All frward facing dives shall be dne with a running apprach. in each rund the tw divers must perfrm the same dive (same dive number in the same psitin) By s 3 Metre Springbard - 6 dives 2 dives with an assigned degree f difficulty f 2.0 f each dive regardless f frmula value 4 dives withut limit f degree f difficulty the six (6) dives must be selected frm at least fur (4) grups with at least ne dive frward facing. All frward facing dives shall be dne with a running apprach. Within the six (6) runds, a grup cannt be used mre than twice. in each rund the tw divers must perfrm the same dive (same dive number in the same psitin) Cmpetitin Cnditins: Junir A, B & C All divers must be Australian citizens and registered as a Cmpetitive Diver f Diving Australia r a financial member f their residing Cuntry s Diving Assciatin in a cmparable registratin categry. Entry age is at 31 December 2016 Cmpetitin will be cnducted fr Junir A (16/18 yrs), Junir B (14/15 yrs) and Junir C (13 yrs and under) Natinal Junir Qualifying pints must be btained at a State Qualifying Event t cmpete in the Natinal Elite Junir Champinships Grup A, B & C events FINA Degree f Difficulty criteria will apply t all Grup A, B & C events The synchrnised event will be ne event fr bys and ne event fr girls cvering all age grups, ie. divers frm A, B r C grups can cmbine t frm a team t cmpete in this event. There will be n platfrm synchrnised events. N events will be split at the 2016 Australian Elite Junir Diving Champinships

6 NEPP DIVING RULES Entries Frward standing straight and pike entries shuld start with an OPEN T Psitin, NOT clsed entry psitin Referee t declare 2 pints maximum. Back standing entries may start with arms in any psitin. Sitting entries MUST shw a statinary and steady balance psitin befre leaving the platfrm. Deductin by judge ½ - 2 pints. Once the diver has set themselves int a sitting psitin, they MUST NOT re-tuch the platfrm again with hands Referee t declare 2 pints deductin fr re-start. Triple bunce executins Divers MUST place their tes within 10cm f the end f the bard befre cmmencing the triple bunce. Deductin by judge ½ - 2 pints. 7 Cmpetitin Cnditins: NEPP All divers must be Australian citizens and registered as a Cmpetitive Diver f Diving Australia r a financial member f their residing Cuntry s Diving Assciatin in a cmparable registratin categry. Divers wh have cmpeted in an Elite Junir Champinships are nt eligible t cmpete in the NEPP Cmpetitin. Divers wh have cmpeted in three r mre Age Champinships are nt eligible t cmpete in the NEPP Cmpetitin. Divers are nt permitted t dine in an Age Champinships and a NEPP Cmpetitin in the same year. NEPP divers are nt permitted t dive in NEPP events (including synchrnised) as well as an Elite Junir age grup (eg A, B r C) r Elite Junir synchrnised event. Elite Junir divers (A, B, C) are nt permitted t dive in an Elite Junir age grup event and a NEPP synchrnised event. NEPP level 1 divers may nly be permitted t dive in level 2 Synchrnised event if there are n available partners in level 1. NEPP level 2 divers are nt permitted t dive in level 1 synchrnised event.
