا له) ر ج ل ا م ن ال ا ن ص ار ف ق ال م ا غ ي ب ك ع ن ا ف ق ال ال ف ق ر ي ا ر س ول الل ه و ط ول الس ق م ف ق ال ل ه ر س ول الل ه (صلى االله عليه وا له) أ ل ا أ ع ل م ك آ ل اما إ ذ ا ق ل ت ه ذ ه ب ع ن ك ال ف ق ر و الس ق م ف ق ال ب ل ى ي ا ر س ول الل ه And he asws said: The Prophet saww missed a man from the Helpers so he saww said to him: What is the reason for your absence? He said, The poverty, O Rasool saww Allah azwj, and the lengthy illness. So he saww said to him: Shall I saww teach you certain words, if you were to recite these, the poverty would go away from you, as well as the illness? He said, Yes, O Rasool saww Allah azwj. ف ق ال إ ذ ا أ ص ب ح ت و أ م س ي ت ف ق ل ل ا ح و ل و ل ا ق و ة إ ل ا ب الل ه [ال ع ل ي ال ع ظ يم ] ت و آ ل ت ع ل ى ال ح ي ال ذ ي ل ا ي م وت و ال ح م د ل ل ه ال ذ ي ل م ي ت خ ذ و ل دا و ل م ي ك ن ل ه ش ر يك ف ي ال م ل ك و ل م ي ك ن ل ه و ل ي م ن الذ ل و آ ب ر ه ت ك ب يرا ف ق ال الر ج ل ف و الل ه م ا ق ل ت ه إ ل ا ث ل اث ة أ ي ام ح ت ى ذ ه ب ع ن ي ال ف ق ر و الس ق م. So he saww said: When it is the morning and evening, say: ل ا ح و ل و ل ا ق و ة إ ل ا ب الل ه [ال ع ل ي ال ع ظ يم ] ت و آ ل ت ع ل ى ال ح ي ال ذ ي ل ا ي م وت و ال ح م د ل ل ه ال ذ ي ل م ي ت خ ذ و ل دا و ل م ي ك ن ل ه ش ر يك ف ي ال م ل ك و ل م ي ك ن ل ه و ل ي م ن الذ ل و آ ب ر ه ت ك ب يرا ف ق ال الر ج ل ف و الل ه م ا ق ل ت ه There is no Power and no Might except by Allah azwj, the High, the Magnificent. I hereby rely upon the Alive Who does not die, and Praise be to Allah azwj Who never Took for Himself azwj a son, and there never was for Him azwj an associate in the Kingdom, and will not be for Him azwj a guardian from the humiliation, and Great is His azwj Greatness. So the man said, By Allah azwj, I had not recited it except for three days, and the poverty and the illness went away from me م ح م د ب ن ي ح ي ى ع ن أ ح م د ب ن م ح م د ب ن ع يس ى ع ن ع ل ي ب ن ال ح ك م ع ن إ س م اع يل ب ن ع ب د ال خ ال ق ق ال س م ع ت أ ب ا ع ب د الل ه (عليه السلام) ي ق ول ل ا ب ي ج ع ف ر ال ا ح و ل و أ ن ا أ س م ع أ ت ي ت ال ب ص ر ة ف ق ال ن ع م ق ال آ ي ف ر أ ي ت م س ار ع ة الن اس إ ل ى ه ذ ا ال ا م ر و د خ ول ه م ف يه ق ال و الل ه إ ن ه م ل ق ل يل و ل ق د ف ع ل وا و إ ن ذ ل ك ل ق ل يل ف ق ال ع ل ي ك ب ال ا ح د اث ف ا ن ه م أ س ر ع إ ل ى آ ل خ ي ر ث م ق ال م ا ي ق ول أ ه ل ال ب ص ر ة ف ي ه ذ ه ال ا ي ة ق ل لا أ س ي ل ك م ع ل ي ه أ ج را إ ل ا ال م و د ة ف ي ال ق ر بى ق ل ت ج ع ل ت ف د اك إ ن ه م ي ق ول ون إ ن ه ا ل ا ق ار ب ر س ول الل ه (صلى االله عليه وا له) ف ق ال آ ذ ب وا إ ن م ا ن ز ل ت ف ين ا خ اص ة ف ي أ ه ل ال ب ي ت ف ي ع ل ي و ف اط م ة و ال ح س ن و ال ح س ي ن أ ص ح اب ال ك س اء (عليهم السلام). H Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Ali Bin Al-Hakam, from Ismail Bin Abd Al-Khaliq who said: I heard Abu Abdullah asws saying to Abu Ja far Al-Ahwal, and I was listening: Did you go to Al-Basra? He said, Yes. He asws said: How did you see the hastening of the people to this matter and their entering in it to be? He said, By Allah azwj, they are few, and they have done it but that is little. He asws said: It is on you to (approach) the juveniles for they are quick to every good. Then he asws said: What are the people of Al-Basra saying regarding this Verse: [42:23] Say: I do not ask of you any reward 12 out of 63

