4 INTRODUCTION INTRODUCTION This application allows you to easily inspect equipment located in Onix Work. You can perform two kinds of inspections: - Quick Inspection: set a number of equipment to OK or NOT OK. - Full Inspection: give any status to selected equipment with a detailed checklist. You can keep track of your inspections from the Review Inspections. 3 P a g e
5 START INSPECTION START INSPECTION 1. Open Inspection application 2. Select Server "Production" 3. Fill your and Password provided by administrator 4. Tap "Log in" button at the bottom toolbar Figure 1: Logon page You only have to log in the first time you open the Inspection application. After that, any time you open, it will redirect to the Main menu. In case you forget your password, click "Forgot Password" button at the bottom toolbar for help logging in. 4 P a g e
6 START INSPECTION Figure 2: Main menu Main menu has 8 tiles corresponding to 8 sections: Logged On: View Logon page or log in by another account. Customer: Select customer and download equipment. Manage Equipment: Manage list of equipment: edit, copy and create equipment; handle equipment: inspect, add documents. Review Inspections: Review summary of your inspections, details of each inspection. Upload the result. Quick Inspection: Inspect a number of equipment and set status OK or not OK. Full Inspection: Inspect one specific equipment, setting status and optionally filling detailed checklist. Mixed Inspection: Quickly create quick inspection lists by giving statuses as equipment is added. Settings: System settings, backup or restore data to/from memory stick, manage Electronic Product Codes (EPC). 5 P a g e
7 START INSPECTION The bottom pane shows brief information of current user: - Server: Data server that you connect to - Language: Current system language - Customer: Name of company that you selected for inspection 6 P a g e
8 SETTINGS SETTINGS Tap the "Settings" tile in the Main menu to open Settings section. Figure 3: Settings This section allows you to: - Change System settings - Backup or restore inspection data to/from memory stick - Manage, download and unlock Electronic Product Codes (EPC). List of buttons: EPC Manager Unlock EPC Show Metafiles Download Save & Close 7 P a g e
9 SETTINGS SYSTEM SETTINGS Set language - Tap button - Tap to select a language in Language Selection Scanner Display name of the current connected scanner. BACKUP/RESTORE - Tap button to save all inspection data to local disc or memory stick. You must then specify a directory path. The data will be compressed into a ZIP file. Later, you can restore data from this file back into the system. - Tap button to restore data from local disc or memory stick. The application will automatically restore all data and change to use the account saved in backup file. EPC MANAGER Tap "EPC Manager" button on the bottom toolbar to open the EPC Manager. 8 P a g e
10 SETTINGS Figure 4: EPC Manager Client: - Available EPCs on client: number of available EPCs already downloaded from the server. - Default buffer size: the number of EPCs that maximum should be available on client. - Warn me if this is lower than: if the available EPCs in the buffer fall below the given value, you should be warned. '0' means no warning. Server: - Available EPCs on server: the number of EPCs on the server available for you to download. - Number of EPCs to download: the number of EPCs you wish to download. Default value is the 'Default buffer size' minus the 'Available EPCs on client'. Download EPCs: - Enter a number into 'Number of EPCs to download'. - Tap "Download" button on the bottom toolbar. - If you for some reason no longer need EPCs available on the client, unlock the remaining by tapping "Unlock EPC" button on the bottom toolbar. - Tap "Save & Close" button on the bottom toolbar to save and close the screen. 9 P a g e
11 CUSTOMER CUSTOMER Tap the Customer tile in the Main menu to open the Customer section. List of buttons: Figure 5: Customer Selection Download Metafiles Select Download Equipment Select All Show Chart Switch screen Search Tap the button to search for company, enter the full or a part of company name, and tap "Search" button on the bottom toolbar. A list of matching companies will be displayed in the table. 10 P a g e
