1 STRAIGHT CONNECTOR The Push-fit straight connectors make splicing microduct fast and easy. Simply push the microduct into the center of the connector. No tools are required. The connector can be connected and disconnected 10 times and still maintain the high performance requirement for air-blown installation systems. Microduct connector operates at 15 bar with a maximum permissible leakage rate of 1cc/min. This is equivalent to 1 bubble every 3 seconds. Higher pressures have been used in the field with no increase in leakage rate. Quick Burst rating is 25 bar. 2 END CAP To Keep Microduct networks free of debris, seal the system with Push-Fit Endcaps. With the same functionality as the Push-Fit Connectors, installation simply involves pushing the Microduct into the Endcap. It can be attached and removed 10 times while still maintaining the same high performance characteristics. Push-Fit Microduct endcap operates at 15 bar with a maximum permissible leakage rate of 1cc/min. This is equivalent to 1 bubble every 3 seconds. 3 DBL CONNECTOR, END CAP The direct burial endcap is used in access network where the direct buried thick walled microduct is sealed to keep microduct networks free of debris and moisture. With the same functionality as the connectors, installation simply involves pushing the microduct into the endcap. Material: HDPE Burst Pressure: > 25.5kgf/ cm2 Expected Life time: Minimum 20 years

4 REDUCING CONNECTOR The Push-fit reducing connector make splicing microduct fast and easy. Simply push the microducts into the center of the connector. No tools are required. The reducers can be connected and disconnected 10 times and still maintain the high performance requirements for air blown installation systems. Microduct reducing connector operates at 15 BAR (218 psi) with a maximum permissible leakage rate of 1cc/min. This is equivalent to 1 bubble every 3 seconds. Higher pressures have been used in the field with no increase in leakage rate. Quick Burst rating is 25 BARS (363 psi). 5 GAS-BLOCK CONNECTOR Gas block microduct connectors normally used between indoor and outdoor environments to prevent air fow that may result in condensed water getting into in ducts. After cable installation, the connector can be gas sealed by Pushing the connector ends together. This version is intended for 7mm to 14mm thick walled ducts.