13 for it but love for my near relatives. I said, May I be sacrificed for you asws, they are saying that it is for the near relatives of the Rasool saww of Allah azwj. He asws said: They lie. But rather it Descended with regards to us asws especially, regarding the People asws of the Household, regarding Ali asws, and Fatima asws, and Al-Hassan asws, and Al-Husayn asws the ones of the Cloak (As haab Al-Kisaa). 13 out of 63

He said, O Abu Ja far asws, I have come to ask you asws a question which has exhausted me in finding one who could explain it to me, and I have asked three kinds of the people about it, so each type from them said something other than what the other one said. So Abu Ja far asws said to him: What would that be? He said, I ask you asws about the first thing what Allah azwj Created from His azwj creatures, for some of the ones I asked said it was the Destiny, and some of them said it was the Pen, and some of them said it was the Spirit. ف ق ال أ ب و ج ع ف ر (عليه السلام) م ا ق ال وا ش ي ي ا أ خ ب ر ك أ ن الل ه ت ب ار ك و ت ع ال ى آ ان و ل ا ش ي ء غ ي ر ه و آ ان ع ز يزا و ل ا أ ح د آ ان ق ب ل ع ز ه و ذ ل ك ق و ل ه س ب حان ر ب ك ر ب ال ع ز ة ع م ا ي ص ف ون و آ ان ال خ ال ق ق ب ل ال م خ ل وق و ل و آ ان أ و ل م ا خ ل ق م ن خ ل ق ه الش ي ء م ن الش ي ء إ ذا ل م ي ك ن ل ه ان ق ط اع أ ب دا و ل م ي ز ل الل ه إ ذا و م ع ه ش ي ء ل ي س ه و ي ت ق د م ه و ل ك ن ه آ ان إ ذ ل ا ش ي ء غ ي ر ه So Abu Ja far asws said: They have not said anything. I asws hereby inform you that Allah azwj Blessed and High Existed and there was nothing other than Him azwj, and He azwj was Mighty and there was no one who was mighty before Him azwj, and that is His azwj Statement: [37:180] Glory be to your Lord, the Lord of Honour, above what they describe, and He azwj was the Creator before the creation, and had He azwj Created, and Had He azwj Created something from His azwj Creation, something from something, then there would be no cut-off from it (the chain) ever, and it would never cease if Allah azwj had something with Him azwj and He azwj did not precede it, but He azwj Existed when there was nothing other than Him azwj. و خ ل ق الش ي ء ال ذ ي ج م يع ال ا ش ي اء م ن ه و ه و ال م اء ال ذ ي خ ل ق ال ا ش ي اء م ن ه ف ج ع ل ن س ب آ ل ش ي ء إ ل ى ال م اء و ل م ي ج ع ل ل ل م اء ن س با ي ض اف إ ل ي ه و خ ل ق الر يح م ن ال م اء ث م س ل ط الر يح ع ل ى ال م اء ف ش ق ق ت الر يح م ت ن ال م اء ح ت ى ث ار م ن ال م اء ز ب د ع ل ى ق د ر م ا ش اء أ ن ي ث ور ف خ ل ق م ن ذ ل ك الز ب د أ ر ضا ب ي ض اء ن ق ي ة ل ي س ف يه ا ص د ع و ل ا ث ق ب و ل ا ص ع ود و ل ا ه ب وط و ل ا ش ج ر ة ث م ط و اه ا ف و ض ع ه ا ف و ق ال م اء And He azwj Created the thing from which are all things, and it is the water from which He azwj Created the things. So He azwj Lineage everything to the water and did not Make a lineage for the water to which it can be ascribed. And He azwj Created the wind from the water, then Made the wind to overcome the water. So the wind sent down into the body of the water until foam swirled from the water in accordance with what He azwj so Desired it to swirl. So He azwj Created from that foam, pure white land with no crack in it, nor any holes, neither ascending nor descending, and no tree. Then He azwj Folded it, so He azwj Placed it on top of the water. 14 out of 63

