1 2018 DM Training & Working Holiday Recruitment SEASIR Naha / BERRY KISE: Divemaster 9 candidates SEASIR NAHA: Boat Crew 6 candidates BERRY KISE: Marine Assistant 4 candidates BERRY KANUCHA: Marine Assistant 2 candidates SEASIR Naha / BERRY KISE Divemaster- 9 candidate(duration from 1st March 10th October 2018) DM training program from March to April 2018 training base in Naha, after certified, you continue work as Marine Staff until 10th October After training, the DM will be assigned to different shop. The DM s main job is Snorkeling guide, Boat crew, leisure diving team assistant, car driving and scuba tank charge...etc., depends on personal ability, we will assign different job accordingly. Working Visa is negotiable according to job performance, we welcome not only the person who wants to takes scuba diving as a career to join our team, but also the one who wants to experience Marine Staff s working environment! Please noted that when is a busy day we will work longer hour as a team and there is no overtime pay or benefit. This is scuba and also a recreational working environment. Work location SEASIR Naha shop (6 candidate) Berry Kise shop (3 candidate) Benefit Actually, the cost to become a dive master is 0 yen. Equipment allowance JPY100, 000 budget - Budget for diving equipment at SEA PEOPLE retails as staff price (special offer) SEASIR Mobbys custom made wetsuit - 1 pcs with staff offer price (pay around around JPY10, from original price)

2 1. (SEASIR Naha only) After training, if you got you certified as a snorkeling guide, we provide underwater Camera allowance JPY30, 000. Recruitment conditions 2. Japanese (basic communication, provide free Japanese class Base in SEASIR Naha branch only ) 3. English (basic communication, provide free English class Base in SEASIR Naha branch only ) 4. Currently holding Japan Working Visa (Valid until or at least 15th October 2018) 5. Able to swim 6. Good Personality 7. Holding a valid medical insurance for Working Holiday in Japan (you may apply this at City Hall Naha 8. Willing to work in long hours or flexible time and team work. Salary 1. JPY70,000 monthly as a meal allowance 2. (SEASIR Naha only) After training, if you got you certified on pick up service, scuba tank refilling etc., salary rise up to JPY15,000/month. Days off 1. Every Candidate are entitled to have 8 days OFF from duty for every month start from March 2018 to September For October candidate are entitled to have 3 days off due to contract due on 10th October For month July, August and September 2018 peak season candidate are required only to use 6 days off, for these month and the balance of day off will carry forward to the following month. 4. For July, August and September 2018 is Typhoon period and you will be OFF during that day. Please aware your own day off balance record directly to your operation office for advance adjustment are required. 5. No day off are provided on weekend or Japan public holiday during month of July, August and September All day off will be assign by the operation office only. 7. Any request for specified day off are required to apply at operation office at least 1 month notice before 5th of each month. 8. Maximum 2 continuous day off will be allow by request term only, follow as above application term and condition. 9. By the end of the contract due date 10th October 2018, all candidate are required to make sure your day off record did not overtaken as provided in the contract. 10. Any overtaken day off by the end of the contract due date, the proper action will be decided by the management.

Diving on your day off is for free 5. Equipment can be purchased at staff special price 6. On holidays, you can experience marine sports at our sister shop 'Marine Club BERRY'(Marine Jet, Flyboard, Banana Boat, Parasailing, Sea Walk, Kayak, Segway etc) Advance reservation is required to participate in the menu. Food expenses and utility expenses Naha shop and Kise shop:water and electric bill JPY4,000 monthly SEASIR NAHA Boat Crew - 6 candidate (Duration from 1 st June 30 th September 2018) Work on boat, assist captain on daily boat preparation and daily schedule, host/welcome guest when boarding, clean the boat after return at port. BERRY KISE Marine Asst. - 4 candidate (Duration from 1 st April 10 th October 2018) To work in BERRY KOUKI/KISE, the main job is Beach life guarding, and then assist to the marine activity, wash equipment or reception...etc. Working Visa is negotiable according to job performance, we welcome not only the person who wants to take scuba diving as a career to join our team, but also the one who wants to experience Marine Staff s working environment! 1. Any Diver level certificate of training JPY10,000+tax BERRY Kanucha Marine Asst. - 2 candidate (Duration 1 s t July 30 th September 2018) This job could let you enjoy the beach all day, the main job will be an assistant to Kanucha Berry beach counter as helper on beach activity, like beach life guard, translation at activity/reception, clean the equipment after activity.