12 CUSTOMER Figure 6: Customer search result Now, you can select a company or a location of a company to download their equipment: - Select a company by tapping on the corresponding row in the table, then tap "Select" button on the bottom toolbar. - Tap the button to view the list of locations of selected company. Tap on a row to select a location, then tap the "Select" button on the bottom toolbar. 11 P a g e
13 CUSTOMER Figure 7: List of locations Tap "Select All" button if you want to select all locations. This will be the same as not selecting location. After selecting Customer and Location, tap "Download Equipment" button on the bottom toolbar to download equipment and all related files. After downloading equipment, Customer screen is displayed with the following information: - Customer Selection: selected customer, location name (if selected) - Data Summary: number of equipment, articles, and checklists downloaded - A chart: illustrating the number of equipment inspected each year and broken down by status of the last inspection. Tap "Show Chart" button on the bottom toolbar to view the chart. Tap "Switch screen" button to return to Customer Selection page. 12 P a g e

15 MANAGE EQUIPMENT MANAGE EQUIPMENT Tap the "Manage Equipment" tile in the Main menu to open the Manage Equipment section. List of download equipment is displayed. If the number of equipment is over 200, they will be grouped by control categories. Figure 9: Manage Equipment Swipe left/right to see all toolbar buttons. This section allows you to perform different tasks for selection of equipment: - Add User Manual, Certificate, or Picture for equipment - Discard equipment from equipment list - Perform quick or full Inspection - Edit or copy equipment Before doing one of above actions, you must search for and select one or several equipment. Note that, when several equipment are selected, the following tasks are not allowed: - Copy/Edit equipment - Full inspection 14 P a g e

17 SEARCH FOR EQUIPMENT MANAGE EQUIPMENT Tap "Search for Equipment" on the bottom toolbar. Find Equipment page is opened. - Define a search criteria - Tap "Search" button The equipment found based on the search criteria are displayed in the Equipment List. If the number of equipment is over 200, they will be grouped by control categories. 16 P a g e
18 MANAGE EQUIPMENT Tap button to view list of equipment in a group. The list shows: - Overdue status - Equipment status - Equipment information (Greyed out statuses indicates that the equipment is inactive or discarded.) 20 To sort the equipment list, tap "Sort" button, and select one of the below options: MANAGE EQUIPMENT Then tap "Ascending" or "Descending" button to sort ascending or descending. Otherwise, tap "Back" button if you want to cancel sorting. Tap the checkbox to select any equipment, or tap the checkbox at the table header to select all equipment. Tap "Reset" button on Find Equipment page to reset all search criteria and clear the search result. 19 P a g e
21 MANAGE EQUIPMENT HANDLE EQUIPMENT Tap "Select Handle" on the bottom toolbar to open Handle Selection. 20 P a g e
22 MANAGE EQUIPMENT - Select one or more equipment - Tap "Discard Equipment" button DISCARD EQUIPMENT Quick Inspection screen is opened with "M-Not found" inspected status default set for all selected equipment. Refer to chapter Perform Quick Inspection for more details. 21 P a g e
23 MANAGE EQUIPMENT QUICK INSPECTION - Select equipment - Tap "Quick Equipment" button Quick Inspection screen is opened with "OK-No comment" inspected status default set for all selected equipment. Refer to chapter Perform Quick Inspection for more details. - Select one equipment - Tap "Full Inspection" button Full Inspection screen is opened. FULL INSPECTION Refer to chapter Perform Full Inspection for more details. - Select equipment ADD USER MANUAL/CERTIFICATE/PICTURE - Tap "Add User manual"/"add Certificate"/"Add Picture" button to add document to selected equipment. 22 P a g e
24 MANAGE EQUIPMENT COPY EQUIPMENT - Select one equipment - Tap "Copy Equipment" button on the bottom toolbar List of buttons: Figure 10: Copy Equipment Read QR Code Save & Close Scan RFID Remove Change EPC Information To view details of the selected equipment, tap "Information" button. This view allows you to create copies of selected equipment. - Fill Serial number, Batch number, Owner's ID, Prod year. - To get a code for the "Global ID" field, scan the equipment's tag by tapping the "Scan RFID" button on the bottom toolbar, or read a QR code by tapping the "Read QR Code" button. If you want to get a fresh EPC from your range downloaded in Settings\EPC Manager section (refer to chapter EPC Manager), tap "Change EPC" button. 23 P a g e
