B&J DIVING CENTRE SDN. BHD. - INTRODUCTION B&J Diving Centre Sdn. Bhd. ( H, KPL/LN 6244) was established in 1987 B&J operates two dive centers on Tioman Island (Salang Bay and Air Batang Bay aka ABC) and a hotel called Tioman Dive Resort (in ABC Bay) B&J is a PADI 5 Star IDC (Instructor Development Centre) and technical diving facility B&J has trained in excess of 18,000 divers and has taken more than 50,000 certified divers on leisure diving excursions B&J is multiple award winner (environmental conservation, diver education etc.) B&J has a 100% safety record Dive equipment is regularly serviced and well maintained (primarily Scubapro and Mares) Our Bauer compressors deliver the best air available (tested regularly to guarantee purity) Four dive boats (2 wooden boats plus 2 speedboats) are equipped with VHF Radio, Life jackets, DAN Oxygen units, Medic First Aid kits and fresh water tanks 1.2. TIOMAN ISLAND: Tioman Island is the biggest and most impressive island on the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia. The island is some 35km long and covered densely in one of the oldest rain forests. It s just begging to be explored and is habitat for a large variety of flora and fauna. The main attractions on Tioman are scuba diving and snorkeling plus rainforest trekking Dive sites around the famous Coral Island are renowned for their healthy coral reefs and abundance of marine life. Travel distance to the dive sites from our centers is between 5min and 30min Diving season: 1st February until 10th November Best visibility (15m to 25m): March to June and September to November o Diving is still fantastic during the summer peak season (June - August), but the underwater visibility is usually reduced to approximately 8m to 15m B&J Dive and Course Packages st November 2014 Page 1/16

4 3. PADI DIVE COURSE PACKAGES All PADI dive courses are conducted in a professional manner by experienced instructors. Dive course students must know how to swim and float! A diving certification cannot be purchased, but must be earned with mastery of required skills. In the rare occasion that a student is not capable of showing mastery in either the academic or underwater sections of a dive course, we will not be able to certify him/her. For any dive course, the self-study of the student manual (Knowledge Reviews) has to be completed on time, otherwise course completion in the given time frame cannot be guaranteed Minimum course duration requirements to conduct high quality and safe courses: o PADI Open Water course (beginner level): 4 days o PADI Advanced Open Water course: 2 days o PADI EFR/Rescue Diver course: 4 days Any amount of time spent beyond the above listed course duration requirement is chargeable at MYR /day D/3N PADI OPEN WATER COURSE PACKAGES (OWD beginner course / first level certification) Package includes: Three (3) nights accommodation based on the chosen package PADI Open Water Diver course (including certification if mastery is achieved) All required course materials (student manual, dive table, logbook) All dive equipment rental Pool/shore dives on the first 3 days of the course, final two dives on day 4 to be conducted from the boat with lunch and refreshments included (subject to weather conditions / available time) If the arrival and/or departure times are not favorable then your customer must extend by one night to allow enough time for the course! It is highly recommended that the customer(s) come for 5D/4N if possible. LEISURE DIVING PACKAGES (FOR CERTIFIED DIVERS) Leisure Diving packages are only available for already certified divers Divers will be required to show proof of diver training from an internationally recognized diver training agency (i.e. PADI, SSI, CMAS, NAUI, etc.) upon arrival B&J reserves the right to require a refresher course for any diver who cannot provide proof of diving in the last 12 months and/or exhibits incompetent diving skills Dive excursions to over 15 dive sites surrounding Tioman Island (including Coral Island) are organized daily Non-alcoholic beverages and local lunch will be provided on board during day trips. Shore dives (house reef dives) are available for day and night dives Technical Diving day trips and Technical Diving live-a-board expeditions are available on request Dive Packages include: Accommodation based on the chosen package Two (2) boat dives per day o i.e. 3D/2N packages include 6 boat dives, 4D/3N packages include 8 boat dives etc. Dive equipment rental Discount for complete own dive gear: MYR per diving day Extra dives are available upon request (charges