Cution: Tis ution pplies were te piping ownstrem o te outlet suto vlve is pressure. Tt pressure must not exee te regultor set-point y more tn te pressure note (see Mximum Emergeny Pressures, Pge ). C Slowly n reully open te inlet suto vlve just enoug to llow inlet pressure to uil up slowly in te regultor until it is ully pressure. Cution: During strt-up pressure guge must e use on te regultor outlet pressure n reully wte. Wile inlet pressure uils up, outlet pressure must not exee set-point y more tn psi. I outlet pressure egins to exee set-point y more tn psi, lose te inlet suto vlve. Tis inites te regultor is not losing properly. Cek n mke neessry orretions eore proeeing wit strt-up. I regultor outlet pressure exees set-point y more tn te pressure note, reer to Mximum Emergeny Pressures, Pge or instrutions. D Cek instlltion or leks. Do not expose te regultor outlet or ontrol line to inlet pressure. Regultor wit externl ontrol my e use s n upstrem monitor or upstrem regultor in monitor set.