25 MANAGE EQUIPMENT If you want to remove an item, select it and tap "Remove" button. Tap "Save & Close" button on the bottom toolbar to save the copies created and close. 24 P a g e
26 MANAGE EQUIPMENT EDIT EQUIPMENT - Select one equipment - Tap "Edit Equipment" button on the bottom toolbar Equipment Info screen is displayed with details of selected equipment and its attached files. 27 MANAGE EQUIPMENT 1st tab - Equipment Details: - Let you edit any field - You can update the "EPC (Unique Id)" field by one of the following ways: Scan the EPC on the equipment's tag and tap "Scan RFID" button on the bottom toolbar. Scan a QR code and tap "Read QR Code" button. Tap "Change EPC" then get a fresh EPC available on client (refer to section "Change EPC" in this chapter). 2nd tab - Picture: - You can add picture from local disk by tapping "Browse" button, or capture photo by "Capture Image" button. - Tap the "Delete Image" button to delete current picture. 26 P a g e
28 MANAGE EQUIPMENT 3rd tab - Document: - A list of manual/certificate files is displayed. You can add user manual/certificate, edit description of a document, or delete document in the list if it was added during this inspection. 27 P a g e
29 MANAGE EQUIPMENT 4th tab - Properties: - The list of equipment's properties is displayed. You can edit value for each property. You can edit the value of each property. 28 P a g e
30 MANAGE EQUIPMENT Change EPC: If you wish to change the EPC on the tag, tap "Change EPC" button on the bottom toolbar. - Tap "Read" button to get the current EPC from the equipment's tag. - The default "New EPC" is the one registered in the system. If you want to get a fresh EPC from your range downloaded in Settings\EPC Manager section (refer to chapter EPC Manager), tap "Get New EPC" button. This will update the "EPC (Unique Id)" field in the Equipment Details as well. - Tap "Write" button to apply the new EPC to the equipment's tag. - Tap "Close Change EPC" button when finish. After finish editing equipment details: - Tap "Save & Close" button on the bottom toolbar to save changes locally, or - Tap "Upload To Server" button on the bottom toolbar to save/upload changes to server. Besides above tasks, Manage Equipment section also allows you to create new equipment and a shortcut to review your inspections. 29 P a g e
31 MANAGE EQUIPMENT CREATE EQUIPMENT Tap "Create Equipment" button on bottom toolbar. Equipment Info screen is displayed with all fields blank. Figure 12: Create Equipment By selecting an article as a template, the template's information will be filled. Tap 'Create from article' field to view the list of articles, optionally select one. Fill in remaining values and optionally add picture/document for equipment (refer to chapter Edit Equipment). You can delete equipment which was created during this inspection. 30 P a g e
32 MANAGE EQUIPMENT REVIEW INSPECTION Tap the "Review Inspection" button on the bottom toolbar. Review Inspection screen is opened. Refer to chapter Review Inspections for more details. 31 P a g e
33 PERFORM QUICK INSPECTION PERFORM QUICK INSPECTION Tap the "Quick Inspection" tile in the Main menu to open the Quick Inspection section. Figure 13: Quick Inspection This section allows you to inspect a number of equipment and set status OK or not OK. You can perform quick inspection on one or several equipment. Search and select a list of equipment first. You can use search engine to search for equipment, or collect equipment directly by either: - Tap "Scan RFID" button on the bottom toolbar then scan the equipment's tags. - Tap "Read QR Code" button on the bottom toolbar then read the equipment's QR code. 32 P a g e

35 PERFORM QUICK INSPECTION SEARCH AND SELECT EQUIPMENT Open "Equipment" tab. Tap "Search for Equipment" button on bottom toolbar to search and select more equipment. (Refer to chapter Search for Equipment for detailed explanation.) 34 P a g e
