2 ABOUT US CCC (Underwater Engineering) S.A.L was established in Formed initially as a commercial diving company operating in the Persian Gulf, CCC(UE) has evolved since 2000 into an offshore construction company providing enhanced services covering worldwide operations. The company ethos has been to recognize client needs and determinedly develop quality products and services to fulfil these requirements. This client satisfaction driven approach has guided the company to its successful performance over the years in a continuously challenging market keeping it the leader in its field of operations. CCC (UE) now enjoys a proud reputation of almost half a century in the offshore sector of the industry. The strong reputation that CCC (UE) has earned over the years is due to combining the experience, expertise, high quality of services and products provided to our clients, in addition to maintaining the highest international standards of health, safety, quality and environmental protection during any type of performed operation. From CCC (UE) s diving contractor roots providing air diving services in the oil field, the company has expanded its roles to include charter of DP2 marine vessels, saturation diving, ROV inspection/ observation/construction works. Additionally CCC (UE) has expanded its line of business to include the installation of subsea tie-ins, risers, boat landings, SBM s, inspection, repair, maintenance of offshore subsea assets (I.R.M.) like flexible pipelines/umbilical s and cables. Today, the majority of the business lines conducted by CCC (UE) are undertaken utilising its owned and operated assets, including the 83.5 metre DP2 DSV CCC PIONEER. In 2013, CCC (UE) took delivery of two new build 65 metre DP2 DSV vessels: CCC MARITIME 1 and CCC MARITIME 2 which have a capacity to accommodate 70 people and are ideal platforms for undertaking air diving, cable laying and ROV operations. A new 92.6 metre DSV is scheduled for delivery in Q with more vessels planned to be built in the years to come. CCC (UE) is based in the United Arab Emirates and is wholly owned by the Athens based CCC Group. The company operates from a large yard facility providing all the support services to our fleet of equipment and marine vessels. The yard, which also accommodates all stores, workshops, maintenance facilities and fabrication yard has a jetty on the Mussafah Channel, three hours from the open sea (Arabian Gulf). In summary CCC (UE) is a proven company of international repute capable of worldwide operations.

5 QHSE QHSE Policy CCC (Underwater Engineering) S.A.L. is committed to achieving customer satisfaction by providing the best possible Marine, Diving and Remote Operating Vehicle (ROV) services that meet international standards. However, no activity is more important than the identification of hazards and ensuring that practical and effective control measures are in place to protect the Health and Safety of employees and contractors, while ensuring the environment is not adversely affected by our activities. These concerns will always take precedence over all commercial considerations. The specific objectives of CCC (UE) are to: Provide safe and healthy working conditions and environment for all employees. Establish safeguards through the process of risk assessment against all identified hazards. Continuously improve employee skills through a defined training programme, including emergency preparedness related to safety and environmental protection. Improve business processes and strive towards total quality. Carry out QHSE audits and inspections of its own operations and facilities. Monitor and measure its QHSE performance. Develop and implement a Management System conforming to International Standards,Codes and Guidelines such as,iso,ohsas,ism,isps,marpol and IMCA. QHSE Management System CCC (UWE) complies with the requirements of the following international standards to effectively manage and control its Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) obligations: ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management Systems ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Systems OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems ISO /IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management Systems The introduction of the ISM-Code has set the requirement for CCC (UE) management as a ship-owner to provide an international standard for the safe management and operation of CCC Vessels by ensuring safety at sea, prevention of human injury or loss of life, avoidance of damage to the environment, in particular to the marine environment and to property. CCC UWE has been implemented Maritime Labour Convention (MLC, 2006) on August 2013 to ensure a better protected and more efficient marine workforce.
