Guest review of Eco Divers Manado & Minahasa Lagoon Resort posted recently on TripAdvisor: Great atmosphere and worldclass diving Reviewed August 3, 2015 I visited this place and imedeatly felt in love with the resort, its spread out widly over a lush garden complex, with its own jungle in the back and a magical river. The bungalows are a dream of finest indonesian wood in the local minahasa style, and the beach villas have their own beach in the front. Staff and food is good and the poolbar really nice at night and a spectacular view of manado tua during the day. The diamond of the resort is the professional run dive base from ecodivers, they make your wish cone true!! Thx for a vacation i will never forget; alreay planing in coming back soon! Stayed July 2015, traveled solo Eco Divers is a professional PADI 5 Star Centre providing diving and snorkelling services. Our service focuses on safety, organization, relaxation and comfort. We are an environmentally and socially responsible tourism operator. Our varied Manado dive program takes in a House Reef, mainland sites and islands of Bunaken National Park. 8 Payment terms, How to book, Cancellation policy, Group offer All prices are in US Dollars PAYMENT TERMS A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking, with a minimum of EUR 100 per person. Balance must be received 60 days before date of arrival. For bookings made within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required. Failure to pay on time will result in your booking being automatically released. Once a booking is confirmed, additional places are subject to availability. All booking enquiries must be made in writing and will be confirmed in writing. Once confirmed, our cancellation policy applies (see below). We do not allow credit. All confirmations are accompanied by a pro-forma invoice with booking reference number. This is to allow you enough time to check the booking details and the invoice and to raise any queries. We do not accept deduction of bank charges; it is your responsibility to ensure that the total shown on our invoice is received by our bank. Responsibility & Liability - The Seller, its sales offices and sales representatives, the directors, all the staff as well as all and any external collaborator, reject any kind of responsibility & liability, for any injuries, loss or damage to personal equipment and property during the Guests stay and during their participation in any activities, even if organized by or through the Seller (an adequate insurance is recommended). All responsibility & liability for oneself and for children and/or minors under the client's custody (if present) falls therefore on the client itself, especially such as: diving, snorkelling, swimming, trekking, land- and boat tours, baby sitting and any other activity. There is no Life Guard on the beach, at the swimming- and whirl-pool. The Seller will not accept any responsibility & liability for any delay, additional expenses or inconveniences that may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside of the control of the Seller such as late or non arrivals of flights, deportation or refusal of entry by immigration, customs and/or health authorities, strikes, civil disturbances, fire, floods, cyclones, usually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government and/or the failure of any machinery or equipment. Dive & Medical certification - Dive certification and log book for recreational dives are mandatory and have to be presented for verification before the first dive - annual medical control and certification is recommended; medical certification is not mandatory for any of the proposed activities, anyway it is recommendable to be in good health, especially for trekking and diving activities. The Seller reserves the right to reject participation at any activity of the Buyer if all safety and security prerequisites are not fulfilled - the total amount of the service will be debited and paid amounts will not be refunded. Illegal Activities - Any kind of possible prostitution, gambling, drug abuse or any other illegal activities under Indonesian law will be reported to the local authorities and result in immediate Guest departure without any refund. Drug possession, even for your own consumption, can result in imprisonment and carry the death penalty. Exemption from Responsibility & Liability form has to be signed by the Guest on arrival. Terms and Conditions - The Seller reserves the right to change, alter and cancel all or part of the terms, conditions, rates, arrangements, tours, diving- and any other activity at any time without prior notice, for any reason including weather, logistics, insufficient number of participants, etc. Any payment prior to services confirms acceptance of the above stated terms and conditions. 8/8
