5 Ball valve C 200 Szes DN 10 DN 50 Ball valve C 200 A ball valve wth a hghly flexble modular system n the segment of hgh-qualty ndustral valves ths requrement was the startng pont for development of our C 200 range. It has turned nto a modern thermoplastc valve, whch combnes extreme mechancal sturdness wth excellent chemcal resstance. Wth mportant features such as the new "Mountng Kts" for easy ntegraton of lmt swtches and actuators, the poston securng lock "Safety Guard" ntegrated n the handle and the cast-on mountng base, the C200 supports our nternatonal customers n the successful mplementaton of ther plant constructon projects. The new ergonomc desgn of the C200 adheres to the desgn gudelne "Form follows functon". Opton: Proportonal ball valve The specal geometry of the proportonal ball valve makes the C 200 a control valve wth lnear flow characterstcs. 8 The correspondng % scale allows quck, precse and reproducble settngs of the desred flow rates. Combned wth electrc control actuators, the proportonal ball valve quckly becomes an nterestng and economcal alternatve for 8 daphragm valves n flud-free medum types. 9

The C110 s deal for applcatons requrng an optmum passage and low flow losses. The two-pece, bolted body permanently guarantees hgh compresson strength. Dverse connecton optons facltate an deal assembly. The C10 s a sturdy specal ball valve used n a large number of ndustral applcatons. The specal producton process mnmses the clearance volume between the ball and body as much as possble. The valve can be ftted drectly between DIN flanges, makng t extremely compact despte an deal passage. 10 The C10 s also sutable for applcatons whch usually do not use ball valves due to crystallsng medum types or a hgh cleanng standard. The stanless steel stem allows hgh actuaton torques. Whether for sewage sludge flter presses n water treatment, vacuum systems for slaughterhouse waste or n the food ndustry - the C16 combnes the chemcal resstance of a thermoplastc valve wth the mechancal strength of a stanless steel valve. Szes DN 10 DN 300 Angle seat check valve SRV 303 Ball check valve KRV 400 The angle seat check valve SRV 303 n can be nstalled horzontally and vertcally wthout a sprng due to ts specal desgn (always wth a standng valve pston). The and desgns are equpped wth halarcoated sprngs. The ball check valve KRV 400 s a gravtaton actuated valve for a desgnated flow drecton. It relably avods back pressure even at lowest dfferental pressure. Szes DN 10 DN 50 Szes DN 15 DN Wafer check valve RSK 500 Aeraton and vent valve BE 891 The wafer check valve RSK s a robust, ndustry type desgn. The nstallaton adaptors, needed of the mountng of the RSK n the ppelne, replaces the flange adaptors or stub flanges and allows a maxmum openng angle of the wafer. The strong hnge desgn sets the ndustral standard. The valve can be nstalled n horzontal lnes, and s wth an optonal ntegrated sprng also sutable for use n vertcal lnes. The aeraton and vent vale BE 891 supports fllng and dranng processes n contaners and tanks. Szes DN 40 DN 300 Szes DN 10 DN 80 In the desgn equpped wth a halarcoated sprng, the valve B 895 s used purely as an aeraton valve on the contaner. When the pressure n the tank s decreased the ar can flow aganst the sprng force nto the system whch s usually hermetcally sealed. 25

Type 150 s a drectly controlled full-thermoplastc valve wth a nomnal dameter of up to DN 20. PTFE bellows are used to seal the plunger chamber. Only the optmum nteracton of all components can guarantee the overall performance of a system. To ensure ths performance, ASV offers ppes and fttngs of well-known qualty manufacturers from one source. 17 Flow meter DFM 165 DFM 350 For use wth flow data sensors the flow meters are equpped wth magnetc floats. Szes DN 10 DN 65 PA PSU Flow meter DFM 165 DFM 350 ASV float flow meters are avalable for many flow ranges from 3 to 50,000 l/h. The tred and tested desgn s beng used n many applcatons from water treatment to heavy chemcal ndustry. Based on a specal confguraton software specal scales for almost every lqud or gaseous flud can be suppled. All ASV float flow meters come wth an ntegrated assembly mountng ral for the fttng of poston ndcators and can be suppled wth correspondng magnetc floats. Next to the optcal dsplay the DFM can be used as part of more complex control systems. Transducer ZE 3000 Lmt reed swtch ZE 950 ZE 951 The ZE 3075 conssts of a chan of reed contacts controlled drectly va the magnet n the float. The ZE 3000 transmts a contnuous 0/4..20mA sgnal. The sgnal output matches the heght of the float n the measurng ppe. The ZE 950 s a monostable lmt reed swtch whch s only closed when the float s at the heght of the swtch. If the poston of the float n the measurng ppe changes, ths movement s regstered by the swtches of the ZE 3075 and transformed nto a contnuous 0/4..20mA sgnal. m The devce s set once durng commssonng and then contnues to work absolutely mantenance-free. m 32 Transducer ZE 3075 The measurng prncple of the ZE 3000 works through detecton of the angle poston of the magnet n relaton to the sensor. + C - The ZE 3000 also regsters measurng values outsde of the sensor housng tself. + - The bstable lmt swtch ZE 951 has two swtchng states. These are mantaned untl the magnet float passes the reed swtch agan and swtches t back to ts orgnal state. 18 Oval wheel volume meter OVM Sze DN 25 Oval wheel volume meter OVM The OVM measures the flow volume. A defned quantty of flud s moved through the devce wth each rotaton of the oval wheels. The number of rotatons s measured by a sensor and counted. Ths uncomplcated measurng system makes the OVM largely ndependent from nstallaton postons, mnmum flow quanttes and medum characterstcs such as denstes and vscostes. Space-consumng nlet and outlet paths are not requred for the OVM. The specal materal combnatons and the hghly accurate PEEK wheels make the OVM easy to ntegrate and ensure that t s sutable for many senstve felds of chemcal and ndustral plant constructon, for flow measurement, but also and n partcular for settng up dosng functons. The patented pressure relef valve DHV 712-R s equpped wth a hghqualty sprng system and can be set to pressure ranges of between Pressure relef valve DHV 718 The daphragm-controlled DHV 718 s a relable valve wth a very smple desgn avalable even n very small nomnal dameters. Lke all ASV pressure relef valves, ths valve s equpped wth a hgh-qualty PTFE-coated control daphragm. As ths valve s exclusvely sealed by ths daphragm, t can also be used for medum types contanng some sold partcles. If the pressursed nlet sde reaches ths value, the valve relably opens. Thanks to the specal pston control, the DHV 712-R s completely free of any return pressure and as a result also acts as a non-return valve at the same tme. In pressure-relef operaton, the 712-R demonstrates an excellent and lowvbraton control mode even behnd oscllatng dosng pumps

