The Pratt Trito Butterfly Valve has a rubber seat located i the body that reduces performace problems related to corrosive buildup i valve body ad pipelie.

The flow through disc desig allows more stregth, less weight, ad greater free flow area. Higher Cv : lower head loss results i eergy savig for customer s system.

This valve is excellet i high pressure applicatios. The valve body ad disc are made of ductile iro with the rubber seat i the body for abrasio resistace ad bubble-tight closure.

The E-Lok seat ca be adjusted ad/or repaired i the field without dewaterig the pipelie or removig the valve from the lie. The valves meet or exceed AWWA Stadard C504 ad coform to NSF61 ad NSF372. Hery Pratt Compay ow offers a 350psi, 525 shell test, ANSI 250#, Butterfly Valve the first i the idustry! This valve is excellet i high pressure applicatios. The valve body ad disc are made of ductile iro with the rubber seat i the body for abrasio resistace ad bubble-tight closure. Available i 6" 48" with flaged ed coectios. The Pratt 2FII rubber seated butterfly valve is available i sizes 3" through 20". The shafts are costructed of ceter-less, groud ASTM A276 type 304 or 316 stailess steel bar ad thus are ot susceptible to corrosio as are carbo steel or other similar materials. Shafts are oe-piece, through-shaft costructio, sized to meet or exceed the requiremets of AWWA Stadard C504 for Class 150B butterfly valves. For udergroud distributio ad trasmissio systems, Pratt Groudhog valves are available i sizes 4" 72". The Pratt Groudhog valve meets all requiremets of AWWA C504. The large roud port desig ca pass larger solids reducig pluggig problems. Roud port valves offer the best flow characteristics compared to alterative port opeigs, resultig i less pressure drop across the valve. Fire Protectio Cotrol Systems Whe Hery Pratt Compay desiged the first PIVA (Post Idicatig Butterfly Valve Assembly) more tha forty years ago, special emphasis was placed o providig a product that exceeds idustry stadards.
