2 POINTE - CLAIRE DIVING/PLONGEON Pointe-Claire Diving Club Head Coach Message It is with great pleasure that I invite you to the Junior & Senior DRAGON Provincial Championships from February 27 th to March 1 st, We are proud of our Dragon event and very pleased with the participation and its overall success. We enjoyed hosting teams from all over Quebec and the surrounding provinces and would love to have everyone back again for our fifth annual event. The dedicated Pointe-Claire Aquatic Center staff and volunteers are preparing to make this event even bigger and better than before. We are looking forward to yet another outstanding competition! The hosting committee shall keep the full amount of penalty fees for late entries. If the hosting committee cannot establish that the application was sent late, the relevant team will not be subject to the penalty fee. However, if an athlete must be added to the list after the deadline, the late entry may be added upon payment of a $5 penalty fee per athlete. Entry and event fees must be paid to the hosting club before the end of the events. Failure to do so will result in a $20 penalty fee per team payable to the hosting club or organization. ** Dive Sheets: To facilitate the hosting committee s work, fully completed dive sheets must be submitted electronically by Tuesday February 24, 2015, at the latest via Rezman. Please note that according to Regulation Q12 from Plongeon Quebec, dive sheets that are not submitted at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of the events will only be accepted with a $25 penalty fee, payable to the hosting club. A diver is allowed to make one or more changes to its dive sheet up to 1 hour prior to either the beginning of the event or the scheduled/announced beginning time of the event, whichever comes first. 3

Divers who obtain the highest number of points combining the 1m, 3m and platform will receive a special Dragon prize. One prize will be attributed to each category of divers.
