Unused dives by any guest are Non-Transferable. CHILD POLICY Children below 6 years of age are free-of-charge, if sharing bed with parents or use crib. Children from the ages of 6 12 years old, will be charged $40 per night. Children above 12 years old will be charged extra bed rate.

7 RESERVATION POLICY All reservations are to be made by to: Please provide travel dates, arrival/departure, package type, number of divers/non divers and room type (sgl, twin, xtra bed etc). Please include first and last name (family name) of all guests. Also, please advise if any special dietary requirements and/or physical limitations. Lembeh Resort requires deposit to secure bookings. We will hold a reservation for up to seven (7) days to allow time for deposit transaction. If deposit is not received within seven days, all blocked rooms and boat arrangements will be subject to release for re-sale. Deposit Requirement US$200 per person or near equivalent of one night stay and one day of diving. (non divers US$110.) If booking twin share room, deposit is $400. Final Payment Balance due for all bookings is required 45 days before arrival. For bookings made with less than 45 days before arrival, full payment is required within seven (7) days of reservation. CANCELLATION POLICY (4 or less divers) Should you be required to cancel your booking within 45 days of arrival for any reason, all monies received for the booking will be forfeited. If the cancellation occurs between days the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation 91 days or further, deposit will be refunded minus 50% cancellation fee plus bank charges OR deposit use for future booking within 6 months of original booking minus administration fee. CANCELLATION POLICY GROUPS (5 or more divers) 45 days or less = forfeit of all monies received for the booking days = deposit will be forfeited 91 days or more = deposit may be used for future booking within 6 months of original booking minus administration fee.
