Leasing of Vehicle Entry Tax To consider and decide the tender which was invited vide NIT No. 7150/VET/RS/2015 dated for transfer right of collection of Vehicle Entry Tax from the 05 Nos. of check posts situated in the Cantonment area from the vehicles entering in the limit of Cantonment Board, Jabalpur. Tender was published in local Newspaper Nav Bharat, Swatantramat & Hitavada (all Jabalpur additions) on and the same was pasted on public notice board, distributed to all members, uploaded on Cantonment Board website for wide publicity. Resolution No. 4 Considered and unanimously approved the highest bid received from Shri Kanchan Singh S/o Shri Ramagya Singh Rs 1,22,50,000/- p.a. for transfer right of collection of Vehicle Entry Tax for one year w.e.f Promotion for the post of RMO Reference: CBR No. 42 dated Vide above reference, Board has informed Dr. (Smt) Rupa Sarkar to withdraw her case and intimate this office at the earliest. She withdrew her case and intimated to this office on In this regard withdrawal of WP No /2013 is placed for consideration. The post of RMO is vacant after the retirement of Dr. Deepak Agrawal. Above matter is placed before the Board as per rule 7(1) of CFSR for promotion of Dr. (Smt) Rupa Sarkar, LMO on the post of RMO being a supervisory post. Resolution No. 5 Considered. It was resolved that Dr. (Smt) Rupa Sarkar, LMO be promoted to RMO after considering working experience of 18 years of LMO and fulfillment of eligibility criteria, as per CFSR

6 6. Grant of Pay Scale of Principal To consider letter dated received from Smt. Maya Upadhaya, Head Mistress, Swami Vivekanand Cantt Model Higher Secondary School, Katanga, Jabalpur regarding grant of pay scale of Principal. As per M.P Government norms she fulfills all the eligibility criteria for grant of pay scale of Principal. Board is requested to consider the matter and send the proposal to the GOC-in- C, for obtaining sanction under Rule 5 of Cantonment Fund Servant Rules, Resolution No. 6 Considered. It was unanimously resolved that a proposal be sent to GOC-in-C, Central Command, Lucknow for grant of Pay Scale of Principal to Mrs. Maya Upadhyay. 7. Encroachment on open defence land in Part of Sy.No.155, Neelam Ka Bagicha, Jabalpur Cantt. To consider report dated of Engineering Section stating that Mohd. Afjal Siddhiqui S/o Late Mohd. Hanif Siddhiqui Occupier of Part of Sy.No.155, Neelam Ka Bagicha, Jabalpur Cantt is constructing the following Encroachment:- Encroachment on open defence land by casting of RCC roof on existing Ground floor of part of Sy.No.155, Neelam Ka Bagicha, Jabalpur Cantt. The area of roof is admeasuring (1)20 x20 (approx). Farm work is in progress on the day of visit. The site in question comprises the Part of Sy.No. 155, Neelam Ka Bagicha, Jabalpur Cantt. The site is situated outside Bazar area placed under the management of DEO, Jabalpur Circle Jabalpur from land point of view. It was unanimously resolved that contract of Disposal of Municipal Waste Management be given to the lowest tenderer Shri Girijesh Choubey proprietor of M/s Patheya Detective & Security Rs.2,98,000/- per month for 15 Manpower. CEO is authorized to incur expenditure under budget provisions.

Jabalpur 12,787/- per annum for a period of one year for collection of Parking Fees at Motilal Nehru Hospital, Cantt. Jabalpur. 14. Allotment of Shivaji Ground for Marriage Functions To consider the representation dtd recevied from Vice President and all other members regarding allotment of Shivaji Ground for marriage functions as there is shortage of open space for marriages in Cantonment Area. The above representation is placed before Board for consideration. Resolution No. 14 Considered in detail. It was resolved that the Shivaji Ground can be allotted by CEO for Marriage Rs. 5,00,000/- per day and Rs. 50,000/- Security deposit which is refundable. The Board further decided that the detailed terms & conditions shall also be prepared for allotting the Shivaji Ground for marriages regarding use of ground, traffic management and any damage charges.
