6 Organization The organizer World Cup Trondheim Granåsen Skisenter Kongsveien 214 N-7026 Trondheim Tel: URL: Location of the event Granåsen Ski Centre - 10 km south of Trondheim Entries by form Final entries by FIS Entry Form: Entry form will be enclosed with this invitation or can be downloaded from the FIS website at Use the same entry form as FIS cup. Deadline for preliminary entries is 04 th of January Deadline for final numbers, arrival/departure information and transportation is 11 th of January In case of late entries, we unfortunately can t be able to guarantee all services according to Rules. Participation The number of participants will be 3 athletes per gender per nation. The host nation will have a National group of 5 athletes additional to the quota. Age limits will be according to the FIS Youth Cup rules. Insurance All athletes must be insured through their national ski federations. The organizer is not responsible for any personal injuries or damage to property that might occur. All participants must have an adequate insurance cover against accidents, illness and civil liability

7 Accommodation The Organizers payment of costs for the athletes will be for 3 athletes and 1 official per nation per gender. In case of less competitors and officials than entered, no-show must be paid. Please fill in the information in the entry form. Please also inform us about allergies or other special needs. Hotels and transportation from the hotel to the venue will be covered by the organizer. Doping Control Doping control may be carried out at any FIS competition according to FIS Anti-Doping Rules. Competition rules The competitions will be held in compliance with FIS Competition Rules for Youth Cup.

8 Transport service We offer free transportation between the hotel and the venue during your stay in Trondheim. Shuttle times will be announced at our web site the TCM and at the race office. We can also offer transportation from the airport to the hotels. The cost will be 15,- EUR per person. In this case we need your flight information and numbers no later than January 05 th. Please send an to for transportation booking from the airport and to the airport.
