I am from G mod. I am the anglerfish lore that glows. I am Oliver the crazy dog. I am the dragon from the Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragons. I am from swimming as a fish. Katie
I am from I am from the smell of meat. I am from my cats and dogs. I am from the awesome look of rhinos. I am from my Lego creations. I am from black bears at my camp site with Boy Scouts. russell
I AM FROM I am from ice cream and Greek chocolate. I am from the many cats and dogs I have seen because I have never owned one. I am from the Game Street Fighters and Super Smash Bros. I am from the soccer and basketball games. I am from the dream of playing professional soccer.
In Memory of the Volvo XC90, 2004: My Favorite Car By Conor C. Twelve years has passed since my parents bought the Volvo. The Volvo is my favorite car. It is a tank. I will be sad to see this car go because it has been in my life for 12 years; 208,999 miles and all the car trips. In the past 3 years, I have put in a lot of time fixing the Volvo and getting parts from junk yards. I have become very attached to this car. It is time to say goodbye to my favorite car; the Volvo XC You served us long and well.
Becoming an officer of a social house By Erin At the Bridge Academy students get to be the leaders of different Social Houses. It was a Monday afternoon and Ms. Morris was about to tell announcements. Ms. Morris said, Hello Social House, for this meeting we are going to discuss Social House officer positions. If you would like to run for each of the roles President, Vice President, or Secretary, please raise your hand. I was the first to raise my hand. I said, Ms. Morris, I nominate myself for secretary. Then Ms. Morris told us to come up and say speeches about the leadership role we were running for. After Russell said his few words to the Social House, it was my turn to speak. I felt really nervous and had butterflies in my stomach. I didn t want to speak in front of my classmates and teachers. I told Ms. Morris I didn t want to speak. Ms. Ann told me that I could do it and to believe in myself. It took a lot of courage, and I decided to give my speech. I said, I think I would make a good candidate for secretary. I am kind, nice, and well-organized. Last week the Social House committee counted all of the ballots, and I won Secretary! Finally, at the end of the meeting I was happy and relieved to take the responsibility of becoming an officer. I should take this important role seriously and should enjoy it while it lasts!!!
My Castle BY KEVIN If I could live anywhere, I would live in a high-tech castle. I would have video games, big flat screen tvs, minifridges, and a muffin lounge in every room. I d also have a race track and a full garage of race cars and Bat-mobiles. I d also have a secret door to get to my underground high-tech suit room. Also, I would have a paintball, laser tag, and sports room on the top of the castle. In the backyard there would be a hover board park. I also would have a movie theater and a danger room. The purpose of the castle would be for people to have fun!
Party by Julia Do you like Halloween? I do. You can get candy. Why do you get candy? You get candy because it is a treat for the kids. They have fun, stay up late, and have fun with their family. Halloween is about hanging out with your friends, family, and getting a lot of candy to eat. Halloween is my favorite. The pumpkins are glowing in the dark and that is cool.
Tre flips By Bruce Hey Mom, let s go, I said as I was running out the door. As I was waiting for my mom to get out of the house, I started to skate by the car. I was doing kick flips, heel flips, and shove its. Finally, she got out of the house and we got in the car. The skate park was ten minutes away. Once we got there, I warmed up by using the rail and half pipe. Once I was warmed up, I tried some obstacles: heel flipping the stair gap, kick flipping the hub, and using the spine. Then I saw someone do a tre flip. For those who do not know what a tre flip is, it s a kick flip and pop shove it put together. After I saw this teen do a tre flip, I knew this was a trick I had to learn. I tried this trick for months. I looked up videos on my phone on how to tre flip, and I started to take notes. I started to practice tre flips. I got a lot a shinners, bumps, bruises, and scrapes. A shinner is when the board hits your shin and makes a bruise or a cut. After a few months I finally could land it clean. The lesson I learned was not to give up and keep trying. Now I can do cool tricks easier!
Skye I came in after a long day of shoveling snow. On the table Mom had cooked a casserole. It had pasta, sausages, peas and tomatoes. You could smell the seasonings the second you opened the door. We sat down and ate. By the time we had finished there were no leftovers. After dinner we washed the dishes and headed upstairs for bed.
SPORTS By Jahki My favorite sports involve pain; like football, dodge ball, and gaga ball. Why do I like football? Because I get to let anger out. You have to try to catch the ball when it s thrown to you. Also if you get tackled wrong you can get injured. I like dodge ball. The point of the game is to try not to get hit. If you get hit you are out of the game and it hurts when you get hit by the ball. Finally, I like gaga ball. It hurts when you hit the ground with your knuckles. It sometimes hurts when you hit the ball. All these sports are good but it s not fun when you get hurt.
Things To Do At The Beach By Connor What do you do at the beach? One of my favorite things to do at the beach is dig for sand crabs. My sister and I would sometimes find crabs. We would throw the crabs back into the ocean. Then, we would build a sand castle. Sometimes it would be huge when we were finished. We sometimes can fit Legos inside the sand castle. Then we would dig a very big hole to put a fort around it. Then we would leave the beach to go home to shower off the sand.
What I Like to do At a Beach By Dylan What do you like to do at a beach? This is what I like to do at a beach. My favorite things are swimming, tackling, and digging a sand hole. When I get in the water I like to swim races and then I like to dig a sand hole. Then I bury my friends. I also like to tackle my friends. I talked about what I like, how about you write what you like?
