2 1. DENOMINATION WORLD CUP OF SPORT DIVING. 2. DATE From 24th to 29th, August PARTICULAR REGULATION 3. PLACE Río Esgueva (Swimming pool). Valladolid (Spain). ORGANISATION The World Cup Sport Diving is ruled by the CMAS Sport Diving International Rules and by these Particular Rules that every athlete, with his/her enrolment, affirms to know and to agree to them. 4. PARTICIPANTS Each club can register up to 8 participants maximum, four (4) men and four (4) women. All athletes can participate in individual events. In pair event may have 2 teams (couples) for each category (men and women) The participant clubs should belong to a National Federation that is recognized by CMAS. Each team should comply with the rules of championship, the safety conditions set by the Organizers and the CMAS Rules and Regulations. The participants should have their diving title, the International federative license. The participants should have Civil Liability insurance or certification by Club. Every team must bring with it two (2) national flags (m. 2,00 x m. 1,00) and a CD with the national hymn. 5. DISCIPLINES (MEN AND WOMEN) The events are the following: Emersion 6kg; Trial M 300m; Night Diving and Obstacles Course. 6. CONDITIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE COMPETITION SITE Type and dimensions of the swimming pool: Indoor swimming pool 50m. long x 21m. wide; depth: 2 m on one side and descending to 2,10 m in the other side. 8 lanes with diving boards in both ends. Number of lanes for competition 6; lane width 2,5m. The space of the rest of the lanes is used by security judges and other uses of organization. Water temperature between 25ºC and 28ºC. CLASSIFICATIONS AND AWARDS Classifications of the CMAS World Cup Sport Diving: *Classification in Individual Events (CI): Male and Female. *Classification in Team Events (CE): Male and Female. *General Classification Combined by Clubs (GCC-C). Sum of points obtained by athletes in individual and team events. *The best Athlete (female and male) after competition AUGUST from 24th to 29th. VALLADOLID (SPAIN) 2

3 7. PROTEST According to the CMAS rules. 8. EQUIPMENT The equipment and materials to enter the Scuba Diving in Swimming Pool competition are the following: * Slip-type swimming trunks for men and complete swimming costume for women. * Scuba diving face masks. * Snorkel. * Diving adjustable or non adjustable fins. * Diving ballast. * Neoprene or isothermal suit * Neoprene socks. * Stabilizing jackets. * Regulator. * Water proof manometer. * Scuba tank with a volume between 10 and 18 litres. To promote equity between sports athletes following rules are specified. * Snorkel: Compulsory for the M trial. The rest of trials it is optional. * Diving ballast minimum 2Kg in the belt * Neoprene or isothermal suit: minimum thickness 3mm. The suit must be long (one or two pieces). Non-completed suits are not admitted. * Neoprene socks. Only athletes who need. * Regulator with two secondary bodies (1 ambient pressure chamber + octupus) * Scuba tank with a volume of 12 liters Optional Equipment Optional equipment: watch; diving computer Uniformity For the protocolary acts, the participant teams should wear appropriate clothes to identify their Clubs Equipment control All the materials must be products manufactured for the practice of the diving. The materials must not have manipulations or modifications. The dive team must be prepared and used according to the rules of CMAS diving. A control check point is established for the equipment to be used in the events. 11. COMPRESSOR The maximum pressure load is 200 atm. The load location and timetable will be notified. The organizer guarantees the filling of cylinders (bottles) for either DIN or YOKE type. The maximum charging pressure is 200 Bars. All cylinders (bottles) must be in good condition and must have passed a hydraulic test less than 24 month before the date of the championship. 12. 4 13. REGISTRATIONS Condition for entry and participation. No later than 15 June 2011 The preliminary declaration of participation and registration form Annex 1 to the CMAS and Organising Committee. Annex 5 Registration Form 14. THE BOOKING & ENTRY FEE The Organization offers the possibility of accommodation during the days of competition. 5 days: Entry fee for each participant is 450 Euro. The organizer will provide: Accommodations in hotel 3* in rooms with two beds. The hotel is located in center of the city Breakfast, lunch and dinner, beginning with the lunch of the 24 of august until the breakfast of the 29. Transportation between hotel and Swimming pool. Participation at the opening, closing ceremony and gala-diner. Extra charges for single room is 50 Euro per day. Extra day expenses 100 Euro per extra day, including 3 meals and Accommodation. Possibility transfer airport to city in bus public and pay direct in bus.(about 20 Euros). We will send hours list days. Deadline for reservations: JUNY 15th please includes it on the registrations. Minimum 50% of total entry fee should be deposited at our bank no later than 15 of Juny 2011 to guarantee the booking. After this date (15th Juny 2011) the participation fee will be add to 10% of the total amount. The balance payment should be made at the arrival. Organizer can accept only cash and wire transfer (bank charges are due for remitter). 15. SECRETARY AND COMPETITION FEE The participants, who want to use other hotels by themselves, have to pay THE FEE OF150 Euro per person for secretary, competition, opening and closing ceremony. No local transportation will be provided. 16. VISA If you need visas, please send copies of the first page of passports of the members of your delegation by fedas@fedas.es or contact the Spanish Consulate in your country at least 30 days prior to entry in Spain. OBSERVATIONS The timetable and the Trials could be modified by the organization depending on the competition development. 17.