So He azwj Created from that smoke, clear and pure sky in which there were no cracks nor any holes, and that is His azwj Statement: [79:27] Are you the harder to create or the heaven? He made it. [79:28] He raised high its height, then put it into a right good state. [79:29] And He made dark its night and brought out its light. He asws said: And there was no sun, and no moon, and no stars and no clouds. Then He azwj Folded it and Placed it upon the earth, then Established two creations. Then He azwj Raised the sky before the earth, so that is His azwj Statement, Mighty is His azwj Mention: [79:30] And the earth, He expanded it after that. He azwj Said that He azwj Spread it out. ف ق ال ل ه الش ام ي ي ا أ ب ا ج ع ف ر ق و ل الل ه ت ع ال ى أ و ل م ي ر ال ذ ين آ ف ر وا أ ن الس ماوات و ال ا ر ض آان تا ر ت قا ف ف ت ق ناه ما ف ق ال ل ه أ ب و ج ع ف ر (عليه السلام) ف ل ع ل ك ت ز ع م أ ن ه م ا آ ان ت ا ر ت قا م ل ت ز ق ت ي ن م ل ت ص ق ت ي ن ف ف ت ق ت إ ح د اه م ا م ن ال ا خ ر ى ف ق ال ن ع م ف ق ال أ ب و ج ع ف ر (عليه السلام) اس ت غ ف ر ر ب ك ف ا ن ق و ل الل ه ج ل و ع ز آان تا ر ت قا ي ق ول آ ان ت الس م اء ر ت قا ل ا ت ن ز ل ال م ط ر و آ ان ت ال ا ر ض ر ت قا ل ا ت ن ب ت ال ح ب ف ل م ا خ ل ق الل ه ت ب ار ك و ت ع ال ى ال خ ل ق و ب ث ف يه ا م ن آ ل د ا بة ف ت ق الس م اء ب ال م ط ر و ال ا ر ض ب ن ب ات ال ح ب ف ق ال ال شام ي أ ش ه د أ ن ك م ن و ل د ال ا ن ب ي اء و أ ن ع ل م ك ع ل م ه م. So the Syrian said to him asws, O Abu Ja far asws, the Statement of Allah azwj the High: [21:30] Do not those who disbelieve see that the heavens and the earth were closed up, but We have opened them. So Abu Ja far asws said: Perhaps you think that these two used to be stuck together and there were separated from each other? He said, Yes. Abu Ja far asws said: Seek Forgiveness from your Lord azwj, for it is the Statement of Allah azwj Mighty and Majestic that they were closed up, meaning that the sky used to be closed up and no rain descended from it, and the earth was closed up and did not grow any seed (vegetation). So when Allah azwj Blessed and High Created the creatures, He azwj Spread therein all kinds of animals. He azwj Opened up the sky by the rain and the earth by the seed. H Muhammad, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Mahboub, from Al-A ala Bin Razeyn, from Muhammad Bin Muslim and Al-Hajjaal, from Al-A ala, from Muhammad Bin Muslim who said: Abu Ja far asws said to me: Everything used to be water, and His azwj Throne used to be on the water. So Allah azwj Mighty is His azwj Mention Commanded the water, so a fire was ignited. Then He azwj Commanded the fire, so it was extinguished and smoke arose from its subsidence. So Allah azwj Created the Heavens from that smoke, and 15 out of 63

16 Created the earth from the ash. Then the water, and the fire, and the wind quarrelled. So the water said, I am the greatest army of Allah azwj, and the wind said, I am the greatest army of Allah azwj, and the fire said, I am the greatest army of Allah azwj. So Allah azwj Mighty and Majestic Revealed unto the wind: You are My azwj greatest army. 16 out of 63

