2 1 Party time! Let s get started! Asylum Skatepark is an ideal place to hold your special occasion, whether it be a birthday, hen/stag party or anything else you want to celebrate! This information pack has been made to cover everything we believe you should know about the Skatepark and the party packages that are on offer, if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Complete the booking form attached to this pack and the party menu form if you chose to have a Private Party. 2. Return your completed form(s) to the Skatepark - confirm your date and party with a nonrefundable deposit. 3. Collect any disclaimers (if necessary) 4. Pay the remaining balance upto 7 days prior to party 5. Arrive on confirmed date and enjoy yourself!

3 2 The Skatepark Opening Times Standard Session Prices Monday Closed 2hrs - 8 ( 6 members) Tuesday 3pm till 10pm 3hrs - 9 ( 7 members) Wednesday 3pm till 10pm 4hrs - 10 ( 8 members) Thursday 3pm till 10pm 5hrs - 11 ( 9 members) Friday 3pm till 10pm 6hrs - 12 ( 10 members) Saturday 10am till 10pm All Day - 16 ( 11 members) Sunday 10am till 10pm Please Note School holiday opening times may vary, please check the website. Helmet Use Safety is paramount, although we recommend that all users of the Skatepark wear a helmet and other protective clothing, it is compulsory that anyone under the age of 18 wears a helmet again, this is for your safety. We do not hire helmets, so to avoid disappointment, please ensure all members of your party come prepared with a helmet, otherwise use of the Skatepark will not be permitted. Helmets can be purchased from the Skateparks shop, if there are a large number of your party without helmets a pre order is highly advised. Disclaimers All first time users are required to fill in a disclaimer, children under 16yrs of age require a parent or guardian s signature before entrance to the Skatepark will be granted. Once you have completed your booking form and have an idea of how many people will be attending, we can provide you with paper disclaimers that can be attached to invitations this will ensure optimal use of your party as no time is wasted filling out paperwork. The Sports At Asylum Skatepark we cater for many extreme sports, including MTB, BMX, Skateboarding, Aggressive Inline and Scootering. Unfortunately we do not allow balance bikes or folding/collapsing scooters these are particularly dangerous on the ramps as the chances of the scooter collapsing whilst in use are high, and we wouldn t want that to happen. Instructors At an additional cost we can arrange for an instructor who specialises in your choice of sport to attend your party, offer advice and how to tips please note that this is not a lesson. The Café If you haven t tasted the food at our café yet then first things first, why not? Especially those homemade flapjacks and cupcakes, gosh, what a treat! With an extensive hot and cold food menu we can cater for all needs so all you need to bring is a cake! Food and Drink We do not allow any food or drinks to be taken onto the ramps, this is to ensure care for our ramps, and we also ask that food which is not purchased from the café is not eaten in the café.

4 3 Party Options 2hr Party Session This basic party package will be held when the Skatepark is open to the public and operates under the following terms: 2hrs session only 8 people maximum Table reservation in the café area Standard Café menu First aider present Bike Hire (additional) Instructor (additional) 2 weeks notice required. Private Party Fancy the place to yourself? Here at Asylum Skatepark, you can have exclusive use of the Skatepark, listen to any music you like and the following: Unlimited time - pay per hour Up to 150 people Party menu in the Café Permitted use of Balance Bikes First aider present Bike Hire (additional) Table decoration (additional) Adults have a go (additional) Instructor (additional) 2 weeks notice required. Please note, Asylum Skatepark is closed on Mondays to accommodate for the private hire demand but you are also welcome to have your private party on weekends before 10am or after 10pm (ie when we re shut to the public) All-nighter Up for a party challenge? Have the Skatepark all night! We recommend that this package is used by experienced park users, as it features: 10pm till 10am Up to 150 people First aider present Bike Hire (additional) 3 weeks notice required.

5 4 Food Options Hot Food We have an extensive hot food menu which we believe can cater for all tastes, if you would like to choose this option for your party then we just ask that you complete our Café Booking Form to ensure we have all ingredients necessary. Please refer below for our menu. Cold Food We have compiled a cold party food option at 4.50 per person which includes: Sandwich Selection Choose 3 from = Ham, Boiled Egg, Cheese, Cheese & Tomato, Cheese & Onion, Ham & Salad, Tuna, Tuna & Mayonnaise. 6 5 Terms and Conditions By booking your party at Asylum Skatepark you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: Payment and Booking The cost of the party that is agreed will be payable and will be for the number of people confirmed at the time of booking. If on the day you have less people attending, the price will not change, if however, more people arrive than first anticipated, you will be expected to pay the difference this includes adults who decide to have a go. Deposit A non-refundable deposit of 50 ( 100 for an All-nighter party) is to be received with the completed booking form. Booking confirmation will occur on receipt of the deposit. The balance is then payable at least 7 days prior to the party. Please make your payment by cash or card at the Skatepark. Adults have a go We know the Skatepark is great fun and we appreciate spontaneous decisions to try the sport, however, anyone who was not included in the original party plan must complete a disclaimer form and pay the additional cost of 10. This fee will be incurred even if an individual uses another party member s equipment. Cancellation Policy In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including illness, which could result in you cancelling the party, we will endeavour to reschedule the party if a minimum of 3 days notice is to be given. In the event of complete cancellation, provided you have given 24hrs notice, you will receive the cost of your party (minus the non-refundable deposit) if you do not attend your party at all, no refund will be given. Special dietary and allergy requirements If anyone has any allergies or special dietary requirements you must notify us upon booking so we can accommodate their needs. If we do not receive a notification of specific food allergies or dietary requirements before the party, we may not be able to cater for them.