36 PERFORM QUICK INSPECTION The equipment found based on the search criteria are displayed in the Found Equipment List. If the number of equipment is over 200, they will be grouped by control categories. Tap button to view list of equipment in a group. Check the checkboxes to select each item, or check the top checkbox to select all items, then tap "Select" button on the bottom toolbar to include the equipment in the list. You can also create new equipment: tap "Create Equipment" button. (Refer to chapter Create Equipment) 35 P a g e
37 PERFORM QUICK INSPECTION INSPECTION DETAILS Selected equipment are displayed in the Equipment tab, with the following information: - Overdue status (refer to Table 1: Overdue status ) - Equipment status (refer to Table 2: Equipment status) - Default inspected status is 'OK-No comment' for all Missing Not approved Approved Swipe left/right to see all toolbar buttons. Set inspection status for individual equipment: - Select option 'Apply selected with' - Highlight an item in the Equipment list - Tap to select a status to apply: 'OK', 'NC' or 'M' Set inspection status for all equipment in the list: - Select option 'Apply all with' - Tap to select a status to apply: 'OK', 'NC' or 'M' You can select equipment and then tap "Remove" button to remove it from the list. To sort the equipment list, tap "Sort" button. This opens the options for sorting. 36 P a g e
38 PERFORM QUICK INSPECTION By tapping an item in Equipment list, you can view its details by tapping "Information" button, or give comment by tapping "Comment" button on the bottom toolbar. You can also edit that equipment: tap "Edit Equipment" button on the bottom toolbar. (Refer to chapter Edit Equipment for detailed explanation.) 37 P a g e
39 Fill in details for this inspection in the Inspection details tab. To view the chart, tap "Chart" button on the bottom toolbar. PERFORM QUICK INSPECTION Tap "Save & Close" button on the bottom toolbar in "Inspection Details" tab to save and close the inspection. 38 P a g e

You can use search engine to search for equipment, or collect equipment directly by either: - Tap "Scan RFID" button on the bottom toolbar then scan the equipment's tags. - Tap "Read QR Code" button on the bottom toolbar then read the equipment's QR code. 44 PERFROM FULL INSPECTION INSPECTION DETAILS Details of selected equipment are displayed in the "Equipment" tab You can also edit selected equipment: tap "Edit Equipment" button on the bottom toolbar. (Refer to chapter Edit Equipment for detailed explanation.) Select a status by tapping on the status button (refer to Table 2: Equipment status for description of each status.) Note that, you can only select the status that is worse than or equal to the worst status of all check points in the check list. 43 P a g e
45 In "Checklist" tab, tap "Checklist" field to view the list of checklists, optionally select one. PERFROM FULL INSPECTION If you selected a check list, you have to fill that check list before finish the inspection. 44 P a g e
46 PERFROM FULL INSPECTION Fill in details for the inspection in "Inspection Detailsl" tab. To view the chart, tap "Chart" button on the bottom toolbar. Tap "Save & Close" button on the bottom toolbar in "Inspection Details" tab to save and close the inspection. 45 P a g e
47 PERFROM FULL INSPECTION FILL IN CHECKLIST Open "Check List" tab. The list of check points is displayed. Figure 15: Fill Checklist You can optionally fill in comment, set status and add image for check points, and fill in comment for the complete checklist by selecting "Comment" button. You can view extended procedure of each checkpoint if it is available by tapping button. 46 P a g e

49 PERFROM FULL INSPECTION You can also set status for several check points: - For all check points in the checklist: tap "Set several" button on checklist title bar - For all check points in a group: tap "Set several" button on the header of the group Then select one of the following statuses: - And: Tap "Apply All" button to apply the selected status for all check points in the checklist/group Tap "Apply to 'Unknown'" button to apply the selected status for the remaining check points in the checklist/group that have not been given a status yet. 50 PERFROM FULL INSPECTION - Tap "Capture Image" to take a photo. - Tap "Browse for Image" to get an image from local disk. - If you want to delete current displayed image, tap "Delete Image" button. - Tap "Back" button when finish. 49 P a g e
