It will be charged at a flat rate of RM10 in cash per room per night in any registered tourist accommodation premises. **Standard Chalets are built in semi-detached type, sharing balcony, two rooms under one roof with attached private shower room/toilet. This is solely for NON SIPADAN PACKAGE. **Standalone Chalets are built in detached type, own balcony, one room under one roof with attached private shower/toilet - additional surcharge per person/per night on top of the normal package price based on twin sharing. Only one extra mattress is able to add in this chalet. **The wooden-type water bungalows has a total built up size of 289 sq. ft and it is fitted with a double bed/2 twin beds built on water with stilts for sheer comfort. This villa comes furnished with contemporary furniture and décor, daily assorted fruit basket, free WiFi, remote control air-con, ceiling fan, private bathroom-hot/cold shower and toilet, spacious private balcony offer panoramic vistas of the ocean, TV with selected satellite channels, mini bar, coffee/tea maker, hairdryer and in-room safety box. **Child between 4-11yrs old (Non-Divers) shall be 60% from the adult price. The must stay in the same chalet with the parents, and extra bed will be provided in each chalet. Infants up to 3 years are Free of Charge. The infant must stay in the same room as the parents; a baby cot will be provided free of charge if prior arrangement is made. **Any child (age 10 and above) who is diving, shall be using the adult diving rates above. All children (15 yrs old and below) must be staying with their parents / legal guardians when they are on the island, and should be under close supervision. **Single Traveler Surcharge To add 50% on top of the above prices for single occupancy of the accommodations listed above. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT All confirmed rooms will be ready for check-in after 1400hrs on day of arrival. Check-out time is no later than 1000 hrs (10am) for 1100hrs (11am) transfer and 1200hrs (12:00noon) for the 1400hrs (2pm) transfer on the day of departure. The boat leave on time, please ensure all bills have been settled and rooms cleared in advance. Please note that all the departure destinations must be confirmed by check-in date. If not confirmed by check-in date, we will transfer the guests to Semporna only.

Divers who have not dived in the last 12 months or if they exhibit uncertainty in their skills may be required, at the sole discretion of SMART, to do a Scuba Refresher Course. All guests will be required to sign a Liability Release (Waiver) and Express Assumption of Risk form upon arrival. No diving or snorkelling activities will be permitted until the above said form is properly signed and witnessed.
