1 Absolute Pressure Gauges: Bellow Type MODEL : APBL Why Absolute Pressure Gauge? The atmospheric pressure varies from place to place depedig up o the altitude of the locatio ad prevailig weather coditios. I such variable coditios, precise pressure measuremet ca be arrived oly if a fixed (u-chagig) referece poit is established. For this purpose we have developed elemet of Twi Bellows, oe of the same is totally evacuated ad sealed, which shall be the referece poit for calibratio i.e. Absolute Zero. These twi bellows are coected through a special type of movemet. Ay pressure applied i the secod bellow is compared to the referece bellow (sealed bellow) to get a accurate measuremet of absolute pressure, through a precisio Movemet mechaism. This is achieved by totally evacuatig ad sealig the Bourdo tube, which will act as the referece poit for calibratio i.e. Absolute Zero. The process pressure is applied iside the eclosure surroudig the Bourdo tube. Ay pressure applied is compared to the sealed referece (Bourdo tube) to get a accurate measuremet of absolute pressure, through a precisio Movemet mechaism. For this purpose, the Gauge is provided with 2 hambers separated by a Diaphragm. Oe chamber is totally evacuated ad sealed, which acts as the referece poit for calibratio i.e. Absolute Zero. The process pressure is applied to the pressure chamber at the other side of the Diaphragm.