apply) Lunch and refreshments on board during our day trips Professional dive guides Typical itinerary of a diving day: 08:30am Assembly at dive center to meet staff and prepare dive equipment 09:00am Departure by boat to the first dive site 10:00am First dive (dive time approximately 50 minutes) 11:30am Lunch break in the vicinity of Coral Island (subject to dive location) 12:30pm Departure to second dive site 13:00pm Second dive (dive time approximately 50 minutes) 14:30pm Return to dive center and debriefing 15:30pm Departure to third dive site 16:00pm Third dive (dive time approximately 50 minutes) 17:30pm Return to dive center and debriefing 19:00pm Preparation / departure for night dives (shore or boat) 4.1. 13 5. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 5.1. RESERVATION & BOOKING Reservations have to be submitted via to Reservations are not guaranteed until deposit payment is received, and confirmation has been ed by B&J Diving Centre Sdn. Bhd PAYMENT TERMS A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking (minimum of MYR per person) The balance can be paid upon arrival on Tioman Island 5.3. PAYMENT METHODS Bank Transfer o Only available for customer who hold a Malaysian Bank Account o Please the bank remittance slip for our record and advice the date of sending o Bank details: Maybank (Malayan Banking Berhad) Account Name: B&J Diving Centre Sdn. Account No Credit Card o If you do not have a Malaysian bank account or want to pay via credit card then please inform us so that we can send you our credit card payment form o Bank charges of 3.5% will be imposed on credit card payments o Credit cards will be charged in local currency (MYR - Malaysian Ringgit) 5.4. CANCELLATION POLICY Initial deposit (30%) Non-refundable 30 days or more before arrival of guests: Full Refund of balance payment (excl. bank/finance charges) From 29 to 15 days before arrival of guests: 40% of the trips full price forfeited, balance will be refunded (excl. bank/finance charges) From 14 to 8 days before arrival of guests: 60% of the trips full price forfeited, balance will be refunded (excl. bank/finance charges) 7 days or less before arrival of guests: 100% of the trips full price forfeited B&J Dive and Course Agent Packages st November 2014 Page 13/16

UNUSED SERVICES No refund will be made for any part of the Tioman Island diving trip including but not limited to shortening of stay, transfers, side tours, hotels, meals, flights, diving etc. not utilized by the guests once the trip has departed from their place of origin RENOVATIONS We reserve the right, upon giving reasonable notice to close any part of our facilities and/or carry out such repairs, renovation and/or upgrades from time to time as its deems fit in our sole and absolute discretion CONDITIONS FOR DIVING All guests will be required to sign a Liability/Release Form (Waiver) upon arrival and abide by all diving and safety rules of the dive centre/resort Leisure diving packages can only be offered to already certified divers 5.8. WEATHER CONDITIONS Weather is generally very nice on Tioman with an average air temperature of 32 C and a water temperature of around 28 C We operate diving from 1 st February until 10 th November but cannot predict the weather conditions for scuba diving even for the best season Best visibility is expected in the months of March to May and late September to November 5.9. FORCE MAJEURE We will not be liable in whole or in part by any cause beyond our control due to fire, flood, weather, strikes or other labor disputes, shortage of materials, transportation difficulties, accident, war, riot, acts of God and change of laws. 6. DIVING SCHEDULES AND REGULATIONS 6.1. BOAT DIVES B&J operates several dive boats (wooden boats and speedboats) B&J conducts up to 4 boat dives daily: o Day Trip departing between 9:00am and 9:30am and returning to Tioman Island after 2 dives between 2:30pm and 3:00pm. Lunch will be provided on board o Afternoon dive departing between 3:30pm and 4:00pm o Night dive departing between 6:30pm and 7:00pm (only available if a minimum of 5 divers conduct a boat night dive) Dive groups are kept small with an average of 4 divers (maximum 6) per Divemaster All dive sites and dive schedules will be arranged at the discretion of the dive center 6.2. SHORE / JETTY DIVES Shore dives are conducted at the nearby house reef or at the jetty We recommend that every visitor conducts at least one shore muck dive. 15 6.3. NIGHT DIVING Night dives are conducted upon request on a daily basis either from shore or from boat We recommend