17 ح د يث ال ج ن ان و ال نوق HADEETH OF THE GARDENS AND THE SHE-CAMEL ع ل ي ب ن إ ب ر اه يم ع ن أ ب يه ع ن اب ن م ح ب وب ع ن م ح م د ب ن إ س ح اق ال م د ن ي ع ن أ ب ي ج ع ف ر ) عليه السلام ( ق ال إ ن ر س ول الل ه ) صلى االله عليه وا له ( س ي ل ع ن ق و ل الل ه ع ز و ج ل ي و م ن ح ش ر ال م ت ق ين إ ل ى الر ح من و ف دا ف ق ال ي ا ع ل ي إ ن ال و ف د ل ا ي ك ون ون إ ل ا ر آ ب انا أ ول ي ك ر ج ال ات ق و ا الل ه ف ا ح ب ه م الل ه و اخ ت ص ه م و ر ض ي أ ع م ال ه م ف س م اه م ال م ت ق ين H Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Mahboub, from Muhammad Bin Is haq Al- Madany, who has narrated the following: Abu Ja far asws having said that: The Rasool saww of Allah azwj was asked about the Statement of Allah azwj : [19:85] The day We shall gather the righteous to (Allah) Most Gracious, like a band presented before a king for honours, so he saww said: O Ali asws! Surely the delegation will not come up except on rides. These will be the men who feared Allah azwj, so Allah azwj Loved them and Specialised them and being Pleased with their deeds and therefore they have been named as the pious ones. ث م ق ال ل ه ي ا ع ل ي أ م ا و ال ذ ي ف ل ق ال ح ب ة و ب ر أ الن س م ة إ ن ه م ل ي خ ر ج ون م ن ق ب ور ه م و إ ن ال م ل اي ك ة ل ت س ت ق ب ل ه م ب ن وق م ن ن وق ال ع ز ع ل ي ه ا ر ح اي ل الذ ه ب م ك ل ل ة ب الد ر و ال ي اق وت و ج ل اي ل ه ا ال ا س ت ب ر ق و الس ن د س و خ ط م ه ا ج د ل ال ا ر ج و ان ت ط ير ب ه م إ ل ى ال م ح ش ر م ع آ ل ر ج ل م ن ه م أ ل ف م ل ك م ن ق د ام ه و ع ن ي م ين ه و ع ن ش م ال ه ي ز ف ون ه م ز ف ا ح ت ى ي ن ت ه وا ب ه م إ ل ى ب اب ال ج ن ة ال ا ع ظ م و ع ل ى ب اب ال ج ن ة ش ج ر ة إ ن ال و ر ق ة م ن ه ا ل ي س ت ظ ل ت ح ت ه ا أ ل ف ر ج ل م ن الن اس و ع ن ي م ين الش ج ر ة ع ي ن م ط ه ر ة م ز آ ي ة ق ال ف ي س ق و ن م ن ه ا ش ر ب ة ف ي ط ه ر الل ه ب ه ا ق ل وب ه م م ن ال ح س د و ي س ق ط م ن أ ب ش ار ه م الش ع ر و ذ ل ك ق و ل الل ه ع ز و ج ل و س قاه م ر ب ه م ش رابا ط ه ورا م ن ت ل ك ال ع ي ن ال م ط ه ر ة Then he saww said to him asws : O Ali asws! By the One azwj Who Split the seed and Brought life out of it, they will be coming out from their graves and the Angels will be welcoming them by a she-camel from the she-camels of honour on which will be saddles of gold crowned with pearls and sapphire, and it will be covered in brocade and silk, and its braid will be purple, and it will fly with them to the place of Resurrection. Along with every man from them will be a thousand Angels in front of them, and on his right, and on his left escorting them with an (honourable) escort until they will end up with them to the Great Door of the Paradise. And at the Door (Entrance) of the Paradise is a tree, a leaf from it can give shade to a thousand men from the people under it. And on the right of the tree is a fountain pure and clear. He saww said: They will quench themselves with a drink from it, so Allah azwj will Purify their hearts by it from the ال ح س د (jealousy/envy), and their bodily hair will drop off, and that is the Statement of Allah azwj : [76:21] and their Lord shall make them drink a pure drink. It will be from that pure fountain. ق ال ث م ي ن ص ر ف ون إ ل ى ع ي ن أ خ ر ى ع ن ي س ار الش ج ر ة ف ي غ ت س ل ون ف يه ا و ه ي ع ي ن ال ح ي اة ف ل ا ي م وت ون أ ب دا ق ال ث م ي وق ف ب ه م ق د ام ال ع ر ش و ق د س ل م وا م ن ال ا ف ات و ال ا س ق ام و ال ح ر و ال ب ر د أ ب دا ق ال ف ي ق ول ال ج ب ار ج ل ذ آ ر ه ل ل م ل اي ك ة ال ذ ين م ع ه م اح ش ر وا أ و ل ي اي ي إ ل ى ال ج ن ة و ل ا ت وق ف وه م م ع ال خ ل اي ق ف ق د س ب ق ر ض اي ع ن ه م و و ج ب ت ر ح م ت ي ل ه م و آ ي ف أ ر يد أ ن أ وق ف ه م م ع أ ص ح اب ال ح س ن ات و الس ي ي ات 17 out of 63

