6 Name of Assessor: Quentin Knowlson assume control of the incident calling for radio silence except for those dealing with the incident. Help will be summoned where necessary, with racing suspended immediately if the incident has occurred on the course. Should the incident require assistance beyond that which is available on site then 999 will be called by Regatta control. Given the scale of any incident it may well then be the responsibility of the relevant professional services to assume control of any situation where they deem this to be appropriate.
