Relieve system pressure befre attempting maintenance r disassembly f equipment. Direct spray away frm self and thers. Make sure hse and fittings are tightened and in gd cnditin. Never hld nt the hse r fittings during peratin. D nt allw hse t cntact muffler. Never attach r remve wand r hse fittings while system is pressurized. Use nly hse and high pressure accessries rated fr pressure higher than yur pressure washer's p.s.i. T relieve system pressure, shut ff engine, turn ff water supply, and pull gun trigger until water stps flwing. D nt use acids, gasline, kersene, r any ther flammable materials in this prduct. Use nly husehld detergents, cleaners and degreasers recmmended fr use in pressure washers. Wear prtective clthing t prtect eyes and skin frm cntact with sprayed materials. 4 ASSEMBLY OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Replace the current lance n yur pressure washer with the water brm wand. r STAND ON A STABLE SURFACE AND GRIP GUN/WAND FIRMLY WITH BOTH HANDS. EXPECT THE GUN TO KICK WHEN TRIGGERED. 2. Depress the trigger n the gun t begin spraying. Release trigger t stp spraying. 2. Cnnect lance t water brm. Quick Cnnect Plug n Water Brm OPERATION Quick Cnnect n Lance 1. Start the pressure washer as utlined in the Owner s manual supplied with the unit. DO NOT stp spraying water fr mre than tw minutes at a time. Pump perates in bypass mde when spray gun trigger is nt pressed. If pump is left in bypass mde fr mre than tw minutes internal cmpnents f the pump can be damaged. 3. Guide water brm ver surface t be cleaned. NOTE: It may be necessary t pretreat area t be cleaned with chemical/sap. 4

5 MAINTENANCE Nzzle Cleaning OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS If the nzzle becmes clgged with freign materials, such as dirt, excessive pressure may develp. If the nzzle becmes partially clgged r restricted, spray pattern will becme distrted. Clean the nzzle immediately using the nzzle kit supplied and the fllwing instructins: 1. Shut ff the pressure washer and turn ff the water supply. 2. Discnnect spark plug wire. 3. Pull trigger n gun handle t relieve any water pressure. 4. Discnnect the lance frm the brm. 5. Using a 9/16 wrench remve the nzzles frm the water brm. 6. Direct water supply int quick cnnect n brm fr 30 secnds t flush ut lsened particles. 7. Remve any bstructins with the nzzle cleaning tl prvided. 8. Reassemble the nzzles t the water brm using tefln tape t prevent leaks. 9. Recnnect lance t brm and turn n water supply 10. Start pressure washer and test. Nzzles 5

Prducts cvered under this warranty include: air cmpressrs, *air tls, accessries, service parts, pressure washers, and generatrs used in cnsumer applicatins (i.e., persnal residential husehld usage nly). Air cmpressrs, *air tls, accessries, service parts, pressure washers, and generatrs used in cmmercial applicatins (incme prducing) are cvered by a 90 day warranty. DeVilbiss Air Pwer Manufacturing will repair r replace, at DeVilbiss ptin, prducts r cmpnents which have failed within the warranty perid. Repair r replacement, and service calls n 60 and 80 galln air cmpressrs, will be handled by Authrized Warranty Service Centers and will be scheduled and serviced accrding t the nrmal wrk flw and business hurs at the service center lcatin, and depending n the availability f replacement parts. All decisins f DeVilbiss Air Pwer Cmpany Manufacturing with regard t this plicy shall be final. This warranty gives yu specific legal rights, and yu may als have ther rights which vary frm state t state. Cntact the nearest Authrized Warranty Service Center, that prvides n-site service calls, fr service call arrangement. If the purchaser des nt receive satisfactry results frm the Authrized Warranty Service Center, the purchaser shuld cntact DeVilbiss Air Pwer Cmpany Manufacturing. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: Merchandise sld as recnditined, flr mdels and/r display mdels. Any damaged r incmplete equipment sld "as is". Merchandise used as "rental" equipment.