that all night divers have had night diving education/experience before B&J offers PADI Night Adventure Dives for those divers without prior night diving experience 6.4. DIVE EQUIPMENT A full set of dive equipment is included in our leisure diving and course prices. If customers have their own dive equipment: o Discount of MYR per diving day available for Leisure Diving Packages if they bring a complete own set of scuba gear o No discount available for dive course packages B&J has over 70 rental sets available, which are regularly serviced by our certified scuba technicians Rental equipment is primarily of the following brands: Scubapro, Mares B&J is a PADI 5 Star IDC Centre and we send our breathing air regularly to a laboratory in the USA for testing. We are proud to offer the best scuba breathing air available in Malaysia and are the only dive center in Malaysia to receive the Bauer Pure Air Certificate 6.5. BUDDY SYSTEM AND DEPTH LIMITATIONS All dives must be with a buddy; no solo diving is allowed We will provide a dive buddy if customers should be coming alone Depth on any dive shall be limited to a maximum of 30 meters (90feet), of course taking into account any residual nitrogen time already acquired 6.6. SURFACE INTERVALS For safety measures, a mandatory minimum 60 minutes surface interval is required before the next consecutive dive, regardless of whether divers are planning dives using a computer or tables FLYING AFTER DIVING The latest recommendation in regards of flying after diving indicates that divers should wait a minimum of 12 hours before flying after a single dive or 18 hours after multiple dives 6.8. FINAL DISCRETION B&J Diving Centre / Tioman Dive Resort reserves final discretion on who may or may not do any type of diving (based on a diver's experience, date of last dive, number of logged dives etc.) If a diver is or becomes physically incapacitated by injuries, illness, intoxication, 'hangovers', etc., we reserve the right to stop this person from diving 6.9. SPECIAL RULES TO PROTECT MARINE LIFE Divers and snorkelers are to refrain from touching, teasing and restraining turtles or any other marine life under water because: o Turtles are air breathers and can be drowned if panicked or cornered. Anyone riding or restraining turtles will not be allowed to dive anymore o Any kind of marine life including corals are very fragile and we should protect our underwater environment and not destroy it o We follow the Triple T Rule : Don t Touch, Don t Tease, Don t Take and leave only bubbles behind o We adhere a strict no glove policy B&J Dive and Course Agent Packages st November 2014 Page 15/16

LOCATIONS B&J Diving Centre has outlets in two locations on Tioman Island: Salang Bay and Air Batang Bay (aka ABC). Our Tioman Dive Resort is located in ABC Bay 7.3. ACCOMMODATION The only upper market resort in northern Tioman Island is our own Tioman Dive Resort Most resorts offer fairly basic fan cooled and air-conditioned rooms Daily room cleaning service is not common (except for Tioman Dive Resort and a few others) Standard check-in time for rooms is 2:00pm, standard check-out time is 12:00pm 7.4. MEALS Meals are not included in package/room bookings and can t be pre-booked There are numerous restaurants within easy walking distance from the resorts offering local and western cuisine with the highlight being fresh seafood BBQ Lunch is provided during our day dive trips on board our boat 7.5. ELECTRICITY Electrical outlet is 220 Volt AC, 50 cycles using three rectangular prongs similar to British plugs 7.6. INTERNET We are offering free WiFi internet service for our customers at our dive centers Internet connections on the island are very slow 7.7. TRANSPORTATION By Plane o From Kuala Lumpur: Berjaya Air flies to Tioman Island from Subang Sky Park Domestic Airport ( Flight time 1 hour flights for 2015 not yet confirmed! o From Singapore: Berjaya Air flies to Tioman Island from Changi International Airport ( Flight time 45 min flights for 2015 not yet confirmed! By Public Transport: o From Kuala Lumpur: Coaches from either TBS (Terminal Bersepadu Selatan) or Pudu Bus Station directly to Mersing or Tanjung Gemok (approx. 6 hours) o From Singapore: Coaches from either Lavender or Beach Road directly to Mersing or Tanjung Gemok (approx. 4 hours) Private Transport (booked by B&J): o Van or Taxi either from Singapore or from Kuala Lumpur directly to Mersing Fishing Village Ferry to Tioman Island: o Ferry Transfer from Mersing Fishing Village to either ABC Bay (4 th stop) or Salang Bay (final stop) on Tioman Island.
