1 OxyLine The customised pressure reducer A mobile supply should be built exactly to your specifications. That is why Dräger developed the OxyLine series of pressure reducers. OxyLine can be used independently of the central gas supply if needed. 2 02 Benefits Modular components Thanks to its modular design, OxyLine allows you to configure the pressure reducer you need select from the following components: Air pressure reducer with bar Various high-pressure connections Vertical hizontal ientated manometer Adjustable flow regulat settings (1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, and 15 l/min) with 9/16" sterile water connect Flowmeter f up to 16 l/min with connect f Dräger Reusable Humidi fier, sterile water connect, and 6 mm nozzle f oxygen mask Self-closing NIST connect f devices to connect to the central gas supply Central gas supply coupling, f direct connection to e.g. a ventilat Eject Vario f bronchial suction Complete solutions Even the fully assembled OxyLine pressure reducer can be individually enhanced, combining superi quality with ease of operation. The oxat head is a pressure reducer unit with two DIN central gas supply couplings, a NIST connection to operate the device via the central gas supply and an eject Vario f vacuum generation. There are a number of high-pressure connections to choose from. The Oxett head is preconfigured with a flowmeter flow regulat, a DIN central gas supply coupling, a NIST connection, and an eject Vario. There are also a number of high-pressure connections to choose from. All models in the OxyLine series can be equipped with existing Dräger compo nents, e. g. medicament nebulisers. Perfmance, quality and durability The single-phase pressure reducer delivers the preset output pressure with high perfmance and flow constancy (Fig. 1). Even the output devices, such as flow me ters flow regulats, meet high standards of quality and preci sion. They are manufactured from metal to meet Dräger s high quality standards, and deli ver the set flow. An inspection is required only once every two years, plus a basic overhaul every six, and the service can be perfmed on-site. Thus OxyLine pres su re reducers, with their high dura bility and long service intervals, mean minimal opera ting and follow-up costs.

3 Benefits Flow perfmance Even at peak flows of up to 180 l/min, OxyLine delivers virtually constant pres sure which is imptant f anaesthesia and intensive-care ventilation systems. OxyLine s perfmance, precision, and broad range of output devices also make it an excellent choice f oxygen therapy. Transpt solutions In addition to the OxyLine pressure redu cer series, you can choose from two transpt solutions. 4-5-wheeled trolley with numerous ac ces sy attachment options on the 38 mm suppt stand. Oxett carrying frame: The compact unit f quick use and attachment to the patient s bed can be connected to compressed gas cylinders of up to 2.5 l. It has an integrated 200 ml secretion jar and a hook f additional accessies, e.g. emergency breathing bag. 03
