Our vehicle emissions testing gases are specifically engineered for tailpipe analysis and bench testing for all mobile engine applications, including automotive, off-road, locomotive, motorcycle, marine, and many other gasoline and diesel applications. Most two-component and multi-component Scott brand mixtures feature NIST-traceability for guaranteed concentration accuracy. Together with our air and nitrogen, Air Liquide provides all calibration gases necessary to comply with Federal and state regulations. Patented ACUBLEND Technology Scott brand two and multi-component calibration gas mixtures feature our patented ACUBLEND gas blending and analysis technology. It allows Air Liquide to blend, mix, compress and analyze gas mixtures in a single operation. Because the ACUBLEND process is so tightly controlled, the mixtures produced are completely homogeneous from top-to-bottom within the cylinder, from cylinder-to-cylinder, and even from batch-to-batch. Identical mixtures can therefore be supplied in as many separate cylinders as needed. Having multiple cylinders that contain identical mixtures can greatly streamline the instrument calibration process. It also enables users to connect multiple cylinders to a common manifold, and allows cylinders containing identical concentrations to be used in separate work areas.
