1 Accessories Pressure Equalising Valves Model , for Differential Pressure Gauges WIKA Data Sheet AC Applications T Isolating, pressure equalising as well as purging and air bleeding valves to fit diffential pressure gauges, for the measurement of liquids, gases and vapours T All stainless steel version for corrosive media and aggressive environments T Process industries: mechanical engineering and plant construction, chemical/petro-chemical, power stations, mining, on- and offshores and environmental technology Five-way valve, PN 400 Special Features T One-way, three-way, four-way and five-way valves T Tough versions in copper alloy and stainless steel T PN 100 and 400 bar pressure rated valves with sealing cones at both sides T High variety of process connections T Pressure ratings up to 40, 100 or 400 bar Description One-way valves By means of integrated pressure equalising valves it is ensured that the pressures on the high and low pressure sides are uniform, one-sided overpressure during start-up and operation of the pressure system is avoided and zeroinspection of the instrument during operation is possible. Four-way and five-way valves These pressure equalising valves with integrated isolating valves as well as purging and air bleeding valves enable one- or two-sided air bleeding or purging of the system while the pressure instrument is operative. Three-way valves These pressure equalising valves with integrated isolating valves enable the isolation of the process lines without any interruption of the operation, the isolation of the pressure instrument for inspection or replacement purposes, the protection of the instrument against overpressure beyond the pressure rating of the instrument as well as the measurement of static pressure (after dismounting the differential pressure measuring instrument).