51 PERFROM MIXED INSPECTION PERFORM MIXED INSPECTION Tap the Mixed Inspection tile in the Main menu to open the Mixed Inspection section. Figure 16: Mixed Inspection This section allows you to quickly create quick inspection lists by giving statuses as equipment is added. 50 P a g e

53 PERFROM MIXED INSPECTION To create a new inspection, enter a list name in "New List" field then tap "Create" button. In case you do not give the name, the system will automatically generate a name when creating new list. Created lists (inspections) are displayed in the Inspection List. Open "Find" tab and quickly search, inspect and add the equipment to the selected inspection. You can use search engine to search for equipment, or collect equipment directly by either: - Tap "Scan RFID" button on the bottom toolbar then scan the equipment's tags. - Tap "Read QR Code" button on the bottom toolbar then read the equipment's QR code. 52 P a g e
54 PERFROM MIXED INSPECTION After searching, equipment are listed in the Found Equipment pane. Selecting an item in the Found Equipment list, you can: - Add the equipment to the inspection and give it a status 'OK' or 'NC' by tapping or button on that row. Or: - Select one of the statuses ('OK', 'NC' or 'M') in below pane: - Edit the equipment: tap "Edit Equipment" button on the bottom toolbar. (Refer to chapter Edit Equipment for detailed explanation) You can also tap "Create Equipment" button to create new equipment then add to your inspection with a status as above. (Refer to chapter Create Equipment) 53 P a g e
55 PERFROM MIXED INSPECTION To view the chart, tap "Chart" button on the bottom toolbar. On Inspection List, you can: - Sort the list of inspections list by tapping "Sort" button. This opens the options for sorting. - By tapping an item in Inspection List, you can view its details. You can also open an inspection to view or edit inspection details: - Select the inspection in Inspection List then tap "Open" button on the bottom toolbar. - This opens Quick Inspection screen. 57 List of inspections that you have performed is displayed in the Inspection List pane. REVIEW INSPECTION Full inspection Quick inspection To sort the equipment list, tap "Sort" button. This opens the options for sorting. By tapping an item in equipment list: - You can view its details by tapping "Information" button. - You can also open to view details or edit inspection: tap "Open" button on the bottom toolbar. - To delete inspection, tap "Delete Inspection" button. You can also search for inspected equipment: tap Search for Equipment button to open search screen. From here, you can use search engine to search for equipment, or search equipment directly by either: - Tap "Scan RFID" button on the bottom toolbar then scan the equipment's tag. - Tap "Read QR Code" button on the bottom toolbar then read the equipment's QR code. 56 P a g e
58 REVIEW INSPECTION Found equipment are displayed in the Equipment tab. Select an equipment, you can see the inspections working on it in Inspection tab. 57 P a g e
59 REVIEW INSPECTION Tap "Chart" button to view the summary of your inspections with the following information: - Total: the number of equipment you downloaded - Inspected: the number of equipment inspected - Quick Inspection: the number of quick inspections performed - Full Inspection: the number of full inspections performed - A chart: breaking down the inspected equipment by statuses Tap "Switch screen" button to go back to Inspection List. 58 P a g e
60 REVIEW INSPECTION To view the summary report of inspections that have been done, tap on Show Report button. You can select one of below two kinds of report: - Full report: all inspections - Short report: only equipment/inspections that have problem status ( NC or RC ). 59 P a g e
61 To upload data of all inspections to the server, tap "Upload to Server" button. Upload Inspection screen is opened, showing summary of upload data in Summary tab. REVIEW INSPECTION Figure 18: Upload Inspection Tap "Upload" button on the bottom toolbar to upload. 60 P a g e
62 REVIEW INSPECTION After the upload is completed, information in Result tab is updated, and "Upload" button is disabled: Tap Back button on the top bar to go back to Review Inspection screen. 61 P a g e
