Recatability & blending Recatable with itself after full drying cycle, sanding becmes necessary if there are defects r after 24 hurs Fr blending (spt repair and panel blends), Please see TDS Spt Repairs with Autwave Material usage With recmmended applicatin, the theretical material usage is ± 66.7 sq.ft./liter (6.2 m²/liter) RTS mixture. The practical material usage depends n many factrs i.e. shape f the bject, rughness f the surface, applicatin techniques, pressure, methd and applicatin circumstances. 4/5

6 Plishability Cleaning f equipment VOC Prduct strage Nrth America Technical Data Sheet S Dust and minr damage can be plished ut after the stated air-dry times have been reached, r after a full bake at 140 F (60 C) bject temperature, fllwed by a cl dwn f the bject t ambient temperature. Carefully sand ut dust particles and restre the surface accrding t the plishing recmmendatins. Ready t plish apprximately 1 hur after cl dwn t ambient temperature. Carefully sand ut dust particles with 3M #P1500 Trizact Clearcat Sanding Disc (PN02088 r 02069) then cntinue with #P3000 grit Trizact Fam Disc (PN r 02075). Cmpund the area mechanically with 3M Perfect-It Rubbing Cmpund (PN 06085) with Perfect-It Wl Cmpunding Pad (PN 05753). Buffer speed;1200 t1800 RPM Plish with 3M Perfect-It Machine Plish (PN 06064) using a 3M Perfect-It Fam Plish Pad (PN 05707) finally applying lighter pressure t achieve the best appearance. Buffer speed;1200 t1800 RPM Fr dark clred vehicles, use 3M Perfect-It Ultrafine Machine Plish (PN 06068) with the Ultrafine Fam Plishing Pad (PN 05708). Buffer speed; 1200 t1800 RPM.