18 He saww said: Then they will leave to go to another Fountain on the right of the Tree. So they will bathe in it, and it is the Fountain of (everlasting) Life, and so they will not be dying ever. He saww said: Then they (the she-camels) will pause by them in front of the Throne, and they would have been made safe from the diseases and the illnesses and the heat and the cold for all eternity. Rasool Allah saww said: Then the ال ج ب ار (Compeller azwj ) Majestic, Who cannot be Described (by any means), will Say to the Angels who will be with them: Usher My azwj friends to the Paradise and do not pause them with the creatures from I azwj am already Pleased with them and My azwj Mercy has been Obligated for them, and how can I azwj Want them to be paused, the companions of the good with that of the evil? ق ال ف ت س وق ه م ال م ل اي ك ة إ ل ى ال ج ن ة ف ا ذ ا ان ت ه و ا ب ه م إ ل ى ب اب ال ج نة ال ا ع ظ م ض ر ب ال م ل اي ك ة ال ح ل ق ة ض ر ب ة ف ت ص ر ص ر يرا ي ب ل غ ص و ت ص ر ير ه ا آ ل ح و ر اء أ ع د ه ا الل ه ع ز و ج ل ل ا و ل ي اي ه ف ي ال ج ن ان ف ي ت ب اش ر ن ب ه م إ ذ ا س م ع ن ص ر ير ال ح ل ق ة ف ي ق ول ب ع ض ه ن ل ب ع ض ق د ج اء ن ا أ و ل ي اء الل ه ف ي ف ت ح ل ه م ال ب اب ف ي د خ ل ون ال ج ن ة و ت ش ر ف ع ل ي ه م أ ز و اج ه م م ن ال ح ور ال ع ين و ال ا د م ي ين ف ي ق ل ن م ر ح با ب ك م ف م ا آ ان أ ش د ش و ق ن ا إ ل ي ك م و ي ق ول ل ه ن أ و ل ي اء الل ه م ث ل ذ ل ك He saww said: The Angels will lead them to the Paradise. So when they end up with them at the Great Entrance of the Paradise the Angels will knock hard on the door. Its pleasant sound will reach every Hourie whom Allah azwj has Prepared for His azwj friends in the Gardens. They (Houries) will give them the good news of it when they hear the pleasant sound of the ring (door bell), so some of them will say to the others, The friends of Allah azwj have come to us, so open the Door for them. They will enter the Paradise and their respective wives from the beautiful Houries and the humans will welcome them by saying, Congratulations to you for we have been intensely eager in our desire to be with you, and the friends of Allah azwj will say to them similarly. ف ق ال ع ل ي (عليه السلام) ي ا ر س ول الل ه أ خ ب ر ن ا ع ن ق و ل الل ه ج ل و ع ز غ ر ف م ن ف و ق ها غ ر ف م ب ن ي ة ب م ا ذ ا ب ن ي ت ي ا ر س ول الل ه ف ق ال ي ا ع ل ي ت ل ك غ ر ف ب ن اه ا الل ه ع ز و ج ل ل ا و ل ي اي ه ب الد ر و ال ي اق وت و الز ب ر ج د س ق وف ه ا الذ ه ب م ح ب وآ ة ب ال ف ض ة ل ك ل غ ر ف ة م ن ه ا أ ل ف ب اب م ن ذ ه ب ع ل ى آ ل ب اب م ن ه ا م ل ك م و آ ل ب ه ف يه ا ف ر ش م ر ف وع ة ب ع ض ه ا ف و ق ب ع ض م ن ال ح ر ير و الد يب اج ب ا ل و ان م خ ت ل ف ة و ح ش و ه ا ال م س ك و ال ك اف ور و ال ع ن ب ر و ذ ل ك ق و ل الل ه ع ز و ج ل و ف ر ش م ر ف وع ة إ ذ ا أ د خ ل ال م و م ن إ ل ى م ن از ل ه ف ي ال ج ن ة و و ض ع ع ل ى ر أ س ه ت اج ال م ل ك و ال ك ر ام ة أ ل ب س ح ل