21 Pressure Relef Valve DHV 712 Szes DN 65 DN 100 Pressure relef valve DHV 712 The pressure relef valve DHV 712 s equpped wth the same return pressure free pston controls as the 712-R. DHV It s desgned for large nomnal dameters and avalable n dfferent pressure ranges. Lke all ASV pressure relef valves, these valves can be precsely adjusted even under full operatng pressure. The hgh-qualty PTFE coatng on the control daphragm makes the valve sutable for a wde range of aggressve medum types. Due to the specal pston desgn, the DHV 712 generates a constant operatng pressure even n case of counterpressures caused by the system. Pressure Reducng Valve DMV 755 Szes DN 10 DN 50 Pressure reducng valve DMV 755 Pressure reducng valves close as of a defned nput pressure and mantan a constant pressure on the outlet sde. Plant components behnd the valve are therefore relably protected aganst excess pressure. The DMV 755 works wth output pressure n a range of Lke all ASV pressure reducng valves t s equpped wth a PTFE-coated control daphragm and s therefore sutable for most aggressve medum types

It s equpped wth a sgnfcantly longer dome and hgh qualty long sprng packages. Output pressures between 0.5 and 9.0 can be very precsely adjusted due to the slghtly softer response characterstcs. Pressure Reducng Valve DMV 750 Szes DN 65 DN 80 Pressure reducng valve DMV 750 The DMV 750 s one of the largest avalable pressure reducng valves made of thermoplastc. It s equpped wth a hgh-qualty PTFE-coated control daphragm and s charactersed by ts sturdy, low-vbraton control behavour and the hgh reproducblty of the set pressure. Each UNI Dsplay s equpped wth a port for SD cards whch can be used to save process data (data logger) or load software updates and settng data for dfferent sensors. The hghly resstant ceramc sensor s easy to ntegrate nto any ppelne due to ts standard screw connecton. An optonal PFA fol provdes a sheld aganst partcularly aggressve medum types. All devces of the UNI Dsplay platform are also avalable wth a separate sensor module especally for hard-toreach locatons or locatons strongly contamnated by chemcals. Lke all devces of the UNI Dsplay platform, the PTM can be equpped wth two alternatve sgnal output modules. The avalable optons are a 0/4 20 ma current output whch can be parametrsed and a module wth 4 freely programmable relay modules. In the relay varaton, the sensor works completely ndependently and s often used as pump guard. Ths sensor s therefore partcularly sutable for aggressve chemcal applcatons. Sensors for fllng level measurement often requre a dsplay at eye level. Lke all other devces of the UNI Dsplay platform, the UFM s also avalable wth a separate sensor module. The compact devce determnes medum levels between 0.25 and 6 m by means of a contnuously measurng ultrasonc sensor completely encapsulated n. The accuracy of the sensor s 0.2 % FS wth a resoluton of under 1 mm and was specfcally developed for larger tanks. m The ultrasonc sensor s equpped wth the UNI Dsplay, therefore usng the same dsplay and user nterface as the PTM and HFT. 28 Hydrostatc fllng level sensor HFT Hydrostatc fllng level sensor HFT Hydrostatc fllng level sensor HFT Flex The HFT determnes the hydrostatc pressure of a flud n a tank and converts ths nto the fllng level. The sensor s placed on the bottom of the tank by means of a 7 m long FEP cable and programmed for the medum and contaner geometry once. The HFT s also part of the UNI Dsplay platform. All devces are optonally avalable wth a 0/ ma current or a relay output. In addton to the verson wth a separate sensor and cable there s a compact verson for applcatons for whch swngng measurng heads are unsutable. Fllng levels can also be measured hydrostatcally n ppe lnes f these are drectly connected to the tank. In ts compact desgn, the HFT s connected va a standard screw connecton, e.g. to the outlet lne of the contaner. - Dsplay - Settng - Data logger - Frmware updates Due to the specal thermoplastc encapsulaton, measurements n aggressve medum types are no problem. The hydrostatc prncple also permts applcaton n foamng medum types for whch ultrasonc sensors are unsutable. m The HFT works n a measurng range of 0 5 m wth an accuracy of 0.2 % FS after adjustment.
