These rules and guidelines are based n the physical characteristics f the Exhibit Hall, they intent t be equally fair t all exhibitrs, and the safety f all cncerned. Please review these rules and plan yur display accrdingly as variances will nt be granted prir t the shw r n-site. CRATE REMOVAL, STORAGE & RETURN: Empty crates will be remved t strage and returned t yur bth at the end f the Shw by ur flr crew at n additinal charge, prvided yu have used material handling services fr the delivery f yur bth. D nt stre merchandise in crates r cartns marked fr empty strage. CUBIC CONTENT - ISC East fllws the cubic cntent rule, which allws exhibitrs t make maximum use f their bth space. Under the cubic cntent rule, exhibitrs may build up t the frnt f their bths, and up t the maximum allwable height accrding t bth type as indicated belw. Hwever, anything abve the prvided drape heights must be finished, neutral and devid f cpy n any wall adjacent t anther exhibitr. 2 DEMONSTRATION AREAS: Demnstratin areas must be cnfined within the exhibit space s as nt t interfere with any traffic in the aisles. Exhibitrs must cntract sufficient space t be able t cmply with this rule. When large crwds gather t watch a demnstratin and interfere with the flw f traffic dwn the aisles r create excessive crwds at neighbring bths, it is an infringement n the rights f ther Exhibitrs. s may nt be bstructed at any time. DEMONSTRATION EQUIPMENT: Equipment, prduct r machinery, when displayed t demnstrate r simulate industrial applicatin, are exempt frm the freging height limits, but are restricted nly by ceiling height, as well as building and safety cdes. EXPOSED AREAS MUST BE FINISHED: All backwalls, sidewalls r any ther expsed areas f the display must be draped r finished surfaces. N graphics, lgs, r print facing int anther bth is allwed. Any cmpany advertisement r prmtin must face int the aisle. In-line and peninsula bths must have a finished back wall cvering the back f the bth. See-thrugh back walls r displays which d nt cver the back wall cmpletely will nt be allwed. Please nte that ALL FIRE HOSE CABINETS MUST BE KEPT VISIBLE AND CLEAR / ACCESSIBLE FLOOR COVERING GUIDELINES: All bths must be carpeted. Flr cvering is required in all display bth areas. Flring may cnsist f hard wd, AstrTurf r carpeting. N vinyl r linleum may be used. Carpet is available thrugh the Official Service Cntractr, FREEMAN, at Exhibitr s expense, r the exhibitr may prvide their wn carpet. Bth vacuuming is nt included with the rental f carpeting frm the Official Service Cntractr. It must be rdered separately frm Javits. If yu require utilities (electric, telephne, internet, etc.), yur carpet cannt be installed until the utilities have been installed. GOOD TASTE AND THE RIGHTS OF OTHERS - Shw Management may require any Exhibitr t make changes in their exhibit if, in Shw Management s pinin, the exhibit des nt cnfrm t prevailing standards. GRAPHICS ON NEIGHBORS' SIDE: The backside f walls - the cmmn brder facing a neighbring bth - must be clear f cpy, lgs, r ther graphics, s as nt t be an eyesre t neighbring exhibitrs. HEIGHT LIMITATIONS - The fllwing maximum height limits will be strictly enfrced. N height variances will be granted prir t r n-site at the shw. Please plan yur bth display and sign