ل الذ ه ب و ال ف ض ة و ال ي اق وت و الد ر ال م ن ظ وم ف ي ال ا آ ل يل ت ح ت الت اج Ali asws said: O Rasool saww Allah azwj! Inform us about the Statement of Allah azwj ; [39:20] But it is for those who fear their Lord. That lofty mansions, one above another, have been built, O Rasool saww Allah azwj. So he saww said: O Ali asws! Those are mansions which Allah azwj has Built for His azwj friends from the pearls, and the sapphire, and the emeralds, and their ceilings are of gold interwoven with silver. For each of the mansions are a thousand doors of gold upon each of which is an Angel allocated to it. In them are raised couches, one on top of the other from the silk, and the brocades of different colours, and their filling is of musk, and the camphor and ambergris, and that is the Statement of Allah azwj : [56:34] And raised couches. When the Believer enters his house in the Paradise, a crown of kingship and prestige would be placed upon his head, and he will be dressed in the clothes of gold, and silver, and the rubies, and the crystals arranged in designs as a wreath under the crown. 18 out of 63

19 ق ال و أ ل ب س س ب ع ين ح ل ة ح ر ير ب ا ل و ان م خ ت ل ف ة و ض ر وب م خ ت ل ف ة م ن س وج ة ب الذ ه ب و ال ف ض ة و الل و ل و و ال ي اق وت ال ا ح م ر ف ذ ل ك ق و ل ه ع ز و ج ل ي ح ل و ن ف يها م ن أ ساو ر م ن ذ ه ب و ل و ل و ا و ل باس ه م ف يها ح ر ير ف ا ذ ا ج ل س ال م و م ن ع ل ى س ر ير ه اه ت ز س ر ير ه ف ر حا ف ا ذ ا اس ت ق ر ل و ل ي الل ه ج ل و ع ز م ن از ل ه ف ي ال ج ن ان اس ت ا ذ ن ع ل ي ه ال م ل ك ال م و آ ل ب ج ن ان ه ل ي ه ن ي ه ب ك ر ام ة الل ه ع ز و ج ل إ ي اه ف ي ق ول ل ه خ د ام ال م و م ن م ن ال و ص ف اء و ال و ص اي ف م ك ان ك ف ا ن و ل ي الل ه ق د ات ك ا ع ل ى أ ر يك ت ه و ز و ج ت ه ال ح و ر اء ت ه ي ا ل ه ف اص ب ر ل و ل ي الل ه Rasool Allah saww said: And he will be dressed in seventy garments of silk of different colours, struck with different designs with gold, and the silver, and the pearls, and the red sapphire. So that is the Statement of Allah azwj : [22:23] they shall be adorned therein with bracelets of gold and pearls; and their garments there will be of silk. So when the Believer sits upon his bed, it will vibrate with joy. When the friend of Allah azwj settles down in his house in the Paradise, the Angels allocated to his Garden will seek permission from him so as to congratulate him for the honour Bestowed upon him by Allah azwj, and they will come to him. So the servants of the Believer from the butlers and the maids will say to them, Stay in your place, for the friend of Allah azwj is leaning upon his couch, and his Hourie wife is grooming herself for him, therefore wait for the friend of Allah azwj. ق ال ف ت خ ر ج ع ل ي ه ز و ج ت ه ال ح و ر اء م ن خ ي م ة ل ه ا ت م ش ي م ق ب ل ة و ح و ل ه ا و ص اي ف ه ا و ع ل ي ه ا س ب ع ون ح ل ة م ن س وج ة ب ال ي اق وت و الل و ل و و الز ب ر ج د و ه ي م ن م س ك و ع ن ب ر و ع ل ى ر أ س ه ا ت اج ال ك ر ام ة و ع ل ي ه ا ن ع ل ان م ن ذ ه ب م ك ل ل ت ان ب ال ي اق وت و الل و ل و ش ر اآ ه م ا ي اق وت أ ح م ر ف ا ذ ا د ن ت م ن و ل ي الل ه ف ه م أ ن ي ق وم إ ل ي ه ا ش و قا ف ت ق ول ل ه ي ا و ل ي الل ه ل ي س ه ذ ا ي و م ت ع ب و ل ا ن ص ب ف ل ا ت ق م أ ن ا ل ك و أ ن ت ل ي ق ال ف ي ع ت ن ق ان م ق د ار خ م س م اي ة ع