Remove victim from area of exposure. Wash out mouth with water. Ingestion of material may cause gastrointestinal disturbance, including irritation, nausea, vomiting. Seek medical attention. Combustible. Closed containers may explode when exposed to extreme heat (fire). This product will emit flammable vapours if exposed to extreme heat. May decompose on heating, producing toxic fumes oxides of carbon and nitrogen. SECTION 6 Accidental Release Measures Spills: Disposal: Environmental: To clean up wear protective equipment to protect skin and eye contact. Wear protective clothing including gloves. Increase ventilation. Consult the Australian Standard mentioned in Section 8. In the event of a major spill, do NOT allow product to enter drains, water courses or sewers. Stay upwind; remove all sources of ignition. Contain the spill and absorb with sand, earth or other inert material. Use clean NON-SPARKING tools to collect material and place into suitable labelled containers for recycling or disposal. Dispose of product and container in accordance with Local, State, Federal and EPA regulations. Prevent the material from entering the drains and waterways. Advise authorities if spillage has entered water course or sewer or has contaminated soil or vegetation. Do not flush drains or waterways. SECTION 7 Handling and Storage Precautions for Safe Handling: Conditions for Safe Storage: SECTION 8 Exposure Controls/ Personal Protection National Exposure Standards: Classified as Dangerous Goods. Use in a well ventilated area. Do NOT store or use in confined spaces. Build up of mists or vapour in the atmosphere must be prevented. Avoid breathing in spray or mists or vapours, Do not smoke. Wash hands prior to eating, drinking, smoking and using toilet facilities. Keep container closed when not in use and securely sealed, labelled and protected against physical harm. Store in a cool, dry well-ventilated area away from heat, sources of ignition, oxidising agents, foodstuffs and clothing. Keep out of sunlight and protect from weather. Containers should always be kept closed in storage and properly labelled. Provide adequate ventilation. Check regularly for deficiencies such as container damage or leaks.
