2 160 psig Well Opens, Plunger rises Initial Flow bypasses the compressor Sales Line 150 psi Primary Separator 155 psi Control valve set to open below 50 psig When the well opens up, initial gas volume and pressure will bypass the compressor and go into the gathering system. As pressure declines, the compressor will assume control and pull the static line pressure down that the well is working against to raise the plunger.

3 45 psig After Flow Period Primary Separator 40 psi As well pressure declines, compressor takes over and pulls well down to near suction pressure 155 psi Sales Line 150 psi 35 psi As the WH pressure declines the PLC will sense and the compressor will turn on helping the plunger reach the surface. After plunger arrival an after flow period begins and the compressor continues to pull the wellhead pressure down.

4 5 psig Well closes, Plunger falls Sales Line 150 psi Primary Separator 30 psi After the plunger falls and the WH valve shuts, the FX compressor will go into recycle mode until the next plunger cycle on the PAD In the event of a well or PAD SI, the compressor will sense loss of suction pressure over extended period and shut itself down.

8 Compressor stays in auto mode and pulls down sales line pressure as wells cycle their plungers. Between plungers the FX compressor goes into recycle. It will shut down if suction pressure falls below set point.