ام م ن أ ع و ام الد ن ي ا ل ا ي م ل ه ا و ل ا ت م ل ه Rasool Allah saww said: So his Hourie wife will come out to him from her tent, walking to welcome him, and around her will be her maids, and upon her would be seventy garments interwoven with the sapphire, and the pearls, and the emeralds, and scented with musk, and ambergris. And upon her head would be a crown of prestige, and she would be wearing shoes of gold laced with sapphire and pearls, and their laces will be of red sapphire. So when she approaches the friend of Allah azwj, he would understand it and he would get up for her in desire, so she will say to him, O friend of Allah azwj, this is not a day of tiredness and suffering, so do not get up. I am for you and you are for me. Rasool Allah saww said: So they will hug each other for a duration of five hundred years from the years of the world. Neither will he get weary of her nor will she get weary of him. ق ال ف ا ذ ا ف ت ر ب ع ض ال ف ت ور م ن غ ي ر م ل ال ة ن ظ ر إ ل ى ع ن ق ه ا ف ا ذ ا ع ل ي ه ا ق ل اي د م ن ق ص ب م ن ي اق وت أ ح م ر و س ط ه ا ل و ح ص ف ح ت ه د ر ة م ك ت وب ف يه ا أ ن ت ي ا و ل ي الل ه ح ب يب ي و أ ن ا ال ح و ر اء ح ب يب ت ك إ ل ي ك ت ن اه ت ن ف س ي و إ ل ي ت ن اه ت ن ف س ك Rasool Allah saww said: So when he calms down without being disheartened from her, he will look at her neck, so he will see on her a necklace embedded with red sapphire. In the midst of it would be a panel of pears on which would be written, You, O friend of Allah azwj is my beloved, and I am the Hourie, beloved to you. My self is devoted to you and your self is devoted to me. ث م ي ب ع ث الل ه إ ل ي ه أ ل ف م ل ك ي ه ن ي ون ه ب ال ج ن ة و ي ز و ج ون ه ب ال ح و ر اء ق ال ف ي ن ت ه ون إ ل ى أ و ل ب اب م ن ج ن ان ه ف ي ق ول ون ل ل م ل ك ال م و آ ل ب ا ب و اب ج ن ان ه اس ت ا ذ ن ل ن ا ع ل ى و ل ي الل ه ف ا ن الل ه ب ع ث ن ا إ ل ي ه ن ه ن ي ه ف ي ق ول ل ه م ال م ل ك ح ت ى أ ق ول ل ل ح اج ب ف ي ع ل م ه ب م ك ان ك م ق ال ف ي د خ ل ال م ل ك إ ل ى ال ح اج ب و ب ي ن ه و ب ي ن ال ح اج ب ث ل اث ج ن ان ح ت ى ي ن ت ه ي إ ل ى أ و ل ب اب ف ي ق ول ل ل ح اج ب إ ن ع ل ى ب اب ال ع ر ص ة 19 out of 63

20 أ ل ف م ل ك أ ر س ل ه م ر ب ال ع ال م ين ت ب ار ك و ت ع ال ى ل ي ه ن ي وا و ل ي الل ه و ق د س ا ل ون ي أ ن ا ذ ن ل ه م ع ل ي ه ف ي ق ول ال ح اج ب إ ن ه ل ي ع ظ م ع ل ي أ ن أ س ت ا ذ ن ل ا ح د ع ل ى و ل ي الل ه و ه و م ع ز و ج ت ه ال ح و ر اء Then Allah azwj will Send to him a thousand Angels to congratulate him for being in the Paradise and having been married to the Hourie. Rasool Allah saww said: So they will end up to the first of the doors of his Gardens. They will say to the Angel allocated for that door of his garden, Grant us permission to the friend of Allah azwj, for Allah azwj has Sent us to him to congratulate him. The Angel will say to them, Wait until I inform the guard to inform him of your places. Rasool Allah saww said: So the Angel would come up to the guard, and in between the guard and him would be three Gardens until he will end up at the first door. So he will say to the guard that, A thousand Angels are awaiting at the door, having been Sent by the Lord azwj of the world, Blessed and High, to congratulate the friend of Allah azwj and have asked me to grant them