5 What are the prerequisites for the divemaster program? Completed PADI Advanced Open Water and Rescue Diver Current in Emergency First Response (EFR) or equivalent (CPR, first aid, AED, Oxygen Administration) 40 logged open water dives Recommended Deep Diver (PADI) Search & Recovery Diver (PADI) Enriched Air Diver (AAI) Dry Suit (AAI) Equipment Specialist (AAI)

6 When does the divemaster class start? At Aquatic Adventures, you can start the divemaster program at any time once you have met the prerequisites Spring: Divemasters start by completing pool and open water requirements Winter: Divemasters start by completing pool and academic requirements

7 What does the divemaster class cost? At Aquatic Adventures, the Divemaster class currently costs $749 There is a 10% discount for those who sign up during Pro Night Discounts during Pro Night do not apply to Employees of Aquatic Adventures Additional fees could be assessed for candidates who do not complete the program in more than 1 year The course fee includes the Divemaster Crew Kit (normally ~$400) The course fee does not include the Divemaster application fee to PADI

Ideally take your Divemaster class from the facility you wish to work for Provides experience in the diving environment where you will work Allows you to build rapport with the staff Gives you experience with policies and procedures that often differ from dive center to dive center