3 structures accrdingly. Maximum allwable height is als directly affected by the ceiling height f yur bth area. Linear Bth - Bunded by 1 r 2 aisles. Hanging Signs are nt permitted in linear bths. It is much mre cst effective t flr munt signage with a linear bth height limit f 8 ft. Nte: side-drape prvided is 3 feet high and the back-drape prvided is 8 feet high. MAXIMUM HEIGHT LIMIT WITHIN A LINEAR BOOTH = 8 FEET Peninsula Bth - Bunded by 3 aisles. Exhibit bths must als be at least 20 ft. deep and 20 ft. wide t meet Shw Managements requirements fr hanging signs. Hanging signs in peninsula bths may reach a height limit f 12 ft. t tp f sign. Tw-sided Signs must be hung 5 ft. frm the back wall and the side facing rear f the bth must be clear f cpy, lgs r ther graphics s as nt t be an eyesre t neighbring exhibitrs. Nte: the back-drape prvided is 8 feet high. MAXIMUM HEIGHT LIMIT WITHIN A PENINSULA BOOTH = 12 FEET Island Bth - Bunded by 4 aisles. Bths must als be 20 ft. deep and 20 ft. wide t meet Shw Managements requirements fr hanging signs. Hanging signs in island bths may reach a height limit f 16 ft. t tp f the sign. MAXIMUM HEIGHT LIMIT WITHIN AN ISLAND BOOTH = 16 FEET PLEASE NOTE: Nthing will be permitted abve these maximum heights, including signs, banners, truss structures, lighting and/r display materials. INSPECTION DEADLINE: Any bth nt ccupied by 4:30pm n Nvember 13, 2018 will be presumed abandned. If there is freight in the bth and Shw Management believes the Exhibitr will be late, then FREEMAN will set up the display as best they can with the infrmatin available. If there is n freight in the bth and/r Shw Management believes the Exhibitr will nt participate in the shw, the bth will be reassigned. Exhibitrs arriving after this time will be given space available and may incur additinal csts. All exhibits must be cmpletely set by 4:30pm n Nvember 13, Althugh exhibitrs may fine tune their bth after Nvember 13, 2018 and befre shw pening n Wednesday, Nvember 14, 2018 until 9:00am. Abslutely n shipment, equipment, r material may be brught nt the shw flr during shw hurs. NO NAILS OR SCREWS - Nthing may be psted, tacked, nailed, r screwed t clumns, walls, flrs, r ther parts f the building. Any damage r defacement caused by infractins f this rule will be remedied by Shw Management at the expense f the rule-breaking exhibitr. SOUND LEVELS - Sund level f presentatin shuld be kept within the cnfines f the bth area and must nt interfere with neighbring exhibits. Shw management will exercise their right t prvide and maintain a fair exhibiting envirnment t all custmers. Excessive sund can be ffensive and distracting. Each Exhibitr is entitled t an atmsphere that is cnducive t cnducting business, withut excess nise frm ther Exhibitrs. Any audi equipment (i.e., sund system, audi frm a vide wall, micrphnes), whether in the bth r as part f a display, may nt exceed a sund level f

4 eighty-five (85) decibels. Reed Exhibitins will be sensitive and respnsive t cmplaints registered by spectatrs, neighbring Exhibitrs, r ther persnnel, and will have appintees t respnd t all cmplaints. STAFFING ATTIRE - All Exp staff whether it be exhibitrs direct emplyees r hired cntractrs, are expected t dress in an apprpriate manner cnducive t cnducting business. Attire f an verly revealing, suggestive nature r expletive nature is nt permitted. Examples f such inapprpriate attire may include but are nt limited t: Tps displaying excessive cleavage Tank tps, halter tps, camisle tps r tube tps; Miniskirts r minidresses; Shrts; Lycra (r ther Secnd-Skin) bdysuits; Objectinable r ffensive cstumes. These guidelines are applicable t all bth staff, regardless f gender, and will be strictly enfrced. Reed Exhibitins and the ISCW Shw Management team reserve the right t request that individual(s) / bth staff change their attire r leave the premises immediately if we feel their appearance might be ffensive / disruptive t ther exhibitrs r attendees. VEHICLE DISPLAYS- There is a rund trip sptting fee per vehicle. Please refer t the Freeman Manual fr mre infrmatin. Vehicles are allwed in the Javits Center fr display purpses prvided they meet the fllwing requirements: May nt cntain mre than ne (1) Galln f Fuel Cannt be refueled r emptied inside the Center Must be equipped with lcking fuel caps Battery cables must be discnnected and the ends must be taped Must be lcked during nn-shw hurs Keys which are prperly tagged fr identificatin fr each vehicle must be left with the Center s Public Safety Department prir t display Repairs r alteratins may nt be made inside the Center Any persn displaying a vehicle at the Center must prvide an apprpriate sized ABC type fire extinguisher, which must be readily accessible at all times Must have flr cvering beneath the vehicle Must be turned ff when parked inside Other regulatins regarding mtr vehicles Operating equipment r machinery must nt be left unattended Mtr vehicles may be perated n carpeted areas f the Center when apprval is given by the center staff. Prtective material must be placed in the carpeted areas fr

5 prtectin f the flr surface. The shw manager is respnsible fr all damages and fr restratin f the damaged areas t the riginal cnditin All frklifts r ther heavy lading devices perated within the Center must be perated by certified persnnel Frklifts are nt permitted t perate n the terrazz areas. Special permissin is granted in certain circumstances by Javits management. In thse instances, the frklift must have pneumatic tires. Frklifts are nt permitted t perate in the Galleria/River Pavilin, r in the carpeted halls 1D and 1E, unless a pathway f Masnite is cnstructed. Mtr driven aerial lifts must have wheels cvered with shrink-wrap t perate n the Galleria/River Pavilin and carpeted halls 1D and 1E Parking n the lading dcks r inside the Center (except fr lading and unlading) is prhibited; vilatrs will be twed at the wner s expense Utility carts may be perated in the Center s Exhibit halls, lading dcks and main radway nly. Under n circumstances are vehicles n persnnel carts t be perated in meeting rms, cncurses, r lbbies during shw hurs