permission to see him. The guard will say to the Angel, This is difficult for me that I should permit anyone to the friend of Allah azwj as he is with his Hourie wife. ق ال و ب ي ن ال ح اج ب و ب ي ن و ل ي الل ه ج ن ت ان ق ال ف ي د خ ل ال ح اج ب إ ل ى ال ق ي م ف ي ق ول ل ه إ ن ع ل ى ب اب ال ع ر ص ة أ ل ف م ل ك أ ر س ل ه م ر ب ال ع ز ة ي ه ن ي ون و ل ي الل ه ف اس ت ا ذ ن ل ه م ف ي ت ق د م ال ق ي م إ ل ى ال خ د ام ف ي ق ول ل ه م إ ن ر س ل ال ج ب ار ع ل ى ب اب ال ع ر ص ة و ه م أ ل ف م ل ك أ ر س ل ه م الل ه ي ه ن ي ون و ل ي الل ه ف ا ع ل م وه ب م ك ان ه م ق ال ف ي ع ل م ون ه ف ي و ذ ن ل ل م ل اي ك ة ف ي د خ ل ون ع ل ى و ل ي الل ه و ه و ف ي ال غ ر ف ة و ل ه ا أ ل ف ب اب و ع ل ى آ ل ب اب م ن أ ب و اب ه ا م ل ك م و آل ب ه ف ا ذ ا أ ذ ن ل ل م ل اي ك ة ب الد خ ول ع ل ى و ل ي الل ه ف ت ح آ ل م ل ك ب اب ه ال م و آ ل ب ه ق ال ف ي د خ ل ال ق ي م آ ل م ل ك م ن ب اب م ن أ ب و اب ال غ ر ف ة ق ال ف ي ب لغ ون ه ر س ال ة ال ج ب ار ج ل و ع ز و ذ ل ك ق و ل الل ه ت ع ال ى و ال م لاي ك ة ي د خ ل ون ع ل ي ه م م ن آ ل باب م ن أ ب و اب ال غ ر ف ة س لام ع ل ي ك م إ ل ى ا خ ر ال ا ي ة Rasool Allah saww said: And in between the guard and the friend of Allah azwj are two Gardens. He saww said: So the guard will come up to the supervisor and say to him that, At the door are a thousand Angels whom the Lord azwj of Honour has Sent to congratulate the friend of Allah azwj, so grant them permission. The supervisor will proceed to the servants and say to them that, A thousand Angels are at the door whom Allah azwj has Sent to congratulate the friend of Allah azwj, so make their places known to him. Rasool Allah saww said: So they will make it known to him, and he will tell him to grant permission to the Angels. So they will come up to the friend of Allah azwj, and he would be in a mansion of his, and there will be a thousand doors in it, and at each door of its doors would be an Angel allocated to it. So he will allow the Angels to enter to be with the friend of Allah azwj by opening one door for each of the Angels to enter by. The supervisor would then allow each of the Angels from the door of the doors of the Mansion. He saww said: So they would then convey the Message of the Compeller azwj Majestic and Mighty to him and that is the Statement of Allah azwj : [13:23] and the angels will enter in upon them from every gate, from the doors of the Mansion, [13:24] Peace be on you - up to the end of the Verse. ق ال و ذ ل ك ق و ل ه ج ل و ع ز و إ ذا ر أ ي ت ث م ر أ ي ت ن ع يما و م ل كا آ ب يرا ي ع ن ي ب ذ ل ك و ل ي الل ه و م ا ه و ف يه م ن ال ك ر ام ة و الن ع يم و ال م ل ك ال ع ظ يم ال ك ب ير إ ن ال م ل اي ك ة م ن ر س ل الل ه ع ز ذ آ ر ه ي س ت ا ذ ن ون [ف ي الد خ ول ] ع ل ي ه ف ل ا ي د خ ل ون ع ل ي ه إ ل ا ب ا ذ ن ه ف ل ذ ل ك ال م ل ك ال ع ظ يم ال ك ب ير ق ال و ال ا ن ه ار ت ج ر ي م ن ت ح ت م س اآ ن ه م و ذ ل ك ق و ل الل ه ع ز و ج ل ت ج ر ي م ن ت ح ت ه م ال ا ن هار و الث م ار د ان ي ة م ن ه م و ه و ق و ل ه ع ز و ج ل و دان ي ة ع ل ي ه م ظ لال ها و ذ ل ل ت ق ط وف ها ت ذ ل يل ا م ن ق ر ب ه ا م ن ه م ي ت ن او ل ال م و م ن م ن الن و ع ال ذ ي ي ش ت ه يه م ن الث م ار ب ف يه و ه و م ت ك ي و إ ن ال ا ن و اع م ن ال ف اآ ه ة ل ي ق ل ن ل و ل ي ال له ي ا و ل ي الل ه آ ل ن ي ق ب ل أ ن ت ا آ ل ه ذ ا ق ب ل ي 20 out of 63
