7 Bent-Ply Bent-ply is a process where oak veneer layers are glued together in order to add strength to the material and allow for curvature in the design. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by carrier, alterations to product not expressly authorized by Blockhouse, nor to products considered to be of a consumable nature such as fabrics, foam and related products. It also does not apply to Customer s Own Material (i.e., material supplied by the Customer that is not a standard Blockhouse product offering) used in the manufacture of Blockhouse products. Blockhouse does not warranty the matching of color, grain or texture, except to within commercially acceptable standards. A product will not be considered defective, and Blockhouse will not be obligated to replace it, if the product is subject to any of Blockhouse s written planning, installation or user guides, and is not installed or used as recommended therein. EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE, BLOCKHOUSE MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES AS TO ANY PRODUCT AND IN PARTICULAR MAKES NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE. AT BLOCKHOUSE S OPTION, PRODUCT REPAIR, REPLACEMENT IS THE CUSTOMER S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY AND ALL PRODUCT DEFECTS